Server was amazing but when I went to use the bathroom I almost threw up!!! My mother couldnt even finish her food! This place does NOT get cleaned 3 times a week (as they will tell you when you try to reach out to the management) I will be taking this further because the fact my mother tried to reach out and got told there is a cleaning crew every 2 to 3 days is baffling to me! The last picture (toilet straight forward) I took from another review that was 5 months ago!!!! (Adressing the comment in reply to mine) : What earlier review was disputed? I never made a review until now. Also Wishing you took a video/photo before we used it? Did I have access to that restroom for days before this complaint? Because that is months worth of debris. It looks worse then the last few reviews. Videos do not lie. If you think that floor, toilet and wall stains leakage and black mold isnt dirty then i dont even want to know what u consider dirty. I said the server was amazing. I said food was good. but the restroom was disturbing. If you want to reply in a condescending tone and claim those pictures are a clean atmosphere instead of saying you will have it cleaned then you clearly dont consider your customers point of view nor customer service. I work in the food industry and havent seen this ever. Further more I did not ask for 50% off of anything. I left and held my pee because I was disgusted. your LOVELY, CLEAN AND POLITE server APOLIGIZED when I took her into the bathroom and saw it for herself. She has nothing to do with the CLEANLINESS of your establishment she was working to serve her customers. We even tipped her (also proof of that, so their was no ill will towards your staff) Everything was recorded on my phone. if you would like to be dismissive and try to throw the blame on PAYING customers that spoke the truth thats fine but I guess I will have to speak to someone above management and send in all the footage and conversations that I have to CONFIRM I am telling the truth and I am not targeting wild wings (seeing as I go to mccowan and finch also on Kinston road by st.clair wild wings often and have NEVER left a negative review about cleanliness). Noone yelled at anyone if that was the case why would she tip her?? As for the full meal Which was wings... not even an appetizer was ordered. The bathroom is not an excuse after eating wings to complain about thr ammenties, it was simply gross. As I went to leave my review I saw many other reviews have already told you to do so. Clearly you (management) just do not care.Im not the first to speak on this and most likely wont be the last if you keep up these standards. There was 2 children in that wild wing and I can only hope they didnt have to use the restroom before departing. Videos do not lie. Neither do I. Clean your washrooms please. I will not stand down on this. I was very polite to your employee. I even brought my ENTIRE set up back inside from the patio because I felt bad asking the server because she seemed overworked at the moment. The response you gave is very unprofessional as well.

This store needs to have a professional cleaning and sanitizing. If I had not ordered online, I would have turn around and go to another location. Wild wings corporate office, when was the last time you did a physical location audit to determine if this restaurant needs a refresher renovation or maintenance. The presence screams no one cares about cleanliness and sanitation.

Take out wings were frozen cold within 10 minutes of coming out of the kitchen. I dont mean they cooled down which is normal, I mean they were cold as if they just came out of the fridge which is prpbably true. In all fairness, I come to this place a lot and this is my first experience like this. Please do not let the COVID-19 situation affect your reputation.

Just ordered cheese burger, wings, food was horrible. Fries cold, cheese burger had a huge slob of mayonnaise, burger patty smelt tank and bread was hard. So disgusting never ordering from here

Waited 15 minutes to be seated in a near empty restaurant. Then waited another 15 minutes in hopes of a server to come by and take our order but ended up leaving without eating anything as there was not a single staff member in sight. Not behind the bar, not serving the few customers in the main hall, not anyone, anywhere. The other 5-10 customers were also looking around for someone who worked there. I saw some guy desperately go into the kitchen to find some staff, or someone who worked there he could talk to lol. Really, really bad, guys.

The place was empty when we went in (never a good sign) The place needs a good scrub down. Staff was awkward. The food was the worst part though. No one should be putting that garbage in their body. I don t fault that one location for the food , the franchise as a whole is awful. Two stars because the interior has potential to be a happening watering hole. Lots of TVs would make this a great place to grab some beers during the game. They need to clean up the place and staff though.

Honestly Wild Wing has gone downhill. Went recently after not having been to a Wild Wing in 7+ years. Did not really like any of their wing flavours. Will be going to St. Louis instead.

We were one of two tables in the entire restaurant. Our order took an abnormally long time to come out and came out staggered. Each order was cold and stale, I have never had cold wings and fries served to me before. This location has tainted the image of the other WildWings franchise, I will never return. Our service Marie was great and did what she could for us, however, she is not the one in the kitchen making the food. Shame on management for even employing such a cook that thinks serving cold stale food would be acceptable.

