Milestones in Scarborough

Wait staff was pretty good and value for food was decent. The issue was the restaurant had that wet rag smell and there were a lot of fruit flies. And the lamps on the tables were pretty dusty. All symptoms of poor maintenance and upkeep.

Had a birthday celebration here during the summer for a group of 15. It was great--service was wonderful and attentive. The menu had changed since my high school days and had more options for vegetarians. Loved it and Ive returned multiple times since. Try the roasted beet salad, bruschetta and butternut squash ravioli but ask for it to extra saucy.

Went for dinner and got their ribeye steak and mushroom chicken, steak was good but I would say mushroom chicken was better tasting. It took them 45 mins and more to get the food for us.

DO NOT ORDER FRIM THIS LOCATION -I ordered 100$ through DoorDash, waited 45 minutes then they told me my order was canceled- HORRIBLE RESTAURANT SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH OR MILESTONE- Why accept someone s order then, when they are about to receive it you say you don t have the time???? Just say you don t have it right away or update your menu- ended up getting food from somewhere else 2 and a half hours later- DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

The place looked nice but we never got a chance to experience the food. The waiters didnt arrive after 20 minutes of us waiting so we left :)

Always find something to eat here and the drinks are good for a little more upscale experience than Moxies or Jack Asters. Had the Flambé burger, it was delicious!

There were so many fruit flies. First the person sat us at a pre reserved table , so he made us move the next table had fruit flies that were coming on our food it was disgusting . When I told our server shes like yes we know e are trying to deal with it . So disappointed and beyond disgusted .I have video but unfortunately cant share it

Ordered takeout from this location. Food was packaged very well in spill proof containers.Ordered roasted mushroom soup, farm harvest corn ragu pasta and shitake teriyaki bowl. Quantity was alright. The soup was extremely salty to a point it was not edible. The pasta had no taste and the ragu was rubbery. Shitake teriyaki bowl tasted better than the other dishes but after 2 hours of eating, my stomach was upset- bloating and gassy. For the price that they charge the food quality is unbelievably sub par. Wouldn t recommend this place. Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian options.

Most pathetic restaurant ever. Worst food ever and they are adding 20% tip by default in the bill. Built such a huge restaurant by doing such scams.

Our go to dishes are the portobello mushroom and California salad. Weve found the menu has got pretty expensive lately, just like everything else in Toronto.

Had an unfortunate experience here. My partner and I went here for dinner and the service seemed fine at first, but unfortunately the service went down hill fairly quickly. The waiter ended up forgetting about us for around 30-45 minutes after we asked for the bill. Unfortunately the food itself is also fairly bland, and not worth the experience. Wouldn t recommend.

Visited this restaurant for a birthday dinner and it was amazing! The ambiance was exquisite! We especially loved the floral wall that greeted us when we walked in. For the price of the food you would think it would be better quality quantity and the service would be topnotch. But it definitely was not. If you order a steak, it should be close to the size youre paying for and of better quality. The place was empty for dinner. Now I know why.

Food is okay, a little salty. We had to wait for over 5 minutes to be seated even if it was not busy. Nobody was at the reception, annd the lowest tip option is 18% which is unjust in my opinion.

My husband and I had an incredible evening at Milestones Scarborough! The food was delicious, and our server, Adrian, was nothing short of fabulous. We shared some great laughs with him, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the restaurant and making sure everyone is having a great time. He knew the menu and drink list inside and out, which made our choices so much easier. The atmosphere was romantic, and the new renovations really added to the charm. Can t wait to come back!

What an experience! We had made prior reservation for dinner and were told that nothing should be a problem. However, what we see when we reach there was completely different. They offered us a table and got us menus, they come back after 10 mins saying that they are closing the kitchen due to excess smoke in the kitchen!! No problem, but atleast have the courtesy to make prior calls and inform the customer about the situation, how hard can that be !!

