The food and service was fine but please turn the tipping option off on the debit machine. These employees are paid $17/hour. They made a sandwich which is the job they are being paid for. I don't need dirty looks because I didn't tip while paying for my over priced mediocre sandwich.
I came around to buy subway. Because I work night shifts. This is second time the washroom was out of service. I suggest When your washroom go out of service. Dedicated one person to clean the washroom. If want more business. The last From outside the window I saw your washroom out of service . I didn’t bother Coming. In Scarborough two subway locations have this problem. In Brampton And Mississauga subway I went they don’t have this problem.
Tried placing an order while at the location using a promo and the order kept failing on payment. I told the cashier and they told me they cannot honour it as it has to be done through the app/website, despite being aware that they don't work. Wasted my time driving here and left hungry.

I had one of the worst experience with this subway. After placing my order they call me and asked why did you placed an order this time. I received my order in an open bag, the sandwiches were open. Out of 4 i only received 3. I decided to call the store and ask for refund, but as we all know no reply from store.
We went there when it was not busy. We were the only ones. We were buying one foot long. Around 3:30pm. Receipt is attached if someone is wondering I went to a wrong location. This location used to be very good location with good staff and customer service. We went there. There were no other customers. Staff was extremely rude. it’s supposed to be fresh. Staff brought something out of kitchen and dip in sauce for second. And heat it up. Extreme rude process even when paying. I couldn’t take it. Just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Stop advertising its fresh when you are heating up things. Staff lady was very rude no smile, no hello. I can even mention her name to prove I was in this location. However she had no name tag on. What are these district managers doing? There should be mystery shopping to improve the business. Just a suggestion from a long time customer. I could have gone to other food places. Provide me with customer service number. Who is this owner answering rude responses to other reviews. I read all the responses from owner before I post. Thats the reason I uploaded to the receipt so you can take your time to review the video. Just send me the customer service number so I can talk to someone who is ready to take responsibility of the mistakes.

it was worst experience today, i drives a truck so,i used to get foot longer on the daily basis in different locations all around GTA and outside GTA, but this was the first time i paid $16.03 for the veggie patty foot longer, which supposed to be around $12.50 and i asked to add crispy onions which should be included in foot longer combo but staff said it cost $3. This was not good. in last 4 years it happened first time. I would not recommend this place anymore

I had a horrible experience today i went there on Wednesday June 5 at p11:40pm the guy that served me was very very rude, full of attitude and disrespectful. When i asked him i want to speak to the supervisor he wouldnt let me and he threw my change at me. This is my first time at this location. Such kind of customer service is unacceptable. The supervisor needs to look into it.

I placed an online order.when I placed an order, the store is included in participating store and I successfully placed an order but when I go there, they canceled my order saying that we are not included in that participating store. I am very frustrated on this situation.
I ve had numerous issues with this location and I don t know if the fault is with the employees or with the owner of the store. The first being that their location is listed as a participating store for deals on their App however they keep cancelling every order and say they re not participating. Secondly the lies of charging extra for free toppings like crispy onions or habenero cheese even though it is not on the list of extra toppings. I m sure this is not the practice of subway and is the owners doing and telling the employees to lie to customers cause other subways don t follow this strange practice
Ordinarily, when I go to this subway location everything is literally awesome. However; ordering food from here on Uber is less than that. My issue primarily resides in the state of the bread - rock hard when ordered online, and usually pretty soft when ordered in store. Im not sure if its policy to pass off the stale, expired bread to online orders or if its a consequence of not having to look the person in the eye youre just about to poison. Forty dollars for a pop, chips and a sandwhich horribly suffering from rigor mortis hardly seems worth it. 1 star for online orders 5 stars for in person orders

WORST EXPERIENCE I ordered a veggie footlong subway from uber. They just kept lettuce & onions in it. Peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives & cheese was missing. Also, I ordered like 5 sauces they just kept 1. Also, when it arrived my sub was not wrapped properly. Never ever order from here. Also, this is not my first time. I ordered earlier in the early morning & it was worst as well. This time I didn t have other option as nothing was open. I ordered again. Ordered Footlong veggie patty from Uber Eats. The sandwich I got had no cheese Or sauces or hardly any veggies, I paid $20 and did not get cheese, sauces and taste of patty was really bad like it was spoiled, I had to throw it in garbage. this is totally unacceptable & pathetic. We ordered a veg footlong from this location and there was mosquitoes in the veggie in the sub they served us I wasn t very happy about our order lol
I wish I can rate in minus for their ethics. We ordered veggie sub and when we ask him to add crispy onion, he said that would be extra charge for that. Even though we know that no subway charge extra for that, we were ready to pay. So while doing billing he charged us 3$ extra for that and in the bill, he punched guacamole. And when we asked he said this is how they charge for the crispy onions. I asked him can you please tell me where it s written in subways menu that extra charge for that he said he has to talk to manager and after talking to him he came and said he can return that extra charge. I also told him you guys are doing fraud with the customers, instead of apologizing, he said he is just doing what their management is told him to do. Even the sub was very dry because he did not added sauces properly. Beware guys. Always check them while punching.