Jerk Boneless chicken wings aka chicken nuggets. Very hard exterior, lacking flavour. French fries were good. The super hot spicy sauce is basically tobasco level spice. (Not spicy). Great friendly service.

Ouch, burnt wings? Made server aware of the black wings (picture attached) and she said this is how the halal wings are, she than offered to bring our regular wings which was disingenuous as she knew we wouldn t go for those due to dietary restraints. I ve had halal wings at many wild wings and can confirm this is not how they are including this location in the past. They couldn t even be bothered to sauce the wings. The server could see our wings were disappointing and brought out sauces but we peeled the breading off and ate it by dipping wing meat into sauces and fries. We still tipped 15% on the off chance this what they had but I just couldn t understand why it would be burnt because they are halal, just wish they told us before ordering. Fries were good. As is the string of reviews, do your self a favour and drive a block elsewhere for wings, not worth it . Owner is writing some non sense replies to the tirade of complaints on google reviews here and doesn t care to make things right.

I recently visited wild wing and had an amazing experience. The food, the service, and the ambiance were all exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious - flatbread and chicken poutine. The presentation was also beautiful, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Kasey was my server and she is fantastic. she was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch, and I cant wait to go back and try more dishes. :)

Do not ever torture your children ordering wild wings kids chicken tender combo! Its atrocious, burnt, impossible to bite into and chew or even cut with a knife. Worse if not the same as dingy local bars one dare not eat at. When asked about the chicken tenders, same old excuse is given need to heat to a certain internal temperature ofcourse, no body wants raw chicken tender either but there is a difference between cooking something or burning it without giving AF. Kids refused to eat as any normal human being wouldnt want to consume that. Please do not order, rather skip the whole chain, nothing out of the ordinary anyways, All Star wings is much better ! Never going back !

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I have at Wild Wing. This franchise should be ashamed of themselves. The pop was nearly flat and the service terrible. We did not have our server come and check on us one time, I had to go and get up to get my bill and to go container. There was two tables...I dont understand how servers( coming from service background) expect 18-20% tip but provide lack Lustre service. The only reason I gave 2 stars as the food was decent.

went for some food on Mother s Day with my close friends, and let me just say, terrible service. The poutine was cheap, the burger was NOT hot, and they leave a bucket on your table for your food scraps. I work as a server. You should be the one emptying the patrons food to the garbage, not leaving a bucket that was DIRTY on the table for us to do it ourselves. Only redeemable factor was the drinks. Had to ask for my check too, with only 4 other tables filled around us, and us having been done for 20 minutes prior.

Went in for a patio drink and waited 15 mins never had our order taken. And the music was absolutely distasteful for a restaurant atmosphere.

I am incredibly disappointed with this restaurant. The service and food was horrible, I definitely DO NOT recommend coming to this restaurant. I was celebrating my 18th birthday and thought to come here for some comfort food with my family. I ordered two virgin drinks and I got alcohol. I had to return the two drinks TWICE. I can sue this place for serving me alcohol while I m underage and I made it VERY clear to not have alcohol. My boyfriend is Muslim and cannot drink, they served him alcohol TWICE after we REPEATEDLY told our waitress that neither of us can drink. Now with the food, incredibly disgusting. Not only did our waitress get ALL of our meals wrong (8 people at the table) some wings were undercooked and slimy. I didn t finish my meal and just ate the fries. This restaurant should most definitely get shut down for the incredibly poor experience. Other guests at the restaurant were talking to us saying that they were having the same problems with this restaurant. And after all of this, we didn t even get a discount. So disappointed.

Poorly managed. Only had one server working and we got here around 10:30. I feel bad for the one server. I don t know why on a Friday there is only one. The food and drinks took a long time due to the one server being slammed with so many customers.

I should have left this review a long time ago but oops. I ordered off uber eats and had special instructions and they took the time to make sure everything was perfect and even left me kind messages on the box! Such lovely staff and the gesture had me smiling all day. Bonus points because the wings were honestly the best I ve ever had. Thank you guys!!

Walked in 45 mins before they closed and we had no issues. Food was amazing. The most difficult thing was to choose out of the bazillion flavours of wing sauces and rubs. First time at this location with coworkers after work and opinions are 50/50. For me, I am for a good experience, so a second visit should rate higher than 3 Stars. I have been to other newer Wild Wings locations, making this location worn out. This place is a bar first, restaurant second. Dont bring friends who do not drink, IMO. The food and wings are GREAT! The beers were GREAT! And the service from Celine was GREAT! The mens washroom could use some spit and polish, like a lock on the door, and fix the flashing tv, lol. But the wings selection is awesome, cheers!

