403 Av. Arnaud, Sept-Îles, QC G4R 3B3, Canada
Standard bayfront hotel offering rooms & suites with WiFi & balconies, plus free breakfast.
Clear and neat room. Very professional service and fast and easy registration.
Château Arnaud is a fantastic choice for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Sept-Îles. Its prime location on the waterfront, coupled with its array of amenities and friendly service, make it an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the St. Lawrence Bay. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, Château Arnaud promises a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Don't miss the opportunity to wake up to stunning waterfront views and create lasting memories in this charming hotel.
Hotel itself is nice and (mostly) clean. Beds are very comfortable and rooms have air conditioning. However, parking is a little cramped and the service received at reception was less than stellar - the gentleman that checked us in gave us the wrong class of room, and when I asked for what I'd booked, was told there were no balcony rooms remaining. When pressed to get what was booked 3 weeks prior (balcony room) , I was made wait an hour and then told we were getting a free upgrade to the actual room we booked (-ie. What I booked and paid for, not an upgrade at all). We stayed 2 nights, and no housekeeping was offered- we had to ask for toiletries, towels and coffee for the room (and wash the cups to reuse - again, no housekeeping attempted to visit the room). The ocean view balcony rooms are very nice, the breakfast is ok, but the human element needs definite improvement! Hotel itself deserves a 3 star, maybe 4, but the absolutely terrible reception and overlooked housekeeping drops it to a 2 at best. Good luck!
We had the absolute worst experience at Hôtel Château Arnaud in Sept-Îles. The staff is completely indifferent and consistently makes mistakes with reservations. When you arrive, they refuse to take the blame and instead say it’s the fault of the people who booked. The customer is definitely not king here. I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing, but the staff is condescending and has zero regard for their clients. The breakfast is an absolute disaster. The amount of plastic, packaging, and over-packaging is appalling. Each slice of bread is individually wrapped in plastic bags—how ridiculous is that? In the rooms, the coffee cups are so small that you basically get one sip per cup. Some items on the breakfast buffet were rotten, which is unacceptable. Despite all this waste, there are no recycling bins anywhere. The cups say "Recycle me," but there are only trash bins available to throw them in. No sustainability at all. Under the pretext of preserving the environment (yeah, right), they don’t clean the rooms. What a lame excuse. We stayed there for a week, and they never once made up the room. If they truly cared about the environment, they should start by offering recycling bins in the rooms and the restaurant and reduce the absurd over-packaging. The excuse of not cleaning rooms for environmental reasons is just a cover-up for their laziness and poor service. The room itself was shabby and poorly maintained. While the corridors are beautifully decorated, the inside of the rooms looks like a cheap old motel. The furniture was outdated, and the bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and offered no support. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with mold in the shower and a lingering unpleasant odor. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done. The TV had very few channels, and the remote barely worked. The overall ambiance of the hotel was depressing. The lighting was dim, and the decor was outdated and unattractive. There was no sense of hospitality or warmth. The common areas were often dirty and cluttered, showing a lack of attention to detail and cleanliness. For a hotel that calls itself a château, it’s far from a fairytale! Château Arnaud is a nightmare. They lack basic hospitality, fail in providing essential services, and hide behind a fake environmental excuse to justify their poor performance. Avoid this place at all costs!
The Beds were comfortable, the room was great, very clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bit deceiving, even tough there were a lot of options.|Overall we had a great stay, we would certainly go back.
The hotel is in excellent condition, the installation looks very clean and well maintained. The room are very spacious and well decorated and illuminated, my room has a balcony with a nice view of the old port. Comfortable bed and linen. This stay could be a awesome time but the hotel have a big down side and is the breakfast no only the breakfast place is horrendous with the worst illumination possible (really awful dark) but the quality of the food is the worst choice you can found and for more disappointing experience the breakfast employee in charge was very impolite and rude. The breakfast is supposed to be until 10 am but at 9:15 the employee at the breakfast was gathering everything and removed all the food, and because we said the breakfast didn’t was finished he began to throw the plates and other utensils around, showing his dissatisfaction with the situation. IMHO it would be more beneficial if the hotel didn't offer breakfast at all
A clear lack of staff workers, one person does a three person job. The lady at the counter when we first came was visibly really struggling with that - running all around doing everything and anything. Rooms are technically okay, but the smell of the rooms themselves is really bad. We stayed for three days, tried to - as much as possible - open the balcony door to let the air circulate to remove that old crusty smell, but even after three days straight of doing that, that smell was still very present in the rooms. It really ruined the experience for me, but also for my family. Gym room is ridiculous, not worth it. It's literally a small room with 4 equipment - one of which was broken. At least there is good AC in there. Breakfast was fine, but how come they are not offering potatoes? They got bacon, sausages and eggs, but no potatoes? Also, we got milk boxes that were tasting bad, we checked the date - they technically weren't expired but that taste was so weird that we couldn't drink it. We decided to advise the person in charge of the breakfast that morning of the situation, to which his answer was that "since the expiration date was fine, the milk is fine", and so he proceeded to tell us that he will keep these milk boxes in the fridge. Yuk. We did not take any milk boxes for breakfast the following day. Pros : Great location and view in general of the town. Personal small balcony on second and third floor, and big balcony to share on each floor on one side of the building. Beds are really comfortable and it's not too loud at night.