Ordered a steak was porrly cooked. It came to me cold. Like it wasnt even warm. Asked them to at least heat it. As I got to the middle u could taste like water. Like it wasnt thawed properly and cooked. Wasent the best experience Food

Second visit to this location in the last month with the family. Decided to come back as we enjoyed the food on our previous visit and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, this visit was like night and day. We were honestly shocked how poor and unprofessional the service was. Our initial server abruptly disappeared after taking our food order with no explanation. They brought my wife the incorrect dish and barely offered an apology. Took another 10+ minutes to bring her correct order while the rest of us waited with our food. We were then assisted by another 1-2 different servers for the remainder of our stay. We sat down at 5:30 PM the restaurant was not even busy! Our bill was $150 including tax for 3 adults and a 3 year old. I politely explained to the final server that we would not be tipping our regular amount due to the unacceptable service. I am writing this review 4 hours after getting home as I felt compelled to share feedback with other patrons and Milestones management.

I got got an order of pasta for takeout and I just wanna note that the portions are very small and very expensive for what you get. Every time I order an online order for the pasta they always forget and mess up my order and I always have to walk back to get my order which is very annoying. This should not be happening as I have been dining at Milestones for a long time and the service has been very disappointing and the prices for the food is not worth it.

I don t really write reviews but feel inclined based on the experience I just had. Dining at Milestones was outstanding. The ambiance was inviting, with a modern, cozy feel. The food was exceptional each dish was crafted with fresh ingredients and full of flavor, from the perfectly balanced calamari to the steak, fish and pasta dishes soooo good. The service was equally impressive. Our server Marco was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the menu, making the entire meal seamless and enjoyable. Dave who I believe might have been the manger was also exceptional high touch customer service will definitely make us frequent this location a lot more. I highly recommend Milestones for anyone seeking delicious food, top-notch service, and a wonderful atmosphere. We ll definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: They provided something to my kids not on the menu ;-) won t mention what but it was and soooo good!!

Went on Friday with my friends for our birthdays. Garrett served us, kitchen may a small error in my friends meal.. but it was quickly corrected. The manager working, he was very friendly apologetic and made the rest of our visit enjoyable alongside Garrett.. Thank you. Ps. I forgot my extra Porto sauce I packed.

Unfortunately this restaurant has gone from bad to the worst ever.Today we has a family dinner and not only was the food uwful and very small portions for the price we pay but the service was attitude and rude.Its always freezing in this specific location with air conditioning at full children and adults had to wear our jackets to eat. unacceptable

Went in for brunch with my wife. I usually dont go for salads but this place has some great options. Their roasted beetroot and goat cheese salad was delicious, the portion could have been bigger for a $18 salad. My wife enjoyed her chicken and waffles. But we noticed a fly and some fruit flies hovering over our table. That killed the vibe :/

Great food. They said they recently updated the menu. A little on the pricier side for a Milestones. I had the lettuce chicken wrap, and baby back ribs. They give free dessert when its your birthday.

The worst experience ever..We went 15 people yesterday and the asked from us to pay 20% Mandatory Tips.. The food wasnt good at all... We return one of our dishes and we complained about the other dishes They needed it almost 1.5 h to bring the food Im very disappointed $1000 bill and not even one Thank you

I have always loved the food here but today I want to express the amazing General Manager Laurel. Wow...I left realizing that there truly are amazing caring people out there.

This was my first time visiting this location, and while I ve usually had great experiences, this time was disappointing. The staff seemed very disorganized, possibly because they were understaffed. We waited about 20 minutes between receiving our appetizer and our main courses, and when the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and were nearly bland. Our chicken was slightly burnt, and we had to send it back. To make matters worse, when we asked for the bill, it took another 20 minutes just to pay. By then, we were frustrated and just wanted to leave. We were supposed to receive a comp, but the manager never even came over to apologize. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Paid $44 for the shrimp scallop pasta via DoorDash. The pasta tasted like plain noodles no flavour at all, the quantity was VERY little it didn t even fill me, there was only 4 little baby shrimp in it and on top of that they forgot my drink you would think that you would get better quality and service for that price .safe to say I won t be ordering food from here again and neither should you