I have ordered a foursome and I have ordered extra carrots and celery but I paid $0.75 but I didnt received any extra. When I pre-ordered the wings the girl that answered the phone she was rushing me off the phone. This is poor customer service and she should of listened to the customer first before asking is that all. The stuff I have ordered was not worth $92. 00. With food prices that so high in Toronto the quality of food should be more economical. I advised other customers to be careful with what your ordering because you will not get value for your money!!

This place is absolutely disgusting! We were brought out breaded wings, we asked for classic wings... the fries were super cold ! We complained asked for new ones , when brought new ones they seemed like they were put back in the oil and were overcooked dried out and tasted like old oil....the fountain pop had a moldy taste, we were given a bill of 66 dollars and asked to speak to management or the owner and neither would come to our table and speak to us... the lack of professionalism and customer service is sickening... please dont go to this location and save your money !

By far the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. It took over 20 minutes for the waitress to bring over a basic order of 2 waters. After 50 minutes we finally received half of our food, only to find that the waitress had not put in the order for the other half of the food ordered. Complete incompetence and awful service. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

The wife wanted some wings for her birthday so we went there on Saturday June 25th 2022. We ordered a classic triple and an order of poppers for take out. The girl taking our order was pleasant but the food was unedible. We made it home in 5 minutes pulled the food out and proceeded to eat. Right away we noticed that something was wrong. It tasted like they dropped the food in a salt bucket then sauced it to hide the fact. We both tried one wing from each container. Our gums burned from the salt. The wings had a gritty feel to them. No amount of sauce could hide it. We hoped that the poppers would at least be edible but they looked like they we sitting under a heat lamp for a week. When we tore one open it looked of mold inside. We had to throw the entire order out. It was so disgusting. We called the place to make a complaint but they said that the manager was not in and that they could not do anything about it. I was also told that they would pass the info along with my name and number to the manager and that he/she would get back to me. Its now Tuesday and they have avoided me so I decided to leave the review incase anyone else is thinking about going there to eat. Ive included a picture of the receipt incase anyone wants to dispute the legitimacy of my claim. Order#445327, total amount $59.87. Money thrown into the trash bin. DO NOT EAT THERE!

Was about to walk in to try out the wing special. Then noticed a customer sitting on the patio smoking joint out in the open. Was clear that he had been at it for a bit. The level of odour was extensive. How is this allowed? No smoking is no smoking, cigs, e-cigs, pot or anything for that matter. Not even on the consideration list and never recommend this place. went in and bought 2 veggie burger meals and got home to find the burger was so dry and hard you couldn t bite it. They gave me a credit and today I went back which was about 3 weeks later and used the credit. Well the burgers were worse and like last time fries were also dry. I also bought onion rings I felt bad so added them and paid for them and they forgot the ranch dip I asked for that was for the onion rings . I was told maybe the burgers weren t thawed enough but today was told they follow cooking instructions and maybe they would just take them off the menu. So wound up making dinner even though just came from a restaurant haha

Edit in response to owner - I understand human error but this was our 2nd time ordering and receiving 7 per box. In a previous message you told a customer that boneless comes 9 in a box. Either way, a 20% increase over the last few months is steep; however, as you are aware of how inflation is affecting both restaurants and the families that support them, it would be helpful to at least ensure the quantity of food is being met. Original post: Raised the prices but reducing the number of wings per box. Chicken wings arent so expensive that they need to raise the price while reducing the amount you get from 9 in a box to 7. And no, its not by weight because some are downright tiny. I dont know if this is the restaurants or head offices decision, but please pass on the feedback to stop reducing the amount of wings per box. $18.75+tax for 7 wings and fries, or $45.99+ tax for 21 wings for 3 people is absurd.

Good wings but wish they had spicier sauces

They brought me the wrong flavor and brought it back to me drenched in ceaser dressing and was still wrong. Wings were also cold after being smothered in sauce. The actual chicken was good but terrible will not go back

Got chicken tenders that had calamari cooked into one of them.. we were confused when my boyfriend took a bite and pulled out a full piece of calamari instead of chicken. Fries were also overcooked. Service takes a long time so youre in for a wait after you order food.

