I ordered the roast beef, and it was really disappointing; bread was cold ( I saw the process, and they toasted it ), roast beef was really cold and chewy, and vegetables were okay. I wasnt satisfied.

Paid $7.45 for a stale whole wheat sub and 3 pieces of chicken when I told the employee he said its fresh even tho it was hard and sent me on my way , do not come here.

So came here and the middle aged lady kept on baking the breads while we were waiting for her to take the order. She simply just kept on working on her breads without attending any of the customers. left without getting the food as she seems to care less about others time.

Truly dedicated and hardworking staff here. As soon as you come in they acknowledge you with a smile. Very quick when it comes to meal preparation. Most places have changed after COVID when it comes to customer service but this place remains the same high standards.

We have been to many Mr Sub locations in the GTA and never had the service we get at this location. It is consistently friendly and hardworking people. We have been back at least four time now and whenever we think of Mr Sun we only come to this location. Very clean and they really care to make sure you get exactly what you want.

THE BEST Mr. Sub ever! Whenever Im in Scarborough I make sure to go here and I recently had them cater a party. The presentation and taste of the party pack subs were great, the guests loved them and they provided extra toppings and cookies on the side. Highly recommend this location, the owner is awesome!

This is the best Mr. Sub out there. Might seem like an odd thing to say but it really is. They care- about you, about your food and how its prepared, about their service. Theyre fast, efficient, friendly and will recognize you after a while. They know their regulars and what they order. Its always a great experience.

I would give no star for this place. I went to this store last week with my friends and it was absolutely disgusting and untidy. The subway is far better than this store. They were making the sandwiches on the preparation counter without any papers. How can the vegans eat from the place where meats are prepared. Atleast you would had separate area for the vegetarians. The sandwich quality was also poor.

I would share others feedback, the service is outstanding at this location and the food the usual very good... I will coming back here for sure.

Very dirty slow service nothing fresh

This is just another Mr. Sub location with good quality fresh ingredients ready for you to make your sandwich. What I liked about this place in particular is the guy which greets you first - he definitely has some positive good vibes and makes you feel good. Thank you for that.

The subs here are made with great care and look and taste delicious! I used to get lunch here when I worked in the area. They used an assembly line approach so your sub was prepared promptly with minimal waiting time. The staff are friendly and in my estimation, they are the best at what they do! Their service is top- notch. All of this makes them my go-to Sub Shop. Thank you so much Mr. Sub! Again, you are the best! Dietary restrictions: We like that Keto buns are offered even if there is an extra charge. Keto buns should be offered for all subs and sizes. Many thanks to Prem for helping us with a recent order! Food poisoning. Staff are really nice but the place is not food safe. They dont keep their sauces cold which is extremely dangerous (left out on the counter in a tub behind them instead of in the cold container). The meats are just kind of sitting in the open. I wouldnt recommend eating here.

ONE star for the owner but 0 for the sandwich maker. How did you put fresh bread on top a silver counter you JUST wiped with a cloth without adding the wrap to put the bread on. I was SO shock, legit paused in disbelief. That was unbelievable. I was also charged for the drink which was apart of the coupon combo. I will not be back. Horrible experience and i will not be emailing to resolve anything. Please train your new hires.

This is the best Mr. Sub location! I ve been coming here for years as it s near my work. Consistently excellent quality and service. Clean and fresh. Never had a complaint. Very friendly staff. Quick and efficient.

Literally the worst sub I ve ever had, and I love mr.sub. They were incredibly stingy , I had to ask for more toppings over 5 times. When I finally got the sub the bread was rock hard and the sandwich was bone dry even though I asked for two different sauces.

Subs are delicious and staff are super customer oriented. Luv this location.

Went here yesterday. Delicious subs. Staff was very friendly. Gave me a massive pile of napkins without having to ask 5 times. Also watched the staff remain pleasant while the customer in front of us had them pick through the tomato bin for the perfectly ripe tomato slices for his sub.