Great food, excellent service! Nice evening weather as we were seated outside. However, too many bugs came by very often and there was a spider crawling on our table. Uggh! So scared of creepy crawlers. I wasn t too hungry, so I opted for the Wham Bam Shrimp, and it was delicious and perfectly satisfying honestly, I could go for more right now! My only critique would be the $6 cocktails. I tried the Bellini, but it was overly sweet with no noticeable taste of alcohol. My friend had a similar experience with both the Bellini and the martini she ordered. She also tried the Portobello Mushroom Chicken and really enjoyed the chicken, but wasn t a fan of the noodles, so she stuck with the chicken and vegetables. My review is based on both of our experiences.

We came here for our 5th wedding anniversary and regretted it after. The food was okay, except for what I ordered. I ordered the mango jalepeno pork chop, unfortunately it was way over cooked, you can taste the burnt grill marks on it, it was also super dry, it took so long to chew. To prove it was getting burnt they even added aluminum foil to an exposed part of the bone to prevent it from burning further (which is a cooking trick) but they also still left the aluminum foil on the pork chop itself and didn t take it out? Which is a weird choice. our server was really nice but honestly took long. was attentive at first but the service declined. She offered to have the food remade but at that point, the day was already ruined with how long we had to wait for the food in the first place, i think it took an hour before we got our mains in an almost empty dining room? makes no sense to take that long. we asked for water 3 times and it came at the end when were leaving. they offered a dessert on the house which took no joke, 30 minutes to come after we asked for boxes to leave. it was the cookie with ice cream, and the ice cream was already melted by the time it came to us. Shows how long it sat before it came to us Then the bill came, 15 minutes after we asked for it. service shouldn t be taking this long. even after knowing were celebrating a wedding anniversary. We re not special people I get that, but with an almost empty dining room, this is unacceptable.

Ended up taking 3 of my clients here for dinner. Our server was great.. a little slow as the place was quite full and this restaurant was celebrating its 20th anniversary. We ordered 2 appetizers which were good and five entrees. Out of the 5 I ordered a fillet mignon medium and it came out well done and it was quite tough. While the server did come by about .15 minutes later to check on us but it was too late to send back and finished half my entree. I did mention to her that it was overcooked. One of my clients ordered a ramen dish with short ribs. The ribs weee ok and there was a big clump of ramen stuck together at the bottom. I felt bad as I recommended this restaurant. Not sure if I ll go back. My bill was around $450.00.

Went here for dinner. Ordered the ribeye steak. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The waitress Chantel gave us great service. I highly recommend to try the white chocolate cheesecake for desert.

I was in this past weekend and our server John was fantastic. I have food allergies and he was very helpful and answered all of my questions about what was in each dish. I couldn t decide on what to eat and John recommended the portobello mushroom chicken dish. I decided to go with the recommendation and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back because of the food and the great service John gave.

I got to say, whenever Im in the area, I always go to Jack Astors but Milestones has really been stepping up their game. Ive had great service here and Jack Astors has been lacking. I came today, and got amazing service from Isabelle our waitress. She was kind and patient with us while making the entire experience enjoyable. We also sat on the patio and it got a bit chilly at night and Miguel came and went above and beyond to make sure the outdoor heaters were functional and had enough propane to keep my fiancee and me warm. This experience plus the great food was reason enough to make this my new go to spot over anything in this area! Huge thank you to Isabelle and Miguel, appreciate you both!

Took my wife and daughter for afternoon meal. Daughter has peanut allergy, so made sure to discuss food choice with server. Afterserver consulted kitchen, order placed. Food arrived with nut allergy content included. In addition, more than 30 mins between food order and delivery. Atmosphere also uncomfortable as music too loud and A/C to breezy. Did not re order 1meal, other 2meals were ok. Costly prices. Disappointed..

I vomited after eating their Tuscan Sausage Gnocchi. My pasta was basically swimming in oil as if it had been reheated, same with my friend who ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Scampi. Their staff was lovely and the atmosphere was good, but, the food is different this time around.

