Ordered Kanthari alfaham and it was nice. Ambience is good. Recommended those who prefer outdoor spicy food
First malayali food truck I ever got to try in Toronto. The food is delicious and their service is a 10/10, the person who served us supposedly one of owner came to ask us about the food and informed they are closing down for winter next month. We went there late night, the entire place was lit up and spent couple of hours chilling with food and friends. - Kanthari Alfam (Chicken marinated in birds eye chilli served with Naan & mayonnaise) -Green Mango Kuluki (Raw mango drink) Chicken was juicy, tender and well marinated. Their mayonnaise is something which resembles the one we get in Kerala restaurants. So if you are missing the yummy Alfam’s from Kerala, drag your friends to this place. The green mango kuluki wasn’t up to the expectation cause the drink didn’t have much of a green mango flavour, though it some mango crumps at the bottom. Ambience 10/10 Service 10/10 Food 9/10
Food was awesome! Tried their Kaanthari Alfam, pazhampori n beef ularth, mulak bajji and ilaneer palooda. Everything tastes good. Beef ularth had some extra flavour which I personally didn’t like. But when it goes with pazhampori that tastes ok. Bajji is lil spicy comes with 2 big mulak and spicy chatny for $3.50. Alfam is also good though its not that spicy. Palooda is a great combo of palada, ilaneer and icecream. Its a super combo which is lil pricey and quantity is small. Samovar chaaya is just an ordinary tea couldn’t find any specialty. I don’t recommend it, if you are looking for some special tea. Customer service was great. I was able to find young, energetic and great teamwork among the crew! Price could have been better. Overall good experience. Keep going guys!
Beautiful ambience at night and great food. Staff is very friendly and take care of everything in a professional manner. Dine out facility is also available. Must visit, highly recommended.
There is a reason why these people stand out from rest of the Kerala restaurants in Scarborough. The menu is fascinating. Kanthari Chicken and Banago are must try. Great ambiance in the evenings.
On a sunny day morning i decided to travel to scarborough town center to wander around and find something interesting to put on my review book. Finally after not much of a finding and with some help of local guides and friends i found. Oru pazampori , A new place that i visited few months back , As per a recomendation i recieved from other local guides and friends. There was a huge line of people crowded here to get a bite of their specials. One of the interesting deserts on their menu was the coconut based icecream. Something that i enjoyed very much. There is not only lite dining but also heavy dining options as they also serve lunch and dinner. They also have other interesting items on their menu. Highly Recomending this to everyone out there who would like to get some south indian ( kerala ) food, bites and drinks. Hoping to come once again with my friends and family to spent some time and get some chai and pazampori. A go to place for anyone living in scarborough. They are located at the food truck ground behind scarborough town center. Also you can gind them at all places around toronto, canada on every gatherings.
Tired this new Mallu food truck venture with my buddies. Liked the ambience and food served. New hangout spot for weekends with good food and good music. Check their Instagram page for updated menu before going.
One of the best authentic kerala foods available in Toronto. There are lots of good varieties of new dishes with them(should try beefdosa😋). Moreover the dine-in place have such an amazing ambiance.

Very tasty and unique south Indian taste . Very nice ambiance to hangout with friends and family.Love it
Decent food and nice customer interaction. Good luck!!
High price when compared quantity. Puttum beefum okay okay. Pazgampori shokanu. Beef dosa was good( quantity less)
Bought Pazhapori and Puttum Beef. Pazhampori taste wise it was really good but it was burnt little bit (Oil was too hot I guess ) Puttum Beef was an okay dish. (Little pricey) But overall great initiative by young guys , Best wishes.
Elaneer palooda and Beef dosa are just love.
The best Authentic Kerala food in Toronto.
Good Ambience and Real taste of kerala food....

Best South indian food cuisine in town guys....not the typical but the unique and master piece items....good job guys
Excellent food... Nice ambience.. like the food truck design.
Food is amazing, not the same everyday menu you find in restaurants and food trucks. A different take on Kerala dishes. A must try!
Amazing food, unique taste, great variety, excellent customer service, decently priced, this is going to be my fixed weekend spot to grab a bite.
Wow, Elaneer palooda is amazing. Pazhampori beef kothu tastes great.
We got a chance to try cake shake and elaneer palooda which was absolutely delish ,i love how they have created their own touch.Must try place in Scarborough.Loved it .
The place was having a very postive vibe with great food. The customer service was great and the wait time was 4 mins with live cooking. The live cooking ensured that food was served fresh and hot. The aroma was magic.
A good selection of Kerala food. Tried their Pazhampori, pazhampori kothu, and elaneer palooda these are must try. And they also have some variety of mixes which are delicious and tummy filling. One of the best food spot i have tried in toronto, where you can dine out with friends and family
The pazhampori and cake shake were delicious ....Excellent service and quality...A must hangout place..
