I usually order from this location, and i like those. But on march 2nd , i ordered same and got something else there were no onions only few chillies and fries were covered fully with extremely lot of sauce. I called and asked for manager and the lady who picked the call was arrogant and she never apologized.

Decent pizza joint franchise with customizable options from base to crust texture. Price is decent and they seem to have a lot of specials both online and walk-in. I did a pick up order and walked home in -15 degree weather and the pizza was still warm and tasty. Much better tasting than larger franchise/chains such as Pizza Pizza which taste like cardboard if the pizza cools down.

We placed an order with them for 3 pizzas and a panzo at 4pm for a 7pm delivery. When 715 came by no order had reached. We called the store and they stated they were just in-between shifts and as a result our order was NEVER MADE... instead of taking initiative and making it right the female on the phone HUNG UP!!! We then called back and she admitted that she hung up on us and NOW we have to place the order again!! Totally unprofessional and staff needs to be trained properly as a individual who trains new hires... this is unacceptable and this rep is a poor representation of the company and more so the store location. Please avoid REGINOS AT ALL COSTS. Ps. If I could give them a negative rating lower than 1... I would

Was riding my bike Home around 8 last night when I got a craving for pizza. I remembered I used to order from reginos a few years back but it wasnt memorable. As I passed the brimley- finch location I pulled in and decided to order after many years. I settled on the Greek medium. It seemed pricey at $17.56 but I chalked it up to the inflationary times we live in. The girl that served me(karmaljit) was very pleasant and informed me it would take about 15 minutes. It seemed it was ready quicker than that. I thank her and left the restaurant. It smelled so good I couldnt wait to get home so I open the box as soon as I got outside and took a slice. The pizza was extremely hot so I ended up burning the roof of my mouth. I waited a minute and dove back in and I was blown away. The crust the sauce the olives and feta and onions and the generosity of the toppings was incredible. The right balance of tangy and tasty. I can go on and on. And once I got home and allowed it to cool it tasted even better. I was so impressed. Probably the best pizza Ive ever had. I will definitely be ordering again. Theres another one I saw on the menu called phillipos that I wanna try as well. It has philly cheessteak, cheddar cheese.. Im looking forward to that one. I used to be a big fan of pizza nova but mya last 2 experiences werent very good and I let them know about it. It looks like Ive found my new favorite pizza shop.

I have always loved the pizza here. Its rich, generous and delicious. Their regular style is medium-thick crust like dominoes but it tastes better.

Too much dough, and the toppings were falling when I was picking up the slices and next day I got stomach cramps after eating pizza, never again. The lady who was making pizza had her nostrils uncovered. Themask was only covering her mouth. I am not going to this place ever again.

The pizza was great. Lots of toppings on it as well. Lots of cheese and each bite had the toppings I ordered. It would be 5 star, but the dough was a little undercooked/and burnt on the bottom. But I think it was just this one time with me. Really loved it though!

Never a disappointment with this place. Their staff makes the pizza fresh and it always comes out delicious! My favorite is the Hawaiian pizza!

Delicious pizza! Ordered thin crust, well done and it was just that. They never skimp on toppings and load them up. Been coming here for years!

If there is zero, I would have given. Never experienced such kind of the worst pizza ever. We asked for well done and we got burned meat, too salty and no tests at all. I never rate bad before but this one I couldnt hold back.

Placed an order online to include a family size greek salad. I am allergic to onion and I made sure I placed the order without onion. When I arrived home, I realized there was onion on the salad. I called immediately and spoke to one of the rudest employees ever!! Had to literally haggle to have another one made. Upon my return to pick it up, cashier rolled her eyes and the salad they remade was about half of what the first salad was!! Will NOT go back!!!

I finally tried this place because of the reviews but unfortunately it was a bad experience. I had ordered the MR Reginos pizza and the toppings were thrown all over the place. The dough was thin and barley cooked. I found a hair baked into one of the slices and had to throw the whole thing out....be warned...

Pizza is good but 1 star because staff has gotten pizza order wrong multiple times and claims that we didn t give the right order also the person on the phone is very rude and hung up early when we double checked that we are getting the right pizza

The service is kind of slow for a small pizza shop and the pizza does not taste the best, however its better than pizza pizza so I guess you can say its palatable..... Made a online order to be picked up. The order only took 20 Minutes and one ingredient was missing we got a call from Reginos Pizza to change it which was really nice of them.

Good evening, My pizzas arrived with the toppings stuck to the side and top of the box, half the pizzas smooched and folded over on themselves. I called for customer service in this matter as this is not the level of food service I am used to receiving from your store. I was on the phone with a staff member for just under 10 minutes before they would offer a remedy to the issue that didnt result in having to wait for a replacement to arrive. I asked to have a credit of some kind for the pizzas for a later date as my children had already started to eat the rest of the meal. I was continually told that this is not what is done by the manager, keep in mind at the start of the call I asked for a manager and was told they were not there. It wasnt until near the end of the call and with attitude from the store rep that she said she would send 2 more pizzas. To be very honest I am disappointed that she would give me an attitude and make me feel like I was lying and only wanted free food. I have spent my hard earned money with your location on many occasions and this level of customer service was very disappointing. Please communicate with your staff the importance of excellent customer service and how it impacts whether a customer will return, not return or tell others whether or not to patronize your establishment. Its one of my favorite pizza place. Their pizza is always delicious, the customer service is fast and pleasant.

In love with there pizza and their amazing sauces especially the dipping sauce in creamy garlic. Love the wings absolutely the most tastiest I ever had . The employees are so sweet and nice.

Today was the first time I ordered pizza from Reginos Pizza and I absolutely fell in love. They have such a high quality pizza. The pizza is well worth the money and even more. This is hands down the best pizza place in Scarborough. They also have an amazing set of staffs, they are friendly and nice. I would highly recommend Reginos Pizza.