This place never disappoints in terms of offering quality food and service. Being a vegetarian I am little picky about the cleaniness while making my food. This location has top priority for sanitisation and using clean and new gloves and knife every time they make my sandwich. 5 stars for it

It was the worst experience at this subway. The guys today October 13th at 6:55 PM. Didn t change gloves, he was cleaning with the same gloves as he was making the sandwich. He also didn t change gloves after touching all the meat. When I asked he said that s the process. So hurting someone s culture is the process?? By being lazy and not changing gloves he was hurting others culture who can t have any meat. He touched all the greens with the same gloves. No infection control!!
This place is always understaffed. It doesnt matter if its the Friday dinner rush or Saturday lunch rush. They only have 1 employee working. Today, we came for lunch and had 8 ppl in line with only 1 worker. Expect to wait a long time for mediocre food.

Worst customer service ever, staff including the manager is soo rude and unapologetic for their own mistake. After getting charged extra for my food when i asked for the refund manager said (they are not walmart )they don t do it in their store they have no refund policy. Not only i was overcharged but i was given the wrong order, when I brought the issue to the manager s notice he said he heard the conversation on the camera instead of apologizing or listening to the customer problem he kept on saying the mistake was never made by the employee. The worst subway I ve ever been to. The employees don t know what they are doing and just stand there thinking( I spent 20 min there for three subs and I m the only customer, hellooooo??). SCAMMERS!!!! I usually dont write reviews but this place literally scams people. Every sub is more expensive than any other location and the ingredients arent fresh. Every worker at any time will try and upsell you on anything possible like their paycheck depends on it. Asked for extra bacon, got 3 slices and charged for double. To the owner is reading this, maybe when people write bad reviews, it might possibly be you and your staff at fault.

There s 1 worker to continually serve 6+ people on a summer evening. Stop being cheap and increase your staff numbers which will also help better manage your stores traffic flow. Try going to the other 24hr location in Scarborough. The guy started microwaving my meatball sandwich and my partners bacon, and hadn t told us the oven wasn t working. A heads up would ve been nice so food wouldn t have been wasted. They microwave the soup as well so try your best not to get that unless you want food poisoning.
Went in at lunch time and asked for the restaurant to prepare 9 subs, all hands were on deck. I was out in 15 mins with great service! Thank you!!

Visited the place, Staff was full unprofessional and not having sense of greetings a family when there is a kid is there. Need to stay for 5 to 10 minutes, in an only standing person in the line, every time and wait for a person to help with the order, also he is not understanding what we need. In my order they prepared the subway without any proper staffing. just veggies and sauce. After preparing the sub the lay went away and ask other person to do the remaining order. Also, we order feet long sub but they charge separate sub 2 X half sub. Ideally it should change 12$ but because of their mistake we need to charge 20$. This is not recommended for any one!
I usually get subway at least 4 times a week and this particular store charges 12:99 for a rice bowl where it is only 10:59 at nearby locations. The avocado was black in colour and the veggies looked so bad and tasted yucky. Worst location ever.. Please don t get food from here if you re reading this review. Havent been to this location since Subway dropped sub of the day deals. This used to be the go-to place when you had a craving for subs. I was nosy so I went for the first time in over a year. Prices went up and quality has gone way down. What a shocker! They give you some lettuce and a few slices of tomatoes and you constantly have to ask for more. There was a brown guy not making the sandwich staring at you the whole time. Creepy much? And then the girl who made the sub charged more than what was on the menu board. When asked why the prices were different she said the prices have gone up. So, in a span of less than 15 minutes that I was there the price shot up? My curiosity has been satisfied. Needless to say I wont be coming back to this location. Folks, consider yourself warned.

I came in on Friday night at 11:50pm just in time to get the Tuna sub of the day. When I came in, the worker was cleaning and replenishing the ingredients, and asked me if I could wait 5 minutes. I told him, sure, but that I wanted the Friday Tuna sub of the day. He says no problem . He then takes his sweet time and is finally done after 10 mins. He makes the sub and tries to charge me regular price because now it s after 12am when I fully told him before that I wanted the sub of the day as Tuna. Unfortunately, all the workers there are unintelligent and incompetent. They couldn t understand that this was their own fault for taking too long to clean and complete my order. They refused to change the price to sub of the day, so I let them throw it in the garbage and walked out. Also, the ingredients they use are not as fresh as other locations. Glad I dodged a bullet. I will never be back to this location.

Being a student makes it easy to manage time and work, today I didnt have time to make my own food, so randomly on my way to work I saw this subway and walked in, there was a bit of rush, but the staff managed it well and gave my food in just 5 mins, everything was just perfect and it was a great experience along with a good communicating staff. Very glad that I visited this one.

I went in to order a meatball sub. After waiting in line for 10 minutes while another customer was served, I was told they didnt have any. I decided to order the new crispy chicken sub instead, they were out of that as well. How can you be out of food? I had to drive to another subway 8km away to get my original order.

So first of all subway is providing coupons as marketing strategy or idk what it is. We went there with coupon to have chicken because we only eat chicken. The owner specially for this location is having special menu for coupons. Coupon has nothing written on it that only turkey or tune would be given to you. I mean i would report this thing to headoffice that why do you guys provide coupons when some owners from your franchise are being so partial with people eating only chicken. I was there at 1am in night after work to have dinner and this is what i get to see. This is insane. And the guy there is using the same knife for bacon sub for chicken sub and every other order. This is food contamination. I mean what if we dont eat bacon and you are actually mixing up some part of bacon in my sub. I am disappointed with this subway location. I wish i had an option to give 0 ratings for this location.