We hadnt visited this place for a pretty long time. It was a Sunday evening at around 7:45pm, so it was quiet. The table was just wiped, so it was still damp, there were small puddles of water in the corner, a few cm away from the water I saw food residue, probably it was because of the dimed lighting. Service was excellent, our server Beth was simply the best we had ever had among several major restaurants in town, right after we placed our order, she asked if we had any food allergies and our answer was yes, she confirmed all the items were safe for us before placing the order to the kitchen, typically at other places, we had to bring this up to the server. Steak was always our choice, they had 7 oz., it would be great if 11 oz. could be an option.

My wife and I are regulars at Milestones. The last time we went we sat on the patio, they had a lot of big umbrellas to block the sun, and the weather was very Breezy and nice, we had a great time and the food was amazing!

We were at Milestones for after work dinner on a Thursday afternoon. We wanted to order the Bellini s from the Happy Hour Menu however, the manager explained that the machine to make Bellini s is broken, I asked her to give another option instead of the Bellini, since it s off the happy hour menu, she had another cocktail which had vodka in it, and I can t do Vodka. So i was left with no other option except choosing from the regular drink menu. If a restaurant is going through renovations and the bar machine is not working, they must offer something else instead to their customers or for once make an exception and offer something else. Overall I was disappointed with their customer service, it took forever to pay for our bills. The food was ok.

We used to be regulars at milestones Scarborough but today we had a very bad experience. The food was served cold and despite reminding twice about our drinks, the server came up with them when we were done with our food. The server didn t even apologise once. Above all who makes you hold your cutlery? The server took our plates and asked us to hold the cutlery in hands while we waited for our main course (which took atleast 5mins) Really disappointing experience today!

Wonderful place, great atmosphere and delicious food. Our waiter Harvey was very friendly and attentive! I enjoyed my night and would definitely recommend this place.

We dropped in here on a Saturday night. The hostess seated us by the bar. A really nice server by the name of Stephanie came over and introduced herself, took our order and said that our server would be over later. It was a man and I m not sure of his name. But Stephanie was actually the bartender. We waited 30 minutes and two different servers brought the food over. No one came by in the whole time we were there to ask how was the food, do you want anything else like drinks or dessert. Behind us was two very loud and obnoxious woman and three of the servers including ours which we didn t know about till the end were over there talking and joking. Wasting so much time. It turns out it was Happy hour. And it looked like the servers knew them. Anyways our friend who was treating us called to the man for the bill. He went and got the bill and the machine. Dropped it off and left. Never said a word. I felt so bad for my friend who paid a lot of money and got such horrible service. This is the second time now, with them that we got HORRIBLE service. We didn t want to go back again but my friends wanted to give it another chance. So much for second chances. That is why I wanted to voice my experience. We will definitely not be returning. Update: I was in contact 3 times by email with the manager Laurel. She said that they wanted to make things right and would send vouchers by mail. I don t know why she couldn t send them by email. No one mails anything anymore. Red flag there. Anyways 1 month later and I ve received nothing. I ve emailed her twice and no response. Just like the disappointing service in their restaurant, their customer service is the same. Update- it s 8 months now and I still didn t get those vouchers I was promised. I guess they got lost in the mail.

I dined at Milestones in Scarborough Town Centre on Sunday, June 1st, and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the decor was welcoming and the noise level was fine, the cleanliness was lacking as we noticed dead bugs near our window, which was quite off-putting. Upon arrival, we were not greeted promptly, though we were seated within a few minutes. We ordered two drinks, four steaks with sides, and two desserts. The quality and presentation of the food were good, but the steaks were subpar, with excessive fat, and the fries were cold. Service was a major issue; we had to constantly flag down our waitress, who was not attentive at all. All the steaks and sides came out wrong, and she was nowhere to be found to explain which was which. Fortunately, the cook resolved the issue by taking our food back and matching the proper steak temperatures with the correct sides. Another significant concern was the cold fries and sides, which detracted from the meal. Additionally, the dead bugs near the window were unacceptable and raised questions about the restaurants overall cleanliness. Despite these issues, the cooks effort to fix the steak mix-up was appreciated. However, the low quality and excessive fat in the steaks, combined with the inattentive service, left a lot to be desired. While I might consider giving this restaurant another chance in the future, I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the dining experience for other patrons.

