We had a lovely graduation dinner at KS2 and the hospitality from the staff made our experience beyond expectations. The food was amazing! My favourite appetizer was definitely the tempura shrimp. The steak was cooked to my liking and it was delicious. The chocolate cake was the best way to end the dessert! Would recommend to everyone!

Appetizers, entrees and dessert was soo yummy! We got the shrimp tempura and ribeye and it was 10/10. The staff were also so friendly.

The service and atmosphere was good but the food was horrible! I don t know how it is rated 4.8! We ordered the rib eye and New York strip. The rib eye had so much fat and gristle that I could not eat most of the steak. It was also very chewy and not cooked to medium rare. The New York strip was even worse as it was basically uncooked and very tough. That night my wife felt very sick after eating as well. Overall the service was decent but will not be coming back because of how bad the food was.

We dined in with my 15 months old and had amazing experience at KS2. Food was great, the lady who served us was amazing. She explained us what meat options they have and recommended the best. Anyone looking for Halal Steak this is by far the best in Toronto in my opinion. Highly recommend this place. I would like to go back again my family and friends.

Beautiful atmosphere and ambiance although the resturant is small it can get a bit loud which takes away from conversation. There is a place to pray as well. The food was one of the best steaks I have had. We ordered the daily cuts and got a 50oz tomahawk and a porterhouse that comes with 4 sides. The cocktails were on point and the cheescake was amazing. We got the steaks medium rare and they were cooked to pefection and melted in your mouth. A little too much salt for my liking but the flavors of the steak quickly made that better. Highly reccommend. Our server Batman was kind, attentive, made some great suggestions and the service was top notch. Overall cost about 400+ after tips but worth every penny. Will def try again.

We ordered two medium well steaks but they were overdone. It was a fight even cutting the steak, I may as well have been the butcher slaughtering it. Never again. The atmosphere was okay, and the servers tried, but the chef needs to go back to culinary school. Save your money and eat your mom s food.

The visit was worthwhile, mouth watering food, great flavors, nice hospitality, I would recommend to be more creative on the presentation menu and decore, keep some halal non alcoholic beer, wine etc. since you can enjoy the hockey arena, some traditional items too. The good thing is you really feel like having a one of the greatest steaks of Toronto. Bison bone Steak was awesome. All the best.

We started with the shrimp tempura and short ribs as appetizers, and both were excellent crispy, flavorful, and a perfect start to the meal. We went here for our anniversary and everything was amazing. Nabil is an amazing server. The ribeyes we asked medium rare and most halal steakhouses screw them up but this place was phenomenal. Attention to detail to the food was really appreciated. There were ppl in reviews that said the mashed potatoes werent good. But we found them really good.

Save your money and dine elsewhere! I visited your steakhouse last night (Sept 24) with my wife, and it was a huge disappointment. My wife ordered her steak medium well, but what she received was completely unacceptable. Blood was pouring out of the steak as if it were barely cooked, and we were disgusted by that experience. To make matters worse, we also ordered calamari, which arrived undercooked and soggy. We ve been to your restaurant on many occasions and even recommended it to our friends and family, but it s clear that the quality of service and food has significantly declined. Driving from far, we expected a pleasant evening, but this turned out to be a complete waste of time. If a steakhouse can t even get a basic steak right, I cant recommend this place anymore. We wont be coming back, and I ll make sure our friends and family know to avoid it.

Dont judge this place based on its location (literally adjacent to a hockey rinks ice surface). Service is impeccable and the food options are really good. The steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection to the right amount of doneness as we had asked. Definitely recommend. Parking: Parking can be a hassle to find sometimes as it is a shared lot with the sports facilities and its a small lot.

A nice little place which serves halaal steak, the menu is a bit small and the flavours for most of the items are mainly south Asian inspired to say the least. The staff are accommodating and the food is pleasant. Would recommend sticking to the steaks if you want an American like food. The daily special a bit pricy but really is worth it. Would definitely come again.

Food is absolutely amazing! The steak was cooked just right, we had medium rare. Presentation of the food was beautiful. The stuffed chicken and the ribs tasted great and so tender. Even the mashed potatoes were great! Waiters were friendly and kind. I honestly can not say enough to do the food justice. This place has now ruined other steakhouses for me, which makes me sad as I live in the Maritimes. 10/10 recommend!

When my sister suggested this restaurant to celebrate her birthday, I was hesitant bec it s so far from where we live and I have not heard it ever. But OMG the reviews are legit. We ordered rib eye steak, alfredo pasta, and the calamari and they are all good!!! The servings are also generous that we have to take out half of everything. Suddenly, The Keg tasted underwhelming compared to this. Best steak and pasta I ve eaten in Toronto!

I went here with good expectations but was unfortunately quite disappointed. First off, coming to dine out, imagine our surprise that when we went to wash our hands, we were directed to a public skating rink washroom. Yes, a lot of kids were there. Yes, it was as unpleasant as you would expect. I have no idea why the restaurant would not have private washrooms for their guests. Very off putting right before a meal. The prices were unreasonably expensive as well. I m making this determination after having seen the portions and quality of the food. The food itself left you scratching your head. The miami ribs were like an asian flavour with coconut milk? A steak house serving what seemed like boiled short ribs smothered in a sweet coconut milk sauce was unexpected. The taste and preparation of the meal was mediocre. I ordered the ribeye and the chicken main dish. I ve never been to a steak house that served undercooked fries and clumpy, dry mash potatoes. I ve had better fries and mash potatoes at every take out place I ve been to. The steak quality and cook was quite good. A good cut of meat that was grilled with salt. The chicken dish was stuffed but was unfortunately dry and bland. It left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was a disappointing and an unnecessarily expensive experience. Perhaps it was a one off and we went at a time when the owner wasn t there and they had new staff or something. The service was very good though and the servers were always attentive and ready to help. Best of luck and I hope they are able to tighten up some of these issues.

