Well a steak and bacon sub and a drink 26$!!!!! WTAF! Is the meat wrapped in 24k gold foil? Thats 2 hours of work after taxes for a freaking sandwich! Canada where we are all slaves and greedy corporations are making the middle class obsolete, I make 58k a year and Subway is now too expensive to ever eat there again. So long subway, now I know why your stores seem so slow and empty these days. Enjoy failure as the average earning canadian cannot afford your garbage food for haute cuisine price! Then they added 2$ for a sauce, and for good measure another nickel for a freaking paper bag, the guy that works there even admitted he cant afford to eat the food. That says alot. Good luck subway and so long 25 year customer never to be seen again!

Awful service. I ordered through their application, didn t get my order even after waiting for more than 1 hour, later turns out they forgot to change the status for driver s to pickup. Consequently, food I received after waiting so long was all dry.

I visited this Subway location recently, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. In the morning, there was an Indian lady who claimed to be the manager, but her attitude was far from professional. She acted as if she owned the entire Subway company, and her behavior was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, she didnt even prepare my sub properly according to the menu. The service was pathetic, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Its definitely not worth your time or money.

I have no idea why they never mention anything on top of the sub like how are people supposed to know? Open up the sub and see then eat? This had happened so many time already!! Ordered 2 steak subs. 12 inches. Neither sandwich had much meat. In 1 sandwich I requested jalapeño peppers they put bell peppers instead. If there wasnt enough meat for my sandwich why not say that. Instead I payed 15$ for what? Not sure.

The people who work here are very friendly and always ready to serve you. One thing I got very fascinating about them is their patience, as an introverted person, I made a post of topping in my phone and ask them to make my food according to it but, there was a glitch happening in my phone and I got out very from main screen quite often but they helped me and got me with my taste. I am giving atmosphere 4 because there was no one if you went after 9 pm at this place to company you like the other customers. However, my overall experience was far better than I expected.

Had a horrible experience . Never had it this bad , and i eat at subway often . Got two footlong steak and cheese and she barely put any meat . When i asked for banana peppers she put 3 peices , and she shorted every ingredient . She threw on the cheese into random places and my sandwhich looked nasty and empty . I told her they usually align it neatly and she answered saying as long as its 4 slices she can put it anywhere . She wrapped it up without the sticker and even before i can pick it up it was unwraveling . When i asked her why she was doing this , she had no response . Upon askinf for her managers name, number and or her name she said i have to come back tomorrow to ask if i want . She said she can only put 3 peices of any vegetable unless i ask for more :/ how can you put 3 slices of a vegetable on a foot long . Not happy at all , service was poor.. very poor . I will never return .

I ordered for 2footlongs with italian herbs and cheese bread and they replied they are running out of that bread however I was able to see the stock and I told them that I can see you have that bread still they were saying it is for different order. 2nd worst experience is today14th april 5:50pm I was ready to pay for extra veggie patty but they said we cannot add veggie patty for BOGO Footlong. I have been eating subway from long time and all the time they are adding veggie patty when I am paying extra but this time even after lots of argument the staff didn t add veggie patty. Yesterday, i ordered bogofl at this location and asked for grilled both subs and extra ranch and mayo. But they did not grill the subs, and the girl said if you want extra ranch or mayo, you have to get a meal.when i opened, the subs were cold and had less meat. When i went to that location again after 5 minutes to complain about the subs, the girl said our griller is not working, and i have a lot of orders to make, so I cant help you. Like seriously! We are paying the money, not for the cold food and this rude attitude. If the girl can not handle the stress, then appoint two employees on the shift. Im really disappointed and never would like to go to that location..

Witnessed a sandwich artist young male not wash his hands while dealing with the cash register and making subs. I informed the customer infront of me and he was thankful I noticed. When I explained to both employees, they apologized. I asked for the franchise owners name so that I can report this corporate head office. I was asked for my information which I dont need to give to anyone but head office. These employees need cross training and a better understanding of cleaniness and adhering to the customers kind requests. I have left without food and will be speaking to staff at the Oakville corporate head office. My advice to the owner is simple. The light lantern festival has taken up 80% of the parking in front of the mall. Parking, therefore, spills over to the parking spots in front of Subway. Over dinner hours, parking in front of the Subway is particularly full because of the other restaurants next to Subway.

I went there to try the rice bowl. I saw the server scraping the last bit of rice in their container. I asked her as to why she could not get the bowl filled with fresh rice? Her answer, I am giving you more than what I normally give. I did not ask for more. All I expect is give me fresh food, not scrape the container to fill an order. Also, had a double kick crispy sandwich. I was disappointed with the taste and it was not crispy. I will never go to this Subway again even though I live 2 minutes away.

