Worst customer service..The lady working there dies not know how to behave with customer and lack basic common sense..never visit the place

Bad service and really rude 25 idiyappam give 1 bag of sambal when you buy 50 also get only 1 pk sambal, if you ask they will say that we packed both in the same bag but not really Service

Tasty Sri Lankan food

If you want authentic Sri Lankan food, this is a must try. My family usually gets lunch here, we swap between the Chicken Biryani on Banana leaf or just the Chicken Curry or Veg Curry on Banana leaf. With the Chicken Curry you also get Veggie curries with it. Pretty much rice with like 4-5 different curries on top wrapped in Banana leaf. I believe the price is like 10-12 bucks for this, but it is enough to feed 3-4 people. Best and easiest way to eat it is if you mix everything. With one bite you will get multiple different flavours all at once. Highly recommend. Prices are very fair and the food is delicious. They do run out of stuff sometimes so best to get there earlier if you can. Definitely recommended and will be back soon.

Bought Briyani today, there is absolutely no flavour and no taste. The briyani also smelled bad. Briyani is pretty much white rice with yellow colourinh. Disgusting

One of the best and cheapest takeout place for south Indian food in Scarborough. Their meals are one of our go to item. Its very simple and tasteful like home cooked food. Their masala dosa is huge but only available on Friday and you would have to get their before 4 to get one.

Customer Service is very bad at this place. I went to buy a chicken biriyani and Mutton Kothu. The Mutton Kothu took more then 20 minutes and I recieved my biriyani before that. One tall lady with glasses was serving me first and then another short lady from inside came and gave me my biriyani and charged me for all the food. After 20 minutes when my Kothu roti came the Tall lady with glasses who was watching me pay before asked me to pay again and I showed her my bank receipt and she just ignored me and walked inside to ask the other lady if I paid. She came back outside and told me : you paid with her how would I know that you paid so aint my fault.! Such a rude customer service they provide and the food tasted stale also.

Their food is amazing consistently the shop looks a bit dinghy but dont let the looks fool you.

The only thing I enjoy at this location is their tasty kesari cake. The only issue it s not always available. Chicken biryani is ok but too spicy. If you don t speak Tamil better deal with the young friendly lady. She s very helpful.

The only place to get authentic Tamil food thats fantastic! I especially love their fish dish on banana leaf. The prices are fair too!

Great Quality Food. There Banana leaf Rice and Curry is pretty good. Very busy place always has line up which is good sign. There Patties are pretty good. Mutton Rolls are reasonably good. Fish bun is good. Thr coffe is pretty good. I buy lunch aleast once a week.

Good food but rude staff

The rice pack had gone spoilt. When opened it was smelling. Too much watery, milky curries & probably thats why, but it should not happen. Had to throw away the whole pack. Waste.

Best Banana leaf food in the GTA , I tried many other stores with banana food style. Abirami deliverys most fresh and exceptional customer services.

This place is popular for its banana leaf rice very healthy veggies with white or brown rice can have mixed with your type meat or can have it veggie or jst with eggs it is steam packed almost as of a patty inside a banana leaf which keeps it freshly nutrition packed.. only available untill 10 to 3pm It is all the nutritions you need in a day For a day.

2022 Update: Prices increased due to inflation is understandable but not putting fork/ knife or any cutlery when you buy food is not acceptable and not the best way to cut costs. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE AMOUNT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD MACHINE BEFORE YOU TAP. It was not what I was told Food is very tasty authentic and priced competitively, if I was in Scarborough I would eat my breakfast lunch and dinner there . Taste is as authentic as you get back home in India so no complaints . Idly , fish curry , kotthu parota (roti) , chicken curry , squid and goat were all good

Great place to get quality food and great service. I love their veggie choices specially on Friday . Unfortunately their location is very bad because people comes to this plaza don t want to park on parking spot even when parking available . Thank you for the good meal and service!!

One of or perhaps the oldest Tamil traditional food take outs. I have been going there from 1992. They maintain the quality. The owner is one of the sales people. This Corona period they seem to serve take out.

**Make sure you have a stomach of steel before eating here** So I had their chicken biryani and I had diarrhea not once, not twice, not thrice, but FOUR times! I would give this place one star but gave it two because their vadas were good- but Im not going to eat here ever again.