This is the best steak Ive ever had, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Its a fantastic place to hang out with friends and family. We loved it.

Im not sure whats happening with this location. The food was terrible. The temperature was warm on top and cold at the bottom ( Ramen ). To top it all, there was a plastic label in the middle of the food. The salmon I ordered was also room temperature, and the grains and vegetables were mushy. The server that we had was nice, but our orders came one at a time. It looks like they were understaffed. Different people were bringing out our food, and some drinks had to be reminded to be brought over. Ive been to this location before and was very impressed. Are there any changes with management? By the way, they tried to rectify the ramen by bringing another one , but it did not look right and tasted cold again.

We requested a table for 5 in advance. Arrived and waited approximately 15m. They refused to seat us at a table large enough because a member of our party was late. They offered us a table for 4, and refused to seat us at multiple clear tables. The staff was rude, unwilling to hear us out, and ultimately lost our business after we had already requested over $100 in wine to be set at the table for us. Dose not live up to the franchise expectations for service. Will not return. Pleanty of options in the immediate area.

Ive had the pleasure of being served by Adrian at Milestones on two separate occasions, and both times he was outstanding. He remembered details from our first visit and was incredibly attentive throughout the meal. His service truly made the experience effortless. I highly recommend the calamari, with its amazing sauce, and the California spring salad, which perfectly combines goat cheese, strawberries, and spiced pecans. Also, dont miss the Portobello mushroom chicken; its wonderfully creamy and rich. Adrian is one of the best servers Ive encountered! My go-to restaurant. Ive been to other Milestones but this is the BEST one!

The food was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Harvey was our server and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional time. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure that every aspect of our meal was perfect. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Harvey for a memorable dining experience.

I visited the restaurant to have my favorite meal - Sweet Chili Bowl. The rice was soggy which was quite disappointing. Despite the disappointment the service we received from our server Nikki made the experience quite delightful

A very unfortunate birthday to further ruin my weekend with the amount of oil/grease in our food. Made a reservation day prior asking to book for 7:30. Got to restaurant at 7:15, no one welcomed us we had to go to the host stand to let them know we are here for a reservation. They let us know we are early and was asked to sit at the bar since our table was not ready. That is fine however, 7:30 has now arrived.. then 7:45 . Then 8:00. Host came over to us at the bar to informed us that our table will be ready in 1 minute, then left. At 8:10 I got a text saying that my table was ready even though I was in the room beside the host stand you could see us from the stand and the host just told us our table will be ready in 1 minute very confusing. Got to the table finally. 5 minutes later server came to assist. The menu does not have much variety since most of the dishes are chicken. Once we got our starter (spinach and artichoke dip) we noticed a rim of oil around the top of the dip.. not very appealing. Around 20 minutes later me and my guest started to feel unwell. We let the host/manager know that we would like to pack the rest of our food up since we are unwell and the food had now taken over 45 minutes- 1 hour to get the the table (we only ordered appetizers). My guest who booked the reservation told me that over the phone they would give us a complimentary desert since it was my birthday (I had no idea that my guest was told this (keep this in mind)) the host went to pack up my food and the server brought over the bill. No one said anything about desert even though my guest was told this is a standard they have to give dessert. This experience was very disappointing and ruined my birthday. The host didn t acknowledge that we took 2-3 bites off of the spinach dip and then left it. We didn t not eat. Once arriving home and re-heating the food, everything was in pools of grease. This would have happened if we where at the restaurant or at home with the amount of oil/grease in the food. Very unsatisfied with the quality and service.

Sweet chili chicken bowl came out lukewarm. Asked for it to be reheated, came back barely warm. My partners chicken dish had one dry piece and one OK piece. Desserts were OK. Service was slow even though it wasnt that busy. Would not recommend.

