What's your ETA on opening? Its frustrating seeing the 1/2 built patio,tall grass everyday this year and a "coming soon" sign for two years

It's been almost 2 years since the location put a Sign up..it's been sitting empty for over 1 year..I drove by yesterday and the GRASS and WEEDS..have covered part of the patio so much you can't even see the frame!🤣