I hosted a surprise 50th birthday party in August at KS2 Grill and it was very successful. There are a few spaces in the restaurant where you can have a party - I chose the space where there is a curtain for the surprise element and it was perfect for my 25-30 guests. This space and this restaurant overall is cozy, comfortable and classy which made the perfect ambiance for my guest list of professionals/work friends. Thanks to very kind staff taking care of waiting the table, I did not have to worry about the food. Sabir checked in on my guests multiple times to see if they needed anything. Sabir was very helpful and stayed in communication with me from the time of my booking up until my event. He was accommodating, understanding, and was open to all of my questions and requests. He gave me options of the menu and pricing well in advance and I was able to come early and decorate for my party the day of. The dishes (steak, chicken, pasta) were served in platters for guests to share. My guests, most of whom have been to many steakhouses that are not halal, were very impressed and were raving about the delicious restaurant food, ambience, and service. The only thing I wished the restaurant and I had confirmed with each other was how long I had the space for, because we found out during the party there was another party after mine and we had to leave by a certain time, which made the ending quite hectic and rushed for me and my guests to leave and clean up on time. All in all, I had researched many halal restaurants in the GTA and KS2 Grill was the only space for such a party. It was worth the investment and it made for a memorable space for our family and friends. Highly recommend and thank you Sabir and staff!

Loved it here! Great staff, great food and looks pretty inside. The proportions of the food were quite big for me honestly and the food taste amazing. The staff were so nice, they constantly kept checking on me, constantly refilling my water and just always being near by which was great. The food came on time very fast, they were very quick to clear my table and help out unlike ALOT of other restaurants. I would definitely recommand coming here if you want a casual but still very cute place to eat. The only downside I would say is that outside looks like a community centre. One thing that was a bit odd for me was that the washroom was not apart of the restaurant but it was a separate washroom that was connected to a hockey rink. Other that it was a good experience, the staff deserve a raise!

The family and I are big on steakhouses so we go often. Here, everything was good except the quality of the steaks. Staff was also very kind and helpful. We found that the steaks for the price are very overrated. The seasoning used was pretty much tasteless and the peppercorn sauce was probably the least tasty sauce we have tried over multiple steakhouses.

Went there for the 1st time after seeing lots of recommendations on insta. But experience turned out out of the box. Foods were so yummy and tasty. Steak was so well cooked and flavors of each item uniquely tasty and so different from each of them. Nothing to say about their service. From entering to signing out from the restaurant each and every single person was so welcoming warming and such kind and nice gesture shown to every single customer. In simple word mind blowing experience.

I recently visited KS2 with a large group, and we all had an excellent experience. The ribeye and T-bone steaks were top-notch tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We also tried the pasta Alfredo, which was creamy and delicious. The service was great, and everyone in our group loved their meals. Highly recommend!

The best steaks I ve had. Drinks are drinks. Terrific service from staff. Pretty casual steakhouse. Concerns: Spacing is too close. Can overhear conversations and honestly a little awkward. The food was great but the service and atmosphere are even better! Jubayer was very kind and patient. For starters we got the shrimp tempura which was very fresh and crispy (10/10). I got the ks2 stuffed chicken and it was a solid 9.5/10. The Mojito was also really good.

I went there for my sisters birthday and it was absolutely amazing to say the least. The food was delish, we orders the porterhouse steak, Miami rib, blackened tandoori steak, and seafood linguini, all of which were delicious and filling. The servers were really nice and served everything in a timely manner, would def recommend this to anyone who wants to grub on some good halal steak and seafood dishes.

The highlight was undoubtedly the steak perfectly cooked to medium-rare, it was tender, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. Each bite was a true testament to their mastery of meat. The meal was capped off with their cheesecake, which was nothing short of sublime. It was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. If youre a steak lover and a fan of exquisite desserts, this place is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!

We just had a party of 90 people, though the start was a little bit wobbly but after a while the entire team got the rhythm & so responsive, it just took the flight. Food and service are really appreciative. Very well done and beautifully executed. Thank a lot

This was our first time here. We found it on Google with excellent ratings. We tried the Miami Ribs as an appetizer and it didnt disappoint. Loved the coconut taste in it. We got the New York Striploin 10z and KS2 chicken for entrees. Both the items were well prepared and yummy. I would give them both five stars Our server, Nabil, was well informed and very professional. My husband and I were trying to figure out what KS2 meant and was surprised to know it represents the first initials of the three Bengali owners. Very impressed with the restaurant. The decor inside was very calming as well. Although there is an ice rink that you can see from inside, it didnt bother us much. Five stars and yes, would love to return!

Food was excellent, service was excellent, atmosphere was excellent. Went for my birthday and expected nothing but the best and that s what I received, we got 2 tomahawk steaks for our group of 7, the lamb shank and some other food and they gave us complimentary birthday cake and mocktail! Loved it here no complaints!

I loved this place. I feel like it s the first great halal steakhouse in the GTA. The menu is limited but delicious. I wish the side dishes were a bit more generous portions and my mashed potatoes were a little cold. The cuts of meat are fresh. The service is so nice and lovely. Very family friendly and there s a view of a hockey ring. Lots of parking too. Thanks and excited to come back.