We typically purchase at this location with consistent results. Today the menu changed such that for the same price the celery, carrots and dip were removed. We added two orders of the veggies only to receive 2 small carrots and one stick of celery cut up with two dips. The wings also received what can only be described as a hint of sauce. It is recommend checking your order before leaving the restaurant. If youre going to cut back on the expected product notify the customer to make additions. We measured each 1lb container x 4. They averaged 0.7 lbs.

After ordering they left and came back 45 mins to and hour to tell us that there is going to be 30 mins wait because they are prioritized ordering the uber eats orders. On top of that half the things I wanted to order they didnt have. Very disappointing

There have been many bars where Wild Wing is now, that didnt survive. Wild Wing never seems overly busy No Guiness on tap and its expensive, especially the vast selection of wings. Maybe thats how they survive..Seems busier in the summer when the patio is open...Its like Mars in that it has no atmosphere.

Garbage location for wild wings, the wings are mostly bread even when you asked for unbreaded, the sauce on the wings was runny and tasted old and musty. When brought up with the owner who also happend to be the server she told us she doesnt know why were saying it doesnt taste like other wild wings when they do everything the same way but it taste like garbage.

I have a very serious complaint about one of your bartenders named - victoria. She has 0 respect towards the customers here. I came at around 10 pm. The location closes at 11 pm. I ordered my beer and wings and i was having my own good time, around 10.35 i asked her to do a repeat of my same order, she very balantly.said no more orders after 10.30. And she didnt even come and asked me if i need anything, because the last order is at 10.30 pm .... How ll i know what time the last order is.. ? it depends from restuarant to restuarant.. I am trying to be polite to her by asking why she cant ask me before she close my table, .? On top of that i was searching her for almost 5 to 10 mins so that i can order my next food. She purposefully doesnt want to take any order from me and tried to avoid from me / avoiding eye contact from me so that i wont order anything. Which in tirn will bring her more work. And finally when i ordered her she very rufely said i cant take ur order. Its past 10.30. I womt take any orders. When i asked her why she wasnt there in the floor to take orders,.. she very rudely said that i got lot of works to do.. its not my only job to serve you. I nno need to ask you. And she just was racially attacking me. I ve never faced these kind of issues in wild wings. Whennits time to cloze at 11. She literally said get the hell out of here. I domt know whats her issue is Even when i talked to the manager mr. Rajan ,he was not apologising for her behaviour and said if she quits i need to find another person and its hard to do so. So u better leave the place and complain wherever u want, and that complaint wont affect him. I tried to have a nice time and this lady ruined my night. I need a proper explanation from the higher management.

Two years ago I stopped going to this place because the food became terrible and the prices kept going up. The final straw was went I ordered a Greek Salad, got home and found all that was in it was wilted lettuce. I contacted the restaurant but the owners refused to do anything, so after being a regular customer for many years I stopped. Then last week I decided to give it another try. I again ordered a Greek Salad and for my kid wings with a Greek Salad as the side. When I got home, again my salad was barely more than lettuce with a few pieces of other things thrown in. But it was my kids order that was really a mess. The wings had the sauce on (asked for on the side), his Greek salad was actually a garden salad with Greek dressing and the Garlic Bread had Cheese on it, but I didnt ask for it with cheese. The explanation was that the Garlic Bread always has cheese (wasnt told that), the side salad is not a Greek, just comes with the dressing and oops sorry about the wings. When my kid called (2X) he was told theyd speak to the owners and get back to him. But that never happened. I guess they figure be courteous to a young person isnt worth their time. So I guess Ill go back to my original plan and NEVER go here again. Lots of other places to eat and now they have Gabbys as competition. Ive been here a couple times over the last few weeks due to responsibilities in the area, so this has been a convenient place for us to grab some food before we head back out of the city. Staff are very friendly and attentive during both slower times and the busy dinner rush, and the food is always very well cooked and fresh. The Wild Wing chain is one of the best places to go for chicken wings, no matter where you are.

Not enough staff in this location .only one lady was looking after dine-in and take out. She was super rude and not helpful at all. We dont buy things for free so we expect some respect. I wish I would have zero star option on google review. Pathetic.

Wild Wings has something like 100 flavours for their wings. Unfortunately, the wings are quite small, but tasty. The menu is quite extensive for members of your party that prefer something other than wings.

I used to work at a Wild Wing a long time ago for about 4 yrs. I do have to say that this location I was very IMPRESSED. With COVID-19 going on and restaurants beginning to open up again I was a bit on edge to eat out. My server was SHELLY and she total me all the procedures that the staff and owners are doing to keep their staff and customer safe. I order 3 pounds of wings, onion rings and a small poutine. It was amazing! Just as how I remember how it is supposed to taste, keep in mind I have not eating at a Wild Wings in many years. I was also very happy with the customer service I received from SHELLY, she was very attentive to me and any other customers that can in. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND what her jobs requires of her. I will be returning to this location since I have just recently moved into the neighbourhood.

