Went there for chicken biriyani and the guy was giving me leftover biriyani after heating it up in microwave. When I asked, he told me he made it a day before and stored it in the freezer.

I always order it from this branch. I really love their chicken tikka masala.

The chicken position is TOO LITTLE for BUTTER CHICKEN! I ordered the Butter Chicken in a Roti, and the foods quality is good - hot and fresh. However, I was disappointed by the quantity. There was little chicken and one cube of potatoes, like are you kidding me? I paid $25 and you re giving me three slices of chicken, but too much sauce? I don t think of ever coming back here, and I reported it to UberEats to give me partial refund of my food. This is so unfair!

Honestly, not a bad place if youre passing by. The food overall tasted good, but docking a star because the food was extremely oily (that much oil, is just not required!) and the naans were pretty bad (they seemed pre-packaged on the day of or day before). The curries though (once the oil was strained out), were really flavorful.

Ordered veg-momos and the entire order was burnt....

I ordered butter naan from this restaurant and honestly, I will say, that was the worst naan I ever had. Its better to eat frozen naan instead of buying or ordering from here.

We grabbed this for lunch today. The team didnt have many complaints but, after a few bites, I started feeling funny. I stopped eating, called the restaurant and they confirmed that all their sauces contain nuts, which was disappointing for someone with a nut allergy. Nowhere on the franchise website does it indicate that their food contains nuts, which was both concerning and disappointing. Im lucky I stopped eating it when I did and I hope anyone with a nut allergy reads this review prior to ordering so that they can avoid an even worse experience than mine.

The girl in taking order was very sweet and friendly. She was wearing a cap maybe name was smriti . Food was also best. I visit here mostly once or twice a week.

I wish i can give negative stars to this place, food was horrible and stale. And the staff member sandeep was so rude, he doesnt know his job. He didnt even apologize for their mistake and he kept on saying that this is the regular spice level. He got into an argument with my friend on call, however he kept on bashing him on the call. Is this the kind of customer service you guys provide?

The floors in this place are filthy! The grime goes all the way up the baseboards. I had ordered for here a few times for delivery and the food was delicious. A customer service error brought me into the shop one day and I m sad to say I no longer feel safe eating here. It s a real shame because the food tastes great.

Worst butter chicken roti location hands down! Ordered paneer roti and it literally felt as if it was left for 2 days and cant even describe how terrible it was. I have been to many butter chicken roti locations and the staff is always welcoming but this location would be a great expection so dont go with your hopes high. I would seriously advise you avoid this location if you want to save your hard earned money, belly and stay sane. Also, if you call them theyll tell you their policy has changed or their manager said they cant make any accommodations or take any requests.

I absolutely love the food at Butter Chicken Roti. They definitely use good quality ingredients because the food always tastes great,Freshly cooked. My stomach fills up just with half the portion but it tastes so good that I always end up eating it all. Btw price are very decent! Parking: Its located right beside a gas station. I believe there are 2-3 parking spots for (free)... but.. use it to park a few minutes to receive your food order and then kindly leave because the parking spot arent fir regular use...

I come here often for butter chicken roti, Dahi, poutines & masala fries... & since the new management, their recipes & service have only become more outstanding. An excellent option during the day and even after hours at nighttime/after hours. So its definitely one of my favourites.

Me and my brother had the best mid work night meal ever in Canada...the person who made the meal was really friendly and his sheer commitment towards his work in the middle of the night was something we all should try and learn for ourselves. My partner and I ordered takeout. They charged us more than what was advertised in store. We waited about 20 minutes and they had forgotten our samosas. We waited another 10 minutes. My favorite food every day since 3 years

I was a walking customer yesterday and I noticed that restaurant and enter obey there . I observed the food is quite satisfactory but noticed that the serving staffs are very few in number. There was rush to attain the customer by single staff. In my opinion restaurant have to focus more critically on quality of food and if possible the no of staff should also increase so , that there will be friendly environment in the restaurant.

I was there at a really bad situation. My phone was out of charge at it was really late in night. Rashmi, a nepali girl who works there helped me. She charged my phone, listened to my meaningless talks with a smilling face. I had samosas which were great. But the most great think was Rashmi and her kindness. Take care of her. She is a great worker ofcourse. I saw her ready so many pickup orders all at once. She is a strong girl. She will be useful to your store. Yeah.

I ordered two chana n roti meals with gulab jamun and mango lassi but I only got 1 mango lassi and gulab jamun . Roti felt so undercooked and old and that lassi tasted so bad felt like its expired I had the throw it away. I am still giving 3 stars because chana tasted good.