I was in a few days ago for lunch and was reminded why Milestones STC is one of my favourite casual restaurants in the east. Our server was Nikki and she was simply amazing. She was pleasant, professional and efficient...She kept checking on us to ensure we were good. So few servers do that these days. You can tell she loves what she does. A+ service!!!! I took my family there for Mothers Day, and it was my first time there. Our server was super nice, but the food was bad ,We ordered several dishes, but none of them were good. I wont go back there again.

The food here is really good. Ordered chicken pasta, it was very flavorful. They have large number of options in the menu. The staffs are helpful while ordering. Large sitting area with nice interior. Recommended for formal dinning with family and friends.

We love coming to this location! The food is always solid and not to mention their late happy hour! All the staff are so attentive and friendly, shoutout to David, we always ask for his section if he s working as we love his service!

Double check your utensils. Milestones has definitely disappointed me today, my spinach dip was also cold, manager explained the cook must ve been new & young ( could care less ) the dirty fork and cold dip was enough to turn me off from this location. And I find how they make their drinks forces you to buy more instead of just needing one in my opinion.. The only good thing was the whambam skrimps. This location could do better, but they don t in my opinion.

Nekhi, our server was amazing! Hes was friendly and very good with accommodating my 2 small boys. Considering how busy it was on a Saturday during lunch, he made it a point to come to check and make sure we were good. The food was excellent! Definitely recommend this location. We came here for dinner to celebrate my birthday last Sep 30, 2022. The receptionist was nice and warm. We didnt wait long to be seated even if we didnt have any reservations. She led us to our table. I noticed there was only 1 napkin folded with Knife & 2 forks in it and 2 small plates. After a few minutes, our server approached. We told her it is our 1st time here and that it was my birthday. Since it was our 1st time, we decided to order their signature dishes. We ordered chicken fingers for my 3yr old, coconut calamari for our appetizer, portobello mushroom chicken, grilled salmon, & an iced tea. They served 1st my kids order along with the calamari & iced tea. However, the iced tea taste like sugar with water & my kids chicken fingers were cold. It took awhile before they served our mains. Their portobello mushroom chicken taste bland that I have to add salt & pepper each bite. I can barely taste the pesto & the chicken taste bitter. We asked for extra fork and we never got them. When we finally decided to have our dessert, again it took a long time to serve (for 2 scoops of ice cream & a complementary 1 slice of cake!) despite a 2nd follow-up. Same thing with the bill, it took a long time to get it. This is my 1st time to give a review as we are extremely disappointed with the service. We noticed that our server had a problem with the billing on the table nearby. We fully understand that her hands were full. But, she shouldve asked for help to other staff to cater the needs of the other customers. We were only asked once about the food and that was when they served the calamari. I dont think their staffs doesnt care of their customers social cues. The 2 stars are for the ambiance & the receptionists.

We celebrated our anniversary on March 26th, so we decided to head to Milestones. We never went there before and we will definitely be going back. The food was incredible and were still craving it. We went at a time that wasnt too busy but it was also their happy hour. The service was very fast and everything came out at a reasonable time, the staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the Miami Ice (Iced tea, mango, and mint $5.00) and Strawberry Lemonade ($5.00) to drink. For appetizers we had the crispy tempura cauliflower ($12.00) and the spinach and artichoke dip ($12.00). We then had the steak sandwich with fries ($26.00) and the smash wagon black and blue burger with fries ($26.00). The sandwich and burger were amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and the beef practically melted in your mouth. Definitely recommend trying the steak sandwich. They also gave us a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary!

April 08, 2024 From start to finish, our dinner at Milestones was superb. The Butter Nut Ravioli and surf and turf were delectable, and the customer service was exceptional. Despite a small issue with one dish, the manager quickly rectified it, showcasing their commitment to excellence. The Bellini was also a delightful addition. Well definitely be back and highly recommend Milestones (this location specifically) to others!

Nice ambience. Good for a celebration. Vegeterian options are less. It is bit expensive. However, food is very good. Service is good.

I like the ambiance. The staff is really friendly and the food is good. I had the Chilli chicken bowl and there was too much sauce in it so it made the rice soggy, but apart from that, I had a good experience dining there.