Even though the hotel is less than 10 years old, the rooms feel like they were decorated decades ago. From the carpeting to the furniture, our room was far from modern. Our shower went from ice cold to boiling hot without much of a warning, and it finally gave out after a few days (water could not be turned off). We had to change rooms on our last night because of this. Not enough parking spaces in the front meant that we had to go in the back where it wasn't clear which spaces belonged to the hotel and reception was no help. Breakfast was decent, but the room where it was served felt like a dungeon (in the basement where there were no windows at all).
Complimentary breakfast is very much takeaway-esque. Rooms are large. The view is great. Very little parking. Gym is near empty. Room service is very relaxed in their approach
Rooms: Big rooms Rooms
For seven island it is one of the best hotels because the choice is not great in this city. The staff is nice, however some customers have already voluntarily made graffiti on the walls
Best hotel in Sept Lies
Large, clean room. Lunch included. This is a buffet. Its good, but not wow.
We stayed 5 nights without any room service, even though service is advertised every 2 days. The coffee at lunch was very very watered down. Very disappointing for the price paid. This was not our first stay at this hotel, there is definitely a drop in quality.
Beautiful Hotel but the service lacks attentiveness to the customer. Twice I asked to change the fridge which was not working and nothing was done after taking and accepting the information. Decent lunch but never saw the person in charge. Nearby activities: Next to the quay - restaurants, excursions and not too far from the cycle path. Noteworthy details: Good bed and the bedding is correct.
Very beautiful castle with incredible views!
Extremely disappointed for the price... the carpets were, how can I say disgusting, to the point that I wondered if someone had come home with these boots full of snow in the middle of summer?!? The sofa bed is just good for the trash. Not at all comfortable to the point that the children slept on the floor. Yes its big but in no way worth the asking price. I dont recommend it at all. And make no mistake, its on a one-way street lol
Very disappointing, I arrive giving my confirmation number to the host telling him that I had already paid, he persists that it is not paid (he does not understand their payment system with Expedia.. .). I enter the room which is supposed to be with a balcony, no balcony just a safety rail, because it was the exit from an outdoor parking lot,
For the asking price ($300), its better in town. Rigging toilet bowl and burnt out light bulb. Nevertheless, the hotel is well located near the marina and offers an excellent buffet lunch. The decoration in the corridor of the rooms is original, but the room is impersonal.
Great service and wonderful view of water , was lucky to get pic flying over .
Very expensive for what it really is.. Already when I arrived I had not been given the room I requested. Having a balcony is nice but without any outdoor chairs I dont understand the principle. Cleanliness of the rooms, correct, nothing more, stains and wear are clearly visible. Garbage bags and empty cardboard boxes on the floor in corridors or near the elevator. On the other hand, the lunch greatly disappointed me... no employee on site 3/4 of the time. The tables are not cleaned so not very clean. Having booked in quite a few hotels, its easy to find much better for less. I expected a lot more for this price.
Rooms: Room are big and clean Rooms
Elevator that doesnt work and no one offered us help. 2 lamps did not work in the room, chair in poor condition. Had to have a room facing the sea, it was more on the side. 4 adults and only 2 glasses and 2 cups for coffee. On the other hand, full breakfast, but the hotel should favor products from Quebec (fruit salad made in China...)
Rooms: Chambres un peu vieillottes. Très propres par contre. Rooms
I had little time to spend in Sept-Iles but as this hotel is located on the waterfront I did not hesitate to choose it. The service was impeccable, I recommend it to everyone. And while youre there visiting the dairy bar, theyre almost neighbors.
Decent hotel (no luxury), slightly rustic decor, very good reception staff. Decent bedding. Classic and correct breakfast. Opposite the Marina on the waters edge. A few restaurants and brasseries within walking distance of the hotel.
