Great food good customer service

I have a severe sesame allergy (includes tahini and other products) and I ve eaten at this location on occasion for the last six years with no issues. Recently tried their new menu with bowl and had a severe reaction, almost anaphylaxis, despite the person at the cash telling me it s not in any of their food. I m extremely disappointed and wouldn t like to risk my life again, so I won t be returning. They need to actually know what s in their food, including whatever mixes and products they source externally, so this doesn t happen again.

I alwaysssss alwaysss come to this place for the amazing service and food but this lady, i asked her if she could give me just a bit, like a bit extra rice but this lady she didnt even give me less food but she removed the rice and just 4 pieces of potatoes like pathetic service and really not going to come when shes working here, be human and if am spending 15 dollors atleast give me food as per that.. inhuman service.. for real!! Disappointed.. other staff the healthy guy and the girl which has glasses both of them are realllllyyyyy good people.. but this LADY PATHETIC!!

I highly recommend to the owner or manager to spend more money for cutleries cuz the material of the ones that they already have is the worst and it takes forever to eat that food. Also, although all our kebabs were burnt but the food was delicious. And fries wasn t fresh. Naan Kabob is one of my favs but this one is not recommended.

This is a hidden jewel inside of this nightmare mall. If you, for some reason ended up inside of this terrible and over crowded mall, make sure that at least you eat something that it s actually good. Their dishes were so good that we ended up looking for other restaurants downtown and we find that they are actually meant to be a real restaurant type of thing, not a fast food, which it made things even better! Very recommended!

The food and atmosphere was amazing and what always makes a dinning experience exceptional is the service, Zeinah was super hospitable and very personable.

Make sure you check the bag if you order take out. They overcooked it. Also they never put enough chickpeas. Overall decent food at the mall.

I love Naan Kabob but from now on ill be going to other locations. The lady who is the cashier and who packs the food has caused me stress over just asking for extra sauce. I have no issue with paying for the sauce and i have made that clear several times. I ask to be charged. But it doesnt matter because she clearly has an issue with giving extra sauce. I want to be charged and not feel awkward about asking for it! Today I decided to ask the other lady for the extra sauce. She kindly brought it out and kept it on the counter for me. The lady in question sneakily put the sauces back under the counter. When it came time to packing my food, the lady in question didnt even give us one sauce. I dont know why this has to be so awkward especially when I have mentioned that I will pay for it. Money is not an issue here. Anyways, I wont be going back because that lady is just too much.

I tried for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I will share my experience to others friends and it s my first choice to gate a food

Update: ordered NK again. Order was 1.5 hour late and eventually cancelled by naan and Kabab (ps: order was scheduled 3h before delivery). Even though food taste great, may not be the go to store for me going forward. Very unprofessional. Be careful when you order via Doordash. They may not live up to the commitment. Update: just left a good review today, and saw they have hiked the price. Price is still reasonable but cross out all those honest business evaluation below. Its not really a BOGO offer anymore. Food taste: great! Portion: excellent Price: reasonable Preferred ordering method: Doordash with BOGO offer Recently ordered their NK grill. There was a BOGO offer on Doordash. Absolutely loved it. Taste was amazing, and quantity were sufficient for the price paid. Very glad to see that they didnt over price their food or throw in fake BOGO offer to scam people, like many other restaurants do on ubereats. Naan and Kabob will definitely be my go to spot going forward. I like when businesses treat customers fairly. I think we should all support them with open arms. Highly recommend!

Food delivery was 15-20 min late. They ignore my order and the paper left one side and served others. I was waiting and the girl keep saying your order is coming. After done all orders then they gave me my food. I m never order here

Blatant health violation!! The cook was using his bare hands to make the wrap. He was handling all the food with his bare hands. He dropped the tortilla half out of the pan on the table, and then just dragged it back on the pan. When I told a coworker that I went to a place where someone was using their bare hands, he said Was it naan kabob? Cause I ve seen that guy use his bare hands before. Not only is this a usual thing for them, but they re not even ashamed of it. They re not even afraid of making people sick. So much disregard for people s health.

Worst location of Naan Kabob. They don t cook the meat properly and you get diarrhea. I ve stopped going to this location all together.

This location never has potato wedges and when they do, they are mostly burnt. Always have to wait 20min or more for them or forced to choose chickpeas which I dont like. You should consider to add another sides besides those 2 options.

totally unsatisfied service.. no diversity in working environment.. workers are busy talking in their own jargons or code words..sercice became extremely bogus after profits , the big attitude guy on the counter totally screwed up my order. He gave my original order to someone his known friend in front of me, NO SHAME.. and tried to give me a pathetic distinct order which had different silly ingredients. I paid $19 by card finally He retured money by cash back.

The WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I asked for a separate container for my side salad combo and the lady assisting me continued to give me an attitude while rolling her eyes saying We dont do that here! We dont carry extra containers. We cant do that! Everything has to be in the same container. Over a separate container? REALLY? I really didnt expect my meal to be served with a side of attitude. Eat somewhere else in the food court! I didnt even end up eating here because I was already so turned off.

I got my meal from Naan and kabob on a busy Saturday afternoon. Due to my dietary restrictions I find it difficult to make people understand my needs but Harshit was a delight that day. He accommodated all my requests and served me with a beautiful smile. Thank you Naan and Kabob for employing such gems in your store. Vegetarian options: You can get vegetarian meal if you don t like panner. I love their chickpeas curry. It is flavoursome and scrumptious.

Food was good. We had Chicken Kofta and really loved it. The person who served us was really rude not only to us but also to other customers as well. When she was serving us, the portion of salsa ( tomato salad) was really little so we asked if we could pay extra for that and get a little more, she rudely replied that she can t do it. Upon payment our debit card didn t work so she looked frustrated and we paid with credit but she was rudely complaining there was something wrong with our card ( we tried 2 cards). She was behaving as if we were eating for free. So disgusted with the way she treated us. This was our first time and will be the last as well. Time: 2:00pm Oct.18.

Today was my 1st visit here, I specifically ask for vegetarian skewer of onions/tomatoes. The lady with black hair pony tail , replied yes..what did i get when i opened my bag at home? Eggplants and tofu like product.... why did she lie me? Why couldnt she just Ask the kitchen worker if such request was offered?? So i paid for something I never wanted? Please train your staff to respect all customers equally and dont-lie. she didnt even care to double check at all.... horrible behaviour!!..however the restaurant is nice, the atmopspehre is nice. Food is great. But certain staffs need internal reviewing. they will make your business go south!!!

Good and consistent quality and taste. My personal favourite is Classic Chicken with Brown rice and chickpeas. Their combo is also once a worth to try.

I have always go to this location since it opened. I went last Friday and ordered a tikka plate and a firni my beef was tough and the firni was not creamy at all and it needs a little more sugar. The staff was very friendly great service. The price is good.

Fresh, delicious and good value! Naan kabob One of our preferred go-to restaurant whenever we shop at a mall. This one located at the STC at the Taste MKRT. Friendly staff, including the gentleman at the grill; food is absolutely delicious; and we particularly enjoy the freshly baked naan! Highly recommend. You get what you pay for!