Only complaint I had was the food took a long time to be prepared and served. Had to ask my waitress on 2 separate occasions in the single sitting to check on our meals. Otherwise everything else was OK.

Favorite dinner spot. Love all of the staff here, I have been coming to milestones for a decade now. Im always looking forward to dining, every time.

came here for my boyfriends birthday dinner. we ordered off the halal menu. we got the bruschetta and the spinach and artichoke dip to start! the bread for the bruschetta was a little soft/soggy but other than that it was good. we got the steak and the chicken parmesan! they were both really good and we enjoyed it thoroughly. we also got the miami ice but that was mid. the server did say the dessert was on the house as it was my boyfriends birthday but i still had to pay for it as it was on our bill. just kind of annoyed that it was said that it was free and then i was charged for it. nevertheless the food was good. service was lacking alot at the end of the night. we waited for our bill for 20 minutes and our server disappeared. we were falling asleep at the table. definitely felt forgotten about.

I visited this restaurant with a friend for their birthday celebration. The primary reason for choosing this establishment was its halal menu, which was a new experience for me. While the food did not particularly impress me, the service was satisfactory, considering the busy atmosphere. The ambiance inside was pleasant, although the music was quite loud, making it challenging to converse with my friend. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Milestones at Scarborough Town Centre is wonderful. The Manager Jimil greeted us on the way in and escorted us to put table. He was friendly and professional. The staff was also friendly and gave excellent recommendations as to what to eat. Above all the food was expertly prepared, and extremely delicious. The best restaurant meal I have had in some time. The price of the Western-style banquet is reasonable. It s a suitable place for families to have a banquet together. The service is also very good.

The food was ok, but the service was slow even though the restaurant was not full on a Sunday night. Our server kept eating while she was at the bar making drinks. We were just given a take out box for our left over food, and I had to ask for a paper bag. Did they really expect their customers to walk around carrying a take out box? I had to approach our server who was at the bar just to get our food bill, because she was oblivious and too busy eating and preparing drinks.

Writing this long overdue review to shout out 3 key members of staff: servers Derka and Miguel, and Manager Jamil. Had dinner here as a celebratory close to a hectic Black Friday weekend for me! Ordered my fave, prime rib which was delicious but way past the medium rare that I requested. Miguel (who wasnt even our assigned server) must have noticed my dissatisfaction because he came over almost immediately to ask if everything was ok. I explained... he apologized, explained the possibilities of why & graciously offered a new diff meal. But I declined as I didnt want the food to be thrown out (it was still edible). Derka (our assigned server) returned & also offered apology & shared with Manager, Jamil who came to offer & gain clarity & a complimentary dinner of my choice to take home to make up for the overcooked steak. He also gave assurances regarding a better process for cooking the prime rib going forward. Really exceptional service. 4.5 stars!

Went out for a girls night. The atmosphere was lovely. However the music was LOUD. We asked three times if they could turn it down. They never did. We sat yelling at eachother. The service was slow. My friend had the sweet chili chicken bowl. The chicken was good. The rice under it was like porridge. It was pasty and really bad. She told the waiter how disappointed she was. As he could see the meal had not been eaten. They never took it off the bill. The waiter came with a piece of cheesecake??? That was their solution to a horrible 26 dollar meal. It was a poor choice on their behalf. My meal was good once they had fixed my messed up my order. Would I go back? No. Not ever. It was so disappointing. If it was a crazy busy night I might have been more tolerant. It wasn t. It was dead.

We were serviced on NYE, and though the staff was more than kind the food was not. I had the NYE special and my partner had the salmon. For his salmon, it was cooked fine, however, the rice was rock hard. At some bites you d even have a crunch, so he asked some more sauce to help mask that. For myself I had the steak and the lobster ravioli and it was sad to say that it tasted horrible. The steak was not cooked to medium (it was rare) and the lobster ravioli tasted old. The server was more than kind to replace it and the manager apologized. However the next thing I chose off the NYE menu was worse. The rib steak (can t rmr) had so much fat on it to the point where you couldn t even see the meat. The vegetable assortment was soggy and unfortunately it just became a sad night of bad food. Won t be coming back as it seems that food consistency is something this place lacks. Too bad we took a chance for NYE. For $170 we would ve hoped to at least leave full.