Got there at 10:23 PM today, lady working there told me they re closed. Hours at the location said they were open til 10:30 and so did Google, I told her this and she said I know but I ve already packed everything up. Yesterday I came to get two veggie subs in afternoon and it was very clean and nice place to dine. There was a girl she gave me a great service. Spent over $80 on lunch for myself and coworkers, food was cold and squished. Missing a drink and cookies, no dressing or the extra cost for avocado that was missing from salad that was requested, no extra cheese on sub that was also requested. Can t believe I wasted over $80 on this, will never order from here again!!

Most cheap subway ever. That lady working there doesn t want to put any sauce on the sub. I counted how many onions she added for a footlong sub. Just 5-6 onions literally. Even after asking 3 times to add more sauce she just adds 3 thin streaks. It s a complete waste of money to get just the bread without any sauce or veg. Cheap store.

We ordered the day before through DoorDash and scheduled to arrive next day at 12pm. They confirmed the order in the morning but the food was delayed for half an hour. It was a group order and the driver from doordash said the staff started to prepare the order when he arrived there. We spent over $100 on this order but it delayed and messed up our schedule. This location is super stingy with sandwich fillings among other things. The first time I went my buddy and I tried to use a coupon but was refused by the cashier. Fair enough, but the second time we went the employee made our sandwiches with the bare minimum of both the expensive (chicken, meats, etc.) and cheap (veggies) fillings. The cherry on top was the fact that the employee disregarded my request to omit a specific veggie from the sandwich. Ill probably drive to the one down at Sheppard next time I want a sub.

Be aware! Staff are not changing their gloves after touching cash! I had to ask the lady to change her gloves because she just finished touching money with them from person in front of us. I paid with cash and she touched the money with her gloves and started serving the next person again without changing them! Very dirty practice. This is how virus are spread...it makes you wonder what else they are doing when no one is around.

I come to this location often, never really had any issues (at this location or others) but yesterday I ordered four sandwiches, for myself and my family and everyone complained about it, it was truly disgusting, something was very off about it. It wasnt toasted well, some didnt have cheese and it was very moist/wet, my sister and I struggled to finish it. Id understand if it was busy but the employee only had me as the customer the whole time I was there. Im not sure what happened but the subs I had from here yesterday were hands down the worst subs ive ever had.

My surprise was that I showed up at the store to pickup the food just to find out that They have not started preparing my food because of an issue with the printer. I went to this Subway location a few times because I work in the area. I have been unimpressed and offended by the people working there. I ordered a salad and they kept lowballing me with toppings and acting annoyed. The tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. I had to clean my shirt after I ate today. When I got up to leave, one of the ladies working there started yelling at me saying garbage there! garbage there It was rude and embarrassing. I am not surprised this location is empty all the time. They clearly dont clean their restaurant. I am not surprised that Subway franchises are being closed at an increasing rate. I will not be going to this one ever again.

Went here at 10:40 and the staff are cleaning up and saying theyre closed. I mentioned its 20 mins before closing time and the door is open, how can you say your closed when the sign says you close at 11pm? Ive never been denied service at any restaurant 20 mins before closing time.

Good Service, Never had an issue. They listen to what you want and make it how you want. There is usually tables available other than maybe lunch time which makes sense. The place is usually very clean and the smell of the place is very nice.

Its very quiet today. But we like the fresh and crispness of fresh veggies and decided to buy 2 subs. The small subs with a bag of chips and fountain drink is on sale so we purchased them instead of the daily special. We brought them all the way 12 km from this subway store to eat and they still continue to taste crispy and fresh. Yeah!

Today is 31st August, went there in the evening. That stupid girl needs to be taught what customer service is. She did not spread veggies well on the sandwich (Mr. Owner, check the camera), still I did not say anything. Then, she did not cut my sandwich properly. Her ego was hurt when I told her to cut my sandwich in two halves completely. She knew she did not do her job well, but that ego thing is what she couldnt handle when she was caught not doing her job well. Wait, It is not done yet. After she rang me up, she did not ask if I needed a receipt and went back to serve another customer. When she found out I was still there standing, she came back to me and ask what I want (with that typical mannerless facial expression). I asked for the receipt (Shaking my head) and again her ego was hurt. I asked her if she didnt like her job and again, third time her ego was hurt. After that, she started arguing with me as if I was wrong about everything. According to her, I had a bad attitude because I expected a good customer service. Mr. Owner, please train these people well. They are nice to you that doesnt mean they are always nice to your customers. Customer is not dependent on you, but you are dependent on customers. You dont do them favor by serving them, but they do you favor by giving you an opportunity to serve them. Please dont encourage such stupidity by ignoring this review. Talk to her and try to teach how to behave. I am looking forward to your reply, Mr. Owner. Thank you.

Very bad experience. Paid for drink but they didnt give.

Honest business practice ... been uptown, downtown and the burbs ... This is one of the few that charges less than $5 for a 6 vegetables sub. Other outlets will charge .35 to .55 cents more despite advertised specials. Staff are friendly and premise relatively clean. A big shout out to store for practicing business integrity. Like.