I only come to this Mr.Sub. There s a location 5 minutes from my house, but I travel the 20 min to Scarborough whenever I m in the mood for Mr.Sub. Every time I m here, the owner has been super friendly, he keeps the food area extremely neat. Bread and veggies always fresh. Respects veggie sandwich knife separate from meat knife.

This is by far the best Mr Sub Ive been to in my life. Ive tried many others all over the GTA and this one is still my favorite. Fast, fresh and well made subs. The owner/manager is the main reason this location seems to stay on the top of my list.

Cannot say enough good things about this location. First their customer service is incredible - super nice and friendly!!! They were able to cater a work lunch for me even though it was last minute and their food was a big hit. It was fresh and tasted amazing - everyone was raving about it!! there is a mr sub location which seems to have closed permanently that i used to frequent, unfortunately, so i went to another location but they hadnt opened yet (though hours on google had indicated otherwise). this location is a little further than others for me but totally worth it! friendly staff, modern and clean interior, fresh toppings and breads, accurate hours on google. even though i just went for takeout, i thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and i will be visiting this location as my regular sub spot from now on!

This place ruined Mr. Sub for me. The owner is so absolutely fantastic. I ordered a steak and cheese. Ive never witnessed anyone make a sandwich like this before. We went through the usual Toppings? Toasted? questions and then when the time came for the sauce he made this recommendation: Let me put two lines of chipotle sauce, one line of BBQ, and one line of A1 for some extra flavour. I swear, it was the best sub Ive ever had in my life. So why did it ruin Mr. Sub for me? Well, how can I ever go to another Mr. Sub again to get them to make this sandwich? Excuse me...can you put 2 lines of this, and these other sauces too? The poor retail employees will think that Im messing with them. I wouldnt even dare ask anyone else to try to make this sub again...which is why this is the only Mr. Sub I can ever go back to. The owner is just such an awesome dude. Even before I was served I watched him interact with his customers. He knew the FedEx guy had tried a strawberry shortcake cookie the last time he was there. It was clear that many of the other people in line at a random 3:30 in the afternoon were also regulars. When he asked if I was from the area and I told him I was nearby just furniture shopping, he began giving me recommendations on where to go. Honestly, I thought service like this was dead. Seriously, the owner is absolutely amazing. Im looking forward to the time I go back.

This location at 45 Milner Ave in Scarborough has the nicest/friendliest staff who always greet you with a smile and a hello. The toppings for the subs and wraps are always fresh and the work area is always clean and spotless. I love their pizza sub on Mediterranean bread! Delicious! Definitely a location worth visiting.

I have to admit I had not stepped into a Mr Sub for about 10 years. My office is just across the street so I thought Id step over. The service was fantastic. I had the smoked meat in a wrap. The lady was efficient and courteous. Totally impressed and the sammy was damn good too. Well done, Ill be back. I mean I work across the street

Clearly trying to give off a premium vibe, but the fast food sub restaurant is the definition of fine. Subs are fine but not great (even Subway is better). Okay ingrediant choices, okay cleanliness, okay prices. Overall, its okay fast food.

One of the reason that Im coming to this location is how friendly and professional the owner is. He is so down to earth, nice, polite. everything is so clean and fresh. I can actually eat there every dat for lunch and dinner.

Came here because I was in the area and looking specifically for a Mr Sub. There was a bit of a lineup when I came in, but the staff acknowledged each person in line while they waited. The team worked efficiently and processed everyone as quickly as is reasonably expected. Friendly and precise, the sub was delicious and the bread was fresh. I d bet that the gentleman behind the counter (there were two women and a man) was the owner. He behaved that way, anyway. That is to say he seemed to care about the customers and the business. I will come here again next time I m in the area. Refreshing in an era and industry rife with poor customer experiences.

The owner really makes and effort to get to know his customer and trains his staff to try to get to know the customers as well. This location is out of my way but I dont mind making the drive due to the great service there.

This is a really great Mr. Sub. The owner is a really great person who has been at this location for a very long time. He has taken care of the people in this area for lunch and dinner. Very bright and clean store and the employees are very patient. The surrounding industry and businesses keep this place going.