Excellent service and one of the best kerala food in town.. and the vibe over there is awesome.
One of a kind Food-truck offering some unique dishes and great vibes. A must try for the foodie in you!!
Loved it!!! The best Kerala restaurant in Toronto. They have their own speciality in the dishes. I will be there to try new items very often.
Delicious. A new must-try in town.
A must try food spot.. Variety of Kerala delicacies.
The best authentic kerala delicacy in Scarborough with innovative new dishes to offer. No matter what we order here, it continues to be very good, freshly made with quick and friendly service. If you haven t tried it yet, it s time to get moving!
As some famous person once said Good food is when its able to satisfy and plenish your mind rather than just your belly. I believe they were able to do that with great presentation, joyful ambience and a delight to your taste buds. Kudos to the Team!
If you are looking for the best kerala food in the GTA, this is the place to go.
Tried Ilaneer Palooda and Pazhampori Beef Kothu. Both were really good Pazhampori was okay okay..Overall loved the food
Really good food. Love the way staff dealing customers. And Payyoli chicken
Ive been in Canada for over 5 years now, for me the most difficult transition was to not be able to find good restaurants serving quality food. So when I heard about this new restaurant opening in Scarborough I was a bit sceptical but since it was a holiday i decided to go for their grand opening. It was a sublime event with a great crowd and beautiful music. The cherry on top was the food though, it was SUPREME. I had payolli chicken fry for starters its a must try. I tried Beef Ribs Pollichathu and OPs Lasagna for Mains. The beef was really creamy and tender. The porotta was soft and flakey (many of the other restaurants seems to not know but thats how its supposed to be). OPs Lasagna was a mystery dish for me, they explained it as porotta, beef, chicken and pazhampori layered with OPs secret sauce. It was exactly as I imagined and the secret sauce hits you in all the right taste notes. Even though I was pretty full I had to try their Elaneer palooda its one of the tasty, if not the tastiest desert you would find at an Indian restaurant. Finally these guys are the perfect reply for all the self indulgent opportunistic hypocrites who own Kairali, MR. Johns, Le Kochi etc. that food needs to be served with passion, care and quality in mind rather than greed and profit. Wishing these guys all the success. For anybody reading this if you havent tried Oru Pazhampori you are missing out on the best Kerala food in all of Ontario.
Absolutely loved the OP experience! The best and my current favourite joint for yummy Kerala food with a twist. A must visit spot in Scarborough. The customer service is par excellence and adds to the whole vibe of the location.
Good food, friendly crew, positive vibes! Bought the beef dosa, eraichi pittu mix and the elaneer falooda - a wonderful attempt to bring an ethnic feel to the burbs of scarborough. The food was great, but the samovar chaya was the king of them all: Bringing back memories of the ever popular Tea shops back home. Can see this becoming a popular haunt for all the cool kids real soon
The best authentic Kerala taste I have experienced after being in Canada for 3 years. Kothu porotta and elaneer palooda were standouts for me.
Must try !!!!
Authentic Kerala food.. loved it
Kerala food 100% Customer service 110% Nice ambiance ..
Good place to chill and vibe in evenings . They have very good ambiance. Price is very high for every dish, but was tasty. Elaneer palooda was just okay and paying $12 is like too much , same with the samovour tea $3 for tasteless tea . But loves thier pazhampori on the rocks , it was very tasty , quality and quantity too. And very good interaction
The food was not really tasty. .. Pazham Pori with ice cream was good .. Rest everything feels like not ok .. mainly the main course made by ribs and tapioca..was really awful Overall it s ok to try once ..
Had the last Ribs in Banana leaf of the day. We were lucky!!!
Try Oru Pazhampori menu to experience real taste of kerala food
Great puttu and beaf Tasty Pazhampori Most unique one is tender coconut falooda, but I felt it a bit expensive delicious one though I will come back again
Elaneer palooda and beef ribs pollichathu was awesome . Must try from OP .
Ilaneer paloodha is awesome
Menu filled with a bunch of varieties and their signature dishes. Loved elaneer palooda and payolli chicken.. A big shout out to OP team for their hard work. Thank you
These guys are gems!! I tried some items from their menu in the past few days and I must say that that they are the best in business right now. Their Elaneer Palooda is the best dessert I have ever tried, bun porotta with varutharacha chicken curry was amazing. The menu that changes every day makes us eager to know whats in stall in the coming days and before you even know, you will be visiting them almost every single day. I cant wait to see what they will have in their menu in the upcoming days.
Best
The food was very flavourful. The spicy pineapple juice was so good. I also like how they change the menu to get a taste of everything!!
