Ordered X 2 Shahi Paneer pizza on uber eats on oct 27 at 11PM by name of Sid. Was served unsalted pizza, no salt in pizza sauce. The bread seemed old and soggy. Called the restaurant & the guy said he can give me 1 free pizza if i order something from uber eats again. Bro I ordered 2 pizzas, both were unsalted, cold, soggy so clearly I should receive 2 pizzas. Order D2F35 uber eats. So not order from here.

Pizza is great, if you can order it. I have had issues ordering online and call in to get help. The customer service is awful. Told them that my cart kept clearing no matter what browser or device I used and they kept asking if I tried refreshing the site. I told them I tried two browsers across 4 devices and always the same issue and the customer service told me I was the issue. She told me I could order through her but would get no offers or discounts, which was quite frustrating.

Tried Tandoori Chicken with Jalapenos, the best combo for who loves spicy pizza!!!! Till far best pizza I have tried in Scarborough, service was too nice and quick, people are too nice here, and no words for taste Also recommending Oven baked fish here, must try!!!!

Very welcoming souls Mr. Abhi and Mr. Sandeep. You can feel it in the taste of the pizzas how they prepare them with heart. I am now a permanent customer just because of them.

The worst experience I ever had and the staff is very disappointed I have placed an pick up order and the informed prep time was 15-20 min but I showed up at the store after 40 min but my order was still not ready, if you guys can t make the order on time don t promise the prep time for customers

Parking is enough but, sometimes you struggle to little to find a spot. But overall you will find one

I ordered Tandoori Chicken pizza and they only added small chunks of chicken and majority filled with mushroom. When I got it home my son after a first look said is it a mushroom pizza you took. Didn t like probably my first and last visit

This specific location is hands down the best among other locations. Outstanding customer service. Toppings always fresh and flavourful. Theyre not cutting corners here .

Their food is good, But their manager lacks professionalism unfortunately. After making an order through a phone call I got a call back saying that theres no order from this number, I ended up repeating my order. This somehow resulted in 2 identical orders being placed ( I was completely unaware of this) Apparently after this whole debacle the manager has decided to *Block* my number for any future orders. Well Im not coming back for any business for sure but since you guys have good food, you should train your representatives better so that can convey information without any misunderstandings. Also what kind of business wants to block customers just because of one misunderstanding.

Employees at this location are very nice. Last night I didn t get a chance to ask their names but as per my choice they made me a pizza and it was the best. Will surely visit again.

Every time I visit to buy something like water, he goes above and beyond to assist me. His friendly demeanor truly makes my visits enjoyable and stress-free. Went here for the first time and Abhinav was the most efficient and friendly guy. What a wonderful representative of the store! The pizza was amazing and so was the customer service. We will come back and all thanks to the delicious pizza second and customer service first.

This is my go to place for Indian style Pizza because of their hygiene and amazing service ! Abhishek not only makes amazing pizza but will also provide you with amazing costumer service experience! He knows who are there regular ! I have been to many Indian style pizza places whether it be Red Swan, City South or different popular pizza branch but non can beat the hygiene of this place!

Bad customer service! They don t want to compensate for mistakes at all, they tell you to all the store when they are a service centre! rude behaviour of all those Punjabi students working, 0 ability to listen to the customers and offer reasonable compensation for mistakes on their part.

The customer service provided was not satisfactory. The pizza box given was not the standard pizza box but a cheaper quality plain box which unfortunately broke while picking up the pizza. We were unable to enjoy even a bite the pizza and the customer service representative did not seem interested in addressing the issue.

This place is my all time favourite. Their staff, cleanliness, atmosphere, and their awesome deals. Highly recommend their Shahi Paneer Pizza. Don t forget to add free toppings

The food we got was testless, we have got two large pizza with shahi paneer and tandoori paneer. None of us had any idea what was that, quite testless, none of us were able to differentiate test. Literally no test at allllll!

I used to enjoy Popular Pizza, but Im quite disappointed with this particular location. Ive tried two different pizzas here, and the quality has been subpar. The chicken was neither fresh nor properly cooked. Considering the price, its not worth the poor quality. The Sheppard location is a bit farther, but I would still choose it over this one.

I use to order Popular pizza back in the day from Brampton. So when I got a flyer last week in the mail I was eager to see if it was just as good as it was from my Brampton days. I cant lie it was just as good. Juicy chicken wings as I remembered and tasty pizza as well. The gentleman who called when I placed the order online was very polite as was the young man who delivered. Ill definitely be ordering again.

I recently visited this location for the first time and tried their small Pizza and It was good. Usually in my exprience Popular Pizza(Location: 5790 Sheppard Ave E) are hit and a miss but my first visit at this location on 41 Lebovic Ave is good in terms quality of my pizza, I will definately visit again and update it here if needed.

Ordered 3 different pizza. Not worth for the price. I tried very first time just wasted my money. My kids didn t even finish small cheese pizza. Potato wedges were not fresh had to throw them away. Chicken wings tried one piece and taste was awful. So disappointed.

I came here few weeks ago for the first time, and I still remember the taste. I tried out the tandoori chicken pizza and Im glad I did. I was greeted by a gentlemen as soon as I came in, and he was really nice even though it was my first time. The meat and vegetables were balanced out, some pizza places can be stingy on one of your toppings, but all the toppings were balanced out. It was cooked perfectly, the crust was not rock hard and burnt like other pizza places. The tandoori chicken was not dry, it was cooked just right and very flavourful. Im glad he asked if I would like cilantro on top it definitely enhanced the chicken flavour. If you like to have your pizza spicy you can ask them. I may be alittle selfish but if they do get more popular I hope they will continue the great customer service and atmosphere, and of course continue making tasty pizza :) I like their pizza box, it had a funny slogan too lol. Keep at it popular pizza ! Never change!

I ordered panner tikka pizza from Uber eats. I have had popular pizza from Brampton, it was the best! With that trust I ordered the same pizza and the food taste was so bad!!! First of all it did not taste like tandoori panner pizza! It had over powering taste of tomatoes. And even the salt was less. I kept getting after taste of oil. I would request the branch to check the taste of Brampton branch and incorporate the same in their branch.
