I m sorry guys but it s overprice bad quality food. There s soooo many places, especially on Lawrence that has way better food for better pricing. I would never come back here again! Wais

Really unfortunate that such a nice restaurant had to close down. Really liked the taste of Haleem and Biryani. Was there again to see It become a Nigerian restaurant under same name.

Biryani chicken or mutton is clearly thier forte and its exceptional. Had ordered both and everyone loved it. Quantity is amazing. I had also ordered a panner tikka which was disappointing though. Felt like paneer cubes in tomato sauce. Definitely will come in for the Biryani again, everything else not so much.

Best version of biryani for the people who love less spicy. Not greasy at all. The mirchi ka salan and dahi ki chutney can be much better.

Bought chicken biriyani and was not tasting good and also the masala was less. The rice was not cooked well and the chicken did not taste well as well.

We ordered Mutton Biryani and Dum ka Murg. We were amazed by the food quantity. The food was very tasty and all family members really liked both food items. Looking forward to try their Haleem next time. Excellent customer service while ordering over the phone and at the restaurant while pickup.

Recently visited this restaurant and picked up order for 2. This is one of the delicious food we ever ate, Omg chicken 65 & Naan was insanely delicious. We also tried their Haleem before its super yummy. Owner wasif is a nice gentleman and amazing guy. It s a amazing experience every time, Love most of the items here. Remind me of india, During my visited i stayed in hyderbad and enjoyed same kind of food. Good to have lovely food with out travelling 1000s of miles. Everything is cooked perfectly and in authentic way. Thank you and may god bless you.

Tasty food. Authentic biryani, chicken 65 and generous portion size. Would highly recommend.

I have tried Apollo fish twice, it turn out my favorite dish aside biryani. Great taste no doubt about it. Service is fast and friendly. Haleem is super rich extremely tasty.

By far the worst Biryani Takeout in whole of Canada and the worst Biryani in town, without a doubt. Ordered chicken, mutton and veg biryani. It s greasy, grainy rice, senewy and fatty bony mutton and chicken pieces with hardly any edible muscle. The refrigerated salan is tasteless - the cup of refrigerated raita is the only thing that can be called food. I never throw food on my plate but this was so inedible that it went straight into the trash after around 10 minutes of struggling to decipher the multiple issues with the Biryani. And the cashier said 15 minutes to make it and took 35 minutes to make it in the end with pathetic customer service. Avoid if you value your cash.

Ive been here twice now, some of the best Biryani Ive ever had! Their double ka meetha is also very nice but Id suggest that they reduce the amount of sugar in it (may be just my personal preference).

Yesterday i ordered paneer tikka. It completely burned the paneer was black from three sides due to burning. What kind of customer service is this this is what you make ur customer eat. Never gonna order again.

Found this restaurant thought Id check it out. Evreyone working here is so nice and friendly. And the biryani, and chicken tikka was soooooo good. Its hard to find good spicy biryani for a good price. Definitely will be returning!

Order Food from uber eats and chicken tasted bad. I am extremely unhappy with their food.

First time at this place, place looks clean and organized, gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and helpful, Being our first time we only tried lamb biryani, I was a little sceptical about the biryani because most places sell shortcut biryani where they just mix meat gravy in precooked biryani rice as per order, But NOT this place, This is authentic Hyderabadi biryani, we loved it and will definitely go back to try some other dishes.

I ordered the Chicken Dum Biriyani Bucket which was for $26 and the quantity was commendable. It comes with chefs special chicken 65 and a desert. The Biriyani was enough for 4 adults with big pieces of chicken. The highlight is the staff over there who are very polite and friendly. You feel like going back for the service too. Overall it was a good experience

I would love to give 10 stars if possible. Haleem here is the best, I suggest everyone to go eat it and also the biryani is very tasty. Hospitality of people who work there is very good.

Had their chicken Biryani for dinner last night, hailing from a nawabi family in Hyderabad I must say by far this was the authentic Hyderabadi biryani I had in GTA till date...keep it up guys and please remain constant in taste.

This was good as expected. Its worth waiting and preferred to place a pick up order instead walk in as it takes sometimes 25-30 minutes. 100% recommend.

I dont understand why you dont put cutlery in the takeout bag ,even after i mentioned that in uber eats . I have ordered for lunch manytimes ,you never sent cutlery. Please do put it next time ,ill change this review, Because rating is not always about food .

