My go to place for kotthu roti - especially if you want spicy!!!!
My go to place for good, descent and cheap Food. Their kizhi parotta is amazing and the gravy they give with it is a bliss
My go-to place for Mutton Kothu. Consistent everytime and normal spice levels.
The food quality is very poor. It's extremely spicy, even when we specifically request mild kotthu rotti; they always make it very hot. The food isn't fresh, and I've had very bad experiences several times.
VERY NICE
Lampris is the worst; not hot, had so much bone in the fish, the food is not warm enough, it’s missing pineapple rice, cutlet has only potato. More over, all these Lampris rice were made from the countertop items, and its not even baked or warm enough. I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant to buy anything. I bought mutton rolls, and it only had potato. I wasted my money, $60 for two Lampris that I had to throw out. Wouldn’t recommend this place at any cost.
Small place with good prices for south Indian /Sri lankan food. Ordered mutton biryani and veggie rolls that were good. Woman at the front desk was nice and pleasant. Good place for a Sunday brunch.
This is a small gem..amazing taste for a fair price. it's almost 20km from my place but i still buy from there at least once a week. They have never disappointed me. They prepare dishes to suit our taste. I love the owner lady, she is so sweet. One of the best restaurants in Toronto must say.

Food is stale. Before selling the food to consumers try it yourself and see if you would eat that, then proceed.
Best place for madras paper thoza comes with two chutney and sambal.A bit pricy and small portions compared to other Sri Lankan restaurants. Take out only. Plenty of parking. Birchmount Road and Sheppard.
Hands down the best kothu roti in toronto (Ive tried every place theres) served on banana leaf which enhances the flavor. Chicken fried rice is addictive also served on banana leaf. Both are must try

I went there to buy samosas and asked the man there why the price on the menu was different from what he told me then he started yelling at me saying that what he said was final and the menu doesnt matter. Worst Customer Service >:C

The owners are very nice and polite, our order was initially incorrect but they delivered the correct one immediately. Their food is really great too.

Because this place is close to my house, I ve gone there for convenience. If I could put less than 1 star I would. But never again. First off, they don t know how to treat their customers. They got my order wrong one time and they replied we didn t make a mistake, if we did we wouldn t be running this business . And as for the food, they reuse old food and try to scam customers. Please speak out against this place if you ve had experiences like this with Crown Paradise. They need to learn how to run a business.
Whenever order hot food, like like egg fry/ omelette, they serve it on banana leaf. Which healthy and delicious! A week after this is happened. They don t have a clear idea of mask, face cover and face shield. They even wear mask below the nose and reached out food! OMG. (Date: 11/07/2020)

Im remiss for not posting a review earlier, as I visit this place on a weekly basis. Ive been to basically all the Sri Lankan takeout joints in Scarborough and this is my favourite. We regularly pick up their chicken kothu roti and some veggie rolls (breaded and roti). Seriously so delicious!

The place and staff is very nice ,clean and friendly , me and a friend went for the first time to share a meal, the owner made a beautiful rose for my plate it was a wonderful touch of a first outing, they are know doing karaoke I suggest every one visit.

Exclusive South Indian dishes like Idli, Dosa, Vada etc are available all day along with other curries, fries of both veg and non-veg at affordable prices. Its visiting once in a while.

If you are fan of really hot spicy chicken try Nati kodi curry combined with paratha. Keep hanky handy, for sure you are gonna sweat Chicken Kottu roti is also very good
