Tim Hortons in Sept-Iles

They forgot to give us our donut & gave us small soups instead of large ones. They dont offer receipts either so... The soup was bomb though

I have never had such bad service as at this place. Its been getting worse and worse for a year. I always ask for my items politely only to be cut off, rushed to order, and when I forget a product, Im told to come in and get in line. Its frustrating to receive such lousy service. I have always defended the employees of this tim, because customer service is not easy, but this is abused.

Half of the ordering stuff is missing and when you go back to get your order as it should, they rewrite it for you and make it worse!! Seriously, dont eat a coffee, its okay, but for the rest...you risk it!! Very very very very good!!! If I couldnt give stars I wouldnt even give them

We did not receive the order we requested. I ordered a coriander and lime vegetable wrap (it says on the menu that its a vegetarian option) and I received a wrap with chicken inside. I also asked for a tim-matin on English muffin bread with veggie pancake with only lettuce-tomato and we received a BAGEL with lettuce-tomato + cheese and egg. Everything except what we wanted, very disappointed.

Very very very slow drive

Order to the car very but very long. More than 15 minutes on a Sunday morning at 6:30 a.m....I felt like there was just one person who had to do everything. Take the order, make the order (cook) and charge. And as a bonus, incomplete order but paid in full.

I had a Tim morning I asked for mayo after paying and the cashier wanted to make me pay for it

Very long for the service in addition to the person who took the order having more fun with his colleagues than serving us. I asked for a tim club instead I got a tomato toast sandwich. After pointing out that this was not what I had asked for, the employee told me that this was now a Tims Club. Not for nothing that we are made to pay before our order is ready.