I bought Like 5 Mutton Biryani and Not in a single biryani Contains 4 pieces of Mutton . TBH the Dahi they gave with it is like 3 4 days old and it stinks. No doubt the quantity is good but its not worth it. I strongly suggest everyone Dont Buy biryani from them after 10:30. Surely youll regret it later.

I love there Lagan ka gosh, mutton khorma. Mutton haleem is outstanding it take me to Hyderabad Pista house. Never had such good food before in GTA. This is my favorite place for food. Must try mutton Haleem and mutton khorma.

If you wanna pay $10 for just biryani rice and 4 pieces of mutton, this is your place to go! Food was good but disappointed with the amount of meat they put in their biryani (you re basically paying for the rice). This needs to change if they want to retain their customers or attract new ones.

Bahar Biryani - Truely a one stop shop for the best and delicious Indian food. The Chicken Biryani is awesome and the quantity is best for the price. I was looking for a Indian Biryani and Bahar met perfectly my taste with the right blend of spices. Ordered a large party tray and everyone of our friends enjoyed it and now they are going to order as well. Now I am going to try their other dishes for sure. We went to Bahar Biriyani for lunch yesterday. Had the Haleem, Butter chicken, garlic naan and butter naan. Shafique did an excellent job preparing the meal and making sure it arrived at the table piping hot. I especially enjoyed the naans which were huge and were the perfect balance of crunchy and soft. Overall the meal reminded me of restaurant meals I remember having in India. Also, they dont charge for sliced onions and lemon if you request for it unlike a few other Indian restaurants.

Absolutely incredible! I ordered their Bahar Special Chicken Biryani and I was not disappointed. Their portion sizes are amazing, the taste is simply great and the value for price is beyond the roof. I was never so incredibly satisfied by ordering just one dish. They are masters at what they do. The Biryani not only had been topped off with Chicken 65 and an Egg, but it also had multiple full pieces of chicken inside, coated in Biryani masala. I was blown away. Great work, and keep it up!

Yesterday, I went to pickup mutton special biryani from Whitby. After my friend referred me to this place. The rice was good but there were hardly 2 pieces(burnt, rock hard and no taste). Dont prefer to go again. Very disappointed.

I like the BAHAR Biryani. Its an Authentic Hyderabadi taste and the quantity is good as well. Dont forget to try LAGAN Goush. Its delicious and would be the signature dish of BAHAR Biryani. The mutton and chicken biryani from Bahar was delicious and flavourful. The long grains of biryani rice enhanced the biryanis smell and taste. It was savoury and scrumptious.

Best Hyderabadi biryani in Toronto

A must visit restaurant for authentic hyderabadi dishes. I have had their mutton biryani, apolo fish, dum ka murg, and haleem. They were all tasty and had just the right amount of spiciness with great flavors. The only feedback I would give is to keep expanding the menu and also include goat in the menu.

We ordered the Butter chicken here for a party at home when they were still very new in town, and it was a much sought after item at the party. Other people have left reviews for the more popular menu items, which are fantastic no doubt. But I would recommend their tandoori chicken wraps which are a regular for us. Just try it.

Bahar Biryani is by far the best restaurant in the city. I tried their fried rice and naan with Dum Ka Murg. Omg! Its unbelievable. It was very delicious and it gave me the memories back when I had these dishes back at home. I highly recommend Bahar to anyone whos new to the country and folks near Scarborough area, to try authentic Indian food. Youll not regret at all.

I got chicken 65 2playes , 2 plates biryani , 1 chicken fried rice , 1 plate Haleem , 6 butter naan , 1 double ka meetha/Dessert omg mind blowing . I can t be happier than this , quantity & quality both were fantastic. Price is very reasonable as well. It s incredibly delicious and no cons/issues at all. I have been to this restaurant many times since they open every time fabulous experience. I never called them back for any complaints. I love it. Owner wasif was excellent with his customer service as well. He was very friendly and polite. I recommend it to everyone who is locking for authentic Hyderabadi/Indian food. Thank you so much.

This is one of the top most restaurants for Hyderabadi Indian cuisine. As soon as you enter the place there is a very nice vibe about it with very neatly done interiors, cleanliness and the owner greeting you and asking you how he could help you. We decided to order the trademark dishes after discussing with him and ended up ordering Chicken 65, Tangdi kabab, lagan ka gosht, haleem and chicken biryani. Needless to say that everything was perfect and the taste and flavour were exceptional. The packing was done very nicely and the portions were amazing too. The best part was it was extremely reasonable too, for such high quality of food. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to eat true desi food!
