This is a full honest review of this joke restaurant Completely Disgusting Restaurant. Honestly I ask myself this, how isn’t this restaurant shut down for multiple health hazards ??? I Ordered a wing combo with fries as soon as I went home opened it up I found hair in my food I called the next day because they were closed the worker who served me yesterday who owns a clapped out van which he probably lives in starts telling me the “Manager” can’t do anything . Excuse me I found hair in my food !!! I wish I can rate this place a 0. Customer service is so horrible reviews say otherwise. No wonder why the cockroach’s and rat’s like to feast up at this old beat up restaurant. The Appearance is so horrible and old. There is nothing at all holding this place up honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they closed it down anyday. Please do yourself a REALLY BIG favour and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE you will thank me later. -0/100
Charged extra to give 2 different flavored wings then ripped us off by only giving one flavor.
Just had a late dinner here, I got the wings deal. Absolutely delicious loved it. The wings was perfectly cooked! Great service will be back soon.
Disgusting and dirty place, I ordered hot buffalo wings and they were sogged in some hot curry sauce and over cooked. Wings were the size of my thumb. Will not go back and absolutely would not recommend. Threw half the box of wings out.
receipt was from debit machine only with no details. ordered bacon burger combo for $12.99 + hst debit was charged a total of $17.49. confronted the person telling him that he charged me so much and gave me cash back twice because the first refund was not even the right amount. very shady person look out. also fries are burnt. website and in store price is different. will never come back.
Absolutely disgusting. So disgusting that their wings gave me food poisoning 4 years ago. Yes, I am writing this today because I am still not over it. This place needs to be shut down. I literally thought I was going to die. My throat was extremely sore from constantly throwing up..and my other end was practically the same. I should’ve known better, the guy was missing a thumb and there was dirt all over the walls. Never again. DO NOT EAT HERE.
So disappointed with my order today. I ordered honey garlic and I got sweet chill thai. I work in Scarborough and live in Etobicoke...got home to find this in my container. Called the location to make them aware and I was told next time to make sure my order is correct...pardon! Few months back I went to this location I ordered 3lbs of wings and 2lbs was over cooked. I thought just saying not to over cook my wings will give me a better experience...guess not!

Avoid this place at all cost. This lack customer service and the chicken wings tastes very bland. Ive witnessed another customer getting cursed and yelled at because the customer complained about having hair on her chicken wings! Most Wing Machine locations here in the GTA are terrible anyways!

The owner had accused me of paying him with a fake 50$ bill. Really had upset me so much tried to tell me to take my note to a near by convenient store to get change, forget this place .

Ordered 2 pounds but when i got home it was a little dry. Wasnt busy so it could have been sitting there for a while. Brimley and Eglinton location is better.

Avoid this place at any cost, avoid eating their food which is not even appetizing for a dog. The franchise company needs to invest in customer service skills. The employees lack manners, they curse at you for telling them their food is tasteless and is not to the standard. If you want to get food poisoning and diarrhea ignore my comment. Let s talk about the restaurant it s filthy. If I can rate them at 0 stars I would, oh forgot to mention I found hair in their salad and they said it was my hair. That s how cheap and in professional this place is.