Disappointing experience. There isnt a fixed menu and the menu is updated daily on Instagram. Check their Instagram page before you drive there. Still, you might not get everything mentioned in that days menu. Most of the main dishes were sold out, they said. For whatever was available, the quantity was awfully less. Even charged 2 dollars + tax for water.
One of the best food truck delicious Kerala food
Different experience, awesome food great crew... Finger licking taste must try
Overall Great experience. They are serving really delicious food. Espeacially the staff named bibin he is such a nice guy and really helpfull.
Good food.Tastes good. Variety options. Worth the price.
Delicious food.Beef Dosa
That was a shock when we paid 6.75$ for three small bottles of water ( one full case 24 bottles of water available for 5$ In costco and wallmart) and eating dosa without chutney really disappointed . They have good ambiance but my personal experience was too bad . Kothuporotta seems to be like a dish without any flavours. Worst experience I ever had in canada . Ruined my day .
Best South Indian food truck in town
Amazing food
I felt a homely touch while I dine in here. Bcz, the food is so delicious along with their lovely customer service. I loved their kappa and beef and definitely try it again.
Had amazing Kanthari Al-Faham pothi, beef puttu, coconut Falooda. Must try Kanthari Al-Faham! Had dine in and take out too.
Very good food and nice service. Best quality food at best price.
Great food and awesome service
The ambiance is good but the food quantity and taste was not nice at all.
I VISTED THIS SPOT WITH MY FRIEND. I ORDER THE KANTHARI ALFAHAM. WE REALLY LOVE IT. IT WAS SO GOOD.
Okay, so when other Kerala food places in Scarborough bring in the same menu and same kind of food, Oru Pazhampori definitely stands out. They have a rotational menu, so one has to check if it is available for the day, before visiting ,if you have made up your mind to order something. Their tender coconut dessert, Ilaneer Palooda made all of my friends big fans of the dish!
Ive been here. Amazing place to get traditional foods with the best taste highly recommended for anyone who loves traditional foods
After watching some ads and videos , we happened to go there with my friends and bought kanthari Al faham. Apparently we felt that the chicken wasn t cooked properly (felt that the meat inside was uncooked).
Bought Kanthari Alfam combo. Never expected half cooked chicken after seeing all these reviews.
Dont keep high expectations. Tried kanthari alfam- not cooked well
Worst food with high price. We ordered some food which was of poor quality and quantity. Dont go there and dont waste your money. I am pretty sure the 5 stars they have here is paid because the food is that bad.
Delicious food
Very good kerala food. I tried kappa Biriyani from many Kerala restaurants in Scarborough but that s were all sweet. But here it s so good as like I am eating from home . Very good. Keep it up.
Great food truck experience
Over priced and over hyped, Just one chicken leg piece and Porota is there Kanthari Alfam and it costs $25(pumkin cart). Taste is Just average.
One of the best fusion kerala cusine restaurant in Toronto .Loved it All the best team OP
Really love the food. Must try their coconut tender.
Tried their Elaneer Palooda and Mulaku Bajji. It was really good! Must try
Absolutely loved the kanthari alfam!! Keep up the good work !!
After 12 hours of drive, finding home food in suburbs of Toronto... Feels like Kerala !!!!!!
Amazing food, simply amazing.
Authentic Kerala taste...
Quality and taste is not good at all. Hoped to have a good time and experience some authentic Kerala food but got disappointed.
Delicious food, super nice people, they missed my order by mistake and gave my kid a really tasty drink. So courteous. Food was amazing.
Awesome authentic kerala food served and prepared by keralites!
I dont really understand what the hype is about, quantity is awful for the limited and expensive menu they have. We spent 60 CAD for the two of us, and I was still hungry. Friendly staff, good ambience, thats all to it. Kathari al fam had just one leg piece in it with the porotta, I mean my five year old son could eat that up in less than 10 mins. Or atleast they should sell it cheaper, its like 18 dollars tax in for that one dish.Total rip off I must say
This is a good place. Kerala food truck
Some of the best food youll get in town! Their spice game is on point with all the dishes offered but especially so with with Kandhari Al-Faham chicken and Chicken Perrattu not to mention their chicken/beef items are always the right amount of spicy and tender that makes you come back for more. Menu is mostly on rotation and every dish has its own uniqueness. Their dishes combines traditional south Indian flavors with a twist of the chefs imagination which always exceeded my expectations. Portions are large and is well worth the money spent. If you are visiting STC give them a visit, they surely are contender on the block for Indian food.
A must try South Indian delicacy! Parking: Lot of parking space Recommended dishes Kanthari Alfaham
Too expensive for little quantity of food. Not worth
Went there seeing the 4.5 star rating, but surely it isn t worth that much! Quantity of food is way less compared to the price.
Good food, a bit pricey. Must try payyoli chicken fry