Worst service and experience every. understaffed on Thursday evening

They over charge for what you get. They charged me 44 dollars for 27 wings andno sides. Witch is way more than I would have paid if I had gone to pizza pizza or any other place. It just reminds me why I never go there.

Upon arrival, no one greeted me at the front. Customer service is really bad. The poutine with chicken made me nauseous. I wouldnt recommend a friend or family to eat at this establishment if you cant get poutine correct.

First time at this restaurant. I walked in and was told to come to the counter. I did. I looked at the menu and asked one of the ladies, Is there any fish? She looked at me as though I had asked a strange question. I said I did not see it on the menu. I believe I had not taken the time to look and figured I would ask directly. After a while, she replied saying there was fish and chips. So i asked what was the cost. She said its $15 plus tax. I said ok I will take that thanks. Unenthusiastically, she said ok well are u having it here or to go. I said I can have it here (meaning dine in). She then said in that case today we have a special its $10 with a drink. I said ok sure. She proceeded to list off drinks. I asked if there were any juice options. It seemed as though my questions were a bit annoying for her (bearing in mind I only asked 2 at this point). So she said there is orange juice and cranberry. I said cranberry will be fine. After I asked her if there is any charging port where I can charge my phone. Apparently she thought I asked her to charge my phone for me and she responded and said no she doesnt have a port. I said i have the equipment I just needed an outlet. She said well look over there by the wall and pointed. I said ok well great and proceeded to sit. I did not wait long for my meal. The fries were a bit soggy and part crisp but for the most part it tasted ok. The fish tasted decent and I did not complain because I had low expectations for a $10 meal. I seated myself, got comfy she brought my drink over and the napkin holder and condiment stand and some complimentary lemons with 2 packaged tartar sauces. I ate my meal. During my meal she did check in on me to ask if everything was ok which I appreciated but at this point i was not pleased. Sadly, at this point i was hesitant to tip because of the sub par customer service and $10 quality meal, what really made me decide was when I had to pay. I was going to pay with cash and she asked do you want to pay with cash or card? I said it doesnt matter would you prefer me to pay with cash? She said it was up to me and just thinking about the entire experience at that point, I paid with card since the machine was already in her hand and I left. I do apologize for not tipping because I do recognize how important it is but it is also important to make customers feel welcomed and appreciated compared to giving off an annoyed disinterested attitude. Dont get me wrong after all of this, she did smile and was polite after my meal and she did update me that my meal was almost ready. I just wished my experience was better. Disappointed client who will not return. Please improve customer service. Rolling eyes and being annoyed at your customers for no reason is not how to do business.

The manager was nice and gave everyone a 10% discount. We would love to go back!

I usually don t write bad reviews but just don t come to this place. The staff is very unprofessional, the food wasn t good. No utensils. No plates. Refused to make the drinks we requested. They only took our order 1hr after being seated. Offered to take 10% off as an apology but didn t honour that until we persisted. Just don t come. Save your money.

This visit the good was amazing ,stuff are sooo great they know all the products they have on their menu and are very friendly ,location is very clean and they adhere to strict standards of cleanliness . Food products are fresh and very tasty Kudos to management for hiring the right stuff members. Victoria is amazing ,engages with patrons in a professional way and remembers customers by their first name,very professional attitude and definitely the right fit for the 5his restaurant. Would reccomend this location for an amazing night out for casual dining .

Great place. Choice of wings is huge. Staff is really friendly. All safety measures are in place. I would definitely recommend going here if you haven t. Nice place to hang out.

Fantastic place with a wonderful approach by the management to ensure absolute palate satisfaction of their customers. My wife being a non-vegetarian really enjoyed the food, I being a vegetarian was not disappointed too. For a vegetarian it was nice to have the options of the appetizers like onion rings, gar par fries and the bruschetta flatbread. Had a great time being at Wild Wing and can definitely put this restaurant on my loop

Try chiquita in paradise breaded one. Its heaven Parking space is a lot Patio is little small. Inside :- good space. Washroom in ground floor and basement too. Good service. Servers are amazing.

Got dirty nelly 1 LB Traditional!!! Always amazing wings never disappointed, with quality!! Quantity is low!! Although I find them pricey $18.00 for 8 wings and some fries. I still think these wings always taste amazing.
