St-Hubert Restaurant in Sept-Iles

I was there today at 1:30 p.m. I was placed and waited 20 minutes and no one came to see me. Wow good job

Everything was cold and the starter of cheese sticks brought with the main meal

If I could give 0 stars I would. Did not receive our fries with meal, only $2 off. Did not receive a refill on our drinks. Did not receive our soup. Overcooked, dry chicken. Desserts were not good. Very slow service for an empty restaurant. Talked to the manager and he really had a grumpy character. They refused our gift cards. Dont waste your time and money.

Extremely SLOW service, unpleasant and arrogant waitress, we waited 1h30 the 2 times we went there, there were 3 adults and a baby. A group of 10 arrived 1 hour after us and they got their plate before us! The chicken breast, their specialty, was overcooked and half of the skin was missing. The kind of pokebol for children, everything is raw or cold. I received my skewer barely warm. It cost a fortune, the waitress was more busy complaining about other employees who hadnt returned than taking care of the very few tables that were being used.

Cold chicken, not very fast service, very disappointed value for money

I enjoyed my meal and the very courteous service.

We arrived at 12:15 for dinner and we were at work so we only had 45 minutes. The restaurant was practically empty and the waitress took more than 20 minutes before coming to see us. We took a midigo menu which is supposed to be quick . The meal arrived another 30 minutes later. Many forget such salad, dessert, etc. Afterwards, another 30 minutes of waiting just to get the bill because the waitress had left. Excellent service!

The service and food was absolutely terrible. I wont go back there again, there are better restaurants on seven islands.

Even if ordered well in advance online or by phone, the order never arrives on time. When you have 1/2 hour to dine and your order is requested for such an hour, you find yourself not being able to dine. Additionally, I did not receive the correct order. Club instead of a hot chicken and without accompaniment. Ark!

Excellent and pleasant service. COVID has its back when it comes to prices. We even had to ask for the dressing for the salad because there wasnt even any. Frequent forgetting, it seems.

It says drive-thru but I couldnt find it. On the other hand, it was super quick at the counter.

Where to start! Arrive at 2:30 p.m. to eat, several tables filled with dirty dishes! Our coffee is served in 2 dirty cups! So 10 minutes of waiting to receive our replacement coffee, the server is not customer-friendly, the chicken received was dry! To say not edible! And all along no one served any table or picked up anything, manager watch your cameras ! The employees were discussing loudly about customers who left without paying!! If it was like when we were there, the employees were almost non-existent

Well, the rib was overcooked, so a little dry. Parking: Shopping center parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Has high chair and childrens menus. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible without stairs.

Our meals and service were excellent Also, several vegetarian options, glad that the Saint-Hubert chains are making the effort to incorporate vegetarian and even vegan options for customers!

Dinner for a group of people (20), very long waits, plate service done in two parts, the first group had finished their plate when the second group got theirs! The starters brought with the main course, no rice available as an accompaniment except for the skewers, garden salad in very poor condition, Fisher & Chips not crispy, mushy inside, etc... I find the quality of meals and services very ordinary! Slice of life to forget!

7870 rue Sherbrooke Est: I work in the food industry and this is the first time I have seen someone make a salad with their bare hands (without gloves) by digging into the lettuce dish, into the pineapples and then grabbing the breast grilled with his fingers to cut it. This is the second time and the last. It should also be corrected on Google Map which gives a different location

A dynamic team that listens to our needs. The meals are super good. Its great to have this quality of service in remote areas like Sept-Îles. Hats off to the whole team!

This evening I had impeccable service from Marie Pier, smile, she even offered me an alternative to the St Burger sandwich which is unfortunately no longer on the menu. She came to serve my table and even asked me if everything was to my taste thats customer service!!! Well done .....that was before the renovations, my comment. I went Thursday evening at 7:45 p.m. and a lot of waiting, errors in amounts, (increasing of course) errors in orders, and to make up for it, both rude! Well, maam, be understanding, there are just 2 of us. I am in the restaurant business myself and to be given this kind of response is very unpleasant. First of all, its not normal to wait at this point in a St Hubert express, from when I arrived to when I sat down to eat it took 30 minutes, and I could hear them from the counter talking behind my back! Instead of ranting against a customer who asks you and talks to you about your service, take the opportunity to work!