The service was fairly good, given it was a busy night and the food was decent but not spectacular. The lighting is a little too dark, and the music is sometimes so loud its difficult to have a conversation with the person youre sharing a meal with.

There was a fruit fly around the table we were seated. Not sure where and how it was there but it landed on my plate. When I informed the waitress, she didn t seem to care not even an apology. Decided to tip less than 6%. Food was alright. The place needs to be renovated. At least in my eyes. I don t think it s very clean. Not sure why there s a fruit fly in the dining area I will definitely not be returning. I m sure the other Moxies restaurant is much better. We ordered steak and it was compact sized steak on a large plate which made the steak look small not a good experience. The owner/owners need to invest more into this place. The steak knife that was brought to us wasn t clean at all. It had dry soap residue. I had to ask for another one. Please improve. I will improve my choices where I want to eat moving forward. Definitely not here. Bye.

Always a treat to dine at Milestones . This restaurant chain holds many memories and the name is fitting with all of the special gatherings and feasting I have enjoyed there with friends and family through the years. I can count on good food that nourishes, a calm and comfortable dining experience, and I will continue to return with friends and family. I particularly enjoy the beet and goat cheese salad topped with grilled salmon . So tasty.

Came here with my coworkers and it was an awesome experience! Our server, Marco was excellent and very energetic! The food was really good and you know what they say, there s always room for dessert, haha! The only thing I d say is, the consistency of the food plating; one plate portion looked more than the other, one dish was supposed to have extra sauce but didn t look any different to the regular dish. Overall, I d come back to this location based on service and tastiness of appetizers, entree and dessert!

This my 5th time coming to milestone . I truly feel like everytime I come the service and food gets worst. Tonight I came in and there was apparently a cooperative team dinner on the other side where all servers were attend too and not really care about the other tables. If you are busy and can not accommodate. Refuse at the door . I don t appreciate when nobody came in ask as for refills or ask about our meal or even get us a dip. Which the dip was so bad it wasn t even melted cheese .Which I had to get out my seat to find a server to get us dip for our steak . The steak is a hit or miss 7/10 . But the service was very bad today . I wish I would go somewhere else or next time I think twice before coming to milestone . Complete turnoff . Please if you can t accommodate tables refuse at door I could have gone to hibachi s or another restaurant .

Too busy over the holidays, staff cant keep up. Food was cold/wrong. Beer was warm and the staff new that it had an issue. Avoid during the holiday rush.

I like the lively ambiance and the staff is courteous. However, its a very noisy place for intimate conversations. Food is average. The wagyu meat loaf I ordered was too peppery for my taste. Overall, its a nice place for young people to hangout and socialize.

I visited this place in the summer mid-afternoon. No one was at the reception. I sat at the bar; the bartender, facing the wall, glanced at me and continued cutting lemons. The waitress finally greeted me after a while, handed me a menu, and left me waiting for service. After 10 minutes of frustration, I left unnoticed. So disappointing! Today, I decided to give it another try after many month, for brunch. I called twice after 10 am to confirm the brunch menu, but there was no answer. Upon arrival, no one was at the front, so I asked a waitress in the lounge if they were open. She told me to go to the front to be seated. I got a seat in the lounge, asked for water, waited a long time, and then ordered a Baileys coffee, only to be told they had none. The Jameson coffee I settled for arrived late, and when my meal came, it was disappointingly on the cooler side. Frustrated, I ate, and when asked if I needed anything, I asked for the bill at 11:55 am after arriving at 10:16 am. It would be understandable if it was busy with customers. But it was not busy at all! The service was slow and unimpressive. Very disappointed!

Server doesnt listen, didnt take the order properly. They didnt leave water on the table. No server came to ask what we want. Terrible experience.