I ordered a chicken leg combo. The first leg was undercooked, so I returned it, the second leg I received, (the one in the picture) was raw. The staff refused to return my thigh, assuring me that it was only a chemical reaction (without specifying what, exactly) and that the chicken was completely cooked. I have never seen such incompetence. And salmonella in all this??? Never again.

Worst service and experience received in my entire life. Online order for $70, cold food, lack of portion in a box, disgusting fries....ce, uncooked chicken even visible blood inside. On top of that, lousy customer service, resulting in 1 hour of waiting for nothing, 30 minutes of waiting at the service for nothing, $70 in the trash. I had to go out and buy pizza myself at pizza hut. Instead of eating at 7 p.m. we ate at 10 p.m. Never in my life do I enter or order from a St Hubert.

I ordered and paid online then I go to the place 40 minutes later. Forget to wait in line which lasts 15 minutes and to be told that the order is not yet ready I wait another 15 minutes to get it again. to say that no, the salsa that I ordered plus the food is cold. To be honest, its getting worse and worse. St Hubert is no longer up to par. I dont recommend going to the restaurant... (the manager didnt want to talk to me do for me)

The chicken is very dry, I had the thigh meal. Overcooked or long under the stove? The sauce was watery and tasted nothing. I do not recommend, you will find better elsewhere. Too bad to tarnish this Quebec flagship.

I placed an order at 11:25 a.m., I received it at 1:38 p.m. and I live 7 minutes from the restaurant by car. The fries were completely cold and the chicken lukewarm, bordering on cold. I have been disappointed with at least the last 4 that I have ordered there and I dont order St-Hubert very often. Im thinking of heading to another rotisserie next time.

Simple and efficient online ordering. Pickup at the counter done at the scheduled time, 12:45 p.m., (my order had been placed very early) hot and well packaged. Beautiful plates (holiday treat) affordable price. A little dry chicken though.

Very disappointing. They forgot to include the cheese for both of my poutines during my take out order...and by the time I realised their error i was already home. The restaurant manager (M. GIRARD) refused to provide a satisfactory solution and spent alot of time arguing with me. He therefore turned a small issue into a big one! As a long time St Hubert client, I can definitely say that not all locations are created equal and this one we will definitely avoid in the future.

Exceptional chicken

The worst St-Hubert Ive been to in my entire life.... I always have the same thing at St-Hubert, a salad with grilled chicken. The first time the chicken was so dry that it was inedible... Well I was disappointed but I told myself it was just bad luck. I went back and got the same thing. The employees were condescending, I asked them to give me fresh chicken because last time it was tough and they told me they couldnt give me a bill because it was disrespectful?!? What I think is disrespectful is paying $19 for a salad that isnt even fresh and with tough chicken. So I say to myself since I told him it shouldnt be as bad. Well no! The chicken was so dry and tough I even paid for extra chicken and they didnt even give it to me so $21 threw it in the trash. I really dont recommend its the WORST St-Hubert Ive been to in my entire life, its really sad because usually St-Hubert is a very good restaurant...

Efficient service, clean and well located location.

I buy from this restaurant regularly. F I N I. A lobster roll, $20 with tax, the bread was burnt. At home, the bread would have been in the drain and I would have cooked another one, the lobster is cold, so easy to start again. But no. Message sent on FB and no response. I wont go back there. Besides, Im going to avoid S-Hubert from now on, the quality has dropped everywhere

For real, the worst $16 for just a poutine that I had in my life. It took about 20 ft g just ordering the poutine nothing else with it. Plus, when I was halfway through my poutine, you had no more cheese and no more sauce. I strongly advise against it.