Great place service is excellent and the views around the hotel are peaceful and breath taking

Very nice location near the river. The rooms are spacious and clean. On the other hand, you should not forget to remove all the stains on the walls and also to clean the patio door (the one from the outside). These details leave us with an average rating. The big point that surprised us for a hotel of the Group Origine class was the total absence of furniture on the patios. See photos Rooms: Lots of black marks on the walls.
Nice hotel good service
Its a shame to have to leave reviews like this, but I would have liked to come across something like this before spending more than $300, or $310 to be exact. Dont get me wrong here, I have other things to do than complain during my vacation, but I dont like the feeling of having been crossed either. I noticed that upon arrival at the hotel I should have left quickly. No one at reception to welcome me. I had to ring the bell twice for someone to come from the basement without apology for the 5 minute wait or so. By the way, I arrived with my wife around 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday. Subsequently, I was offered a room with a balcony which I shared with an unknown neighbor. I therefore asked to change rooms (which was accepted without problem) to be transferred to a room with a carpet stained in multiple places, where the balcony mosquito net is defective and where the tap comes close to breaking the mirror each time that I use it because it is poorly positioned and comes into contact with it. The highlight is breakfast which is included in my price. A cafeteria in which recycling and trash cans are positioned right next to the elevator! Furthermore, I have never seen such a dirty floor in a dining room other than a Ben & Florentine in Longueuil. I remind you that the hotel claims to have the word castle in its name. It would really surprise me if, at Château Frontenac, for example, customers were not received at tables covered with beautiful cutlery. When you want prestige, you act like this. In short, it takes me several hours of work to sometimes afford little luxuries and it would be appreciated if at $310 per night there was a minimum perceived effort.
The hotel charged me twice and saying the first transaction didnt work. No callbacks, no service. A beautiful melee gang.
Neat and clean
Disappointing welcome, employee on his cell with the sound too loud. Feeling disturbing. In short, go elsewhere. Ordinary room with extra carpet.
Beautiful hotel very close and on the edge of the quay gives the possibility of taking a nice quiet walk and admiring the calf landscape Rooms: Beautiful and very clean
We have booked this hotel for the summer of 2021. After it became clear that we would not be allowed to enter Canada due to the Corona restrictions, we canceled the hotel well within the cancellation deadline. To date we have not been refunded the payments. The hotel simply pretends to be dead when asked.
Stay January 2022. The location is magnificent, clean room, the employees are courteous and kind.
This is a very nice hotel right in the city center. My room was large and very well appointed. Very professional staff. I recommend it. Only regrets: 1. hair found in the bathtub and toilet. 2. A parking lot too small for the size of the hotel, I had great difficulty parking (which is irritating after a long drive and it is late at night).
Super nice room service A1 very clean. The only fault is their pillows which are too hard.
Very nice view. Only downside: very low toilet and carpet on the floor in the bedroom. Stained walls.
Very nice room, only one elevator and during maintenance, we were told to walk up the 4 floors. We ask if it will be long, we say we dont know. So we were offered to bring our suitcases up... Finally they let us take the elevator, the preventive maintenance had not yet started
Nice 3* hotel in a stunning location. Very beautiful views from the window. Clean room, modest breakfast. Attentive staff. Only the pillows were uncomfortable for us I liked the rest
Flawless
The most beautiful hotel in Sept-Îles! Both the interior and exterior of the building are very well maintained and up to date. The rooms are large and comfortable, with heat pumps, patio doors and balconies. Also, the staff is fantastic. I highly recommend!
Really a great hotel for a good nights sleep in Sept-Iles. Our air conditioning wasnt working but they quickly moved us to another very similar room which was really good and allowed me to sleep well. In addition, the lunch was really good and if a resident ever has to leave before lunch there is the possibility of having a lunch and eating it before lunch opens.
The customer service and the hotel are superb. But their wifi is not good. I can never get a connection stable enough to work on the internet.
Beautiful place directly on the water.
I think Im being very generous with a 2 star... but wow what a disappointment, very bad service on several levels: The cleaning lady doesnt come every day and harasses you to leave on your departure day... when the cleaning is not done, the reception has nothing to do. Lunch not made one morning under the pretext that someone didnt come home... not so hard to make eggs and sausages seems to me, no solution offered either... in short, go 45 minutes on foot to the local McDonalds for breakfast Very average room: its old, it smells bad, the desk is very uncomfortable, the shower doesnt work well, the lights dont provide enough light (ok its dark at 4 p.m. at this time of year but the afternoons midday is hard in the dark) ... we sleep well in the beds, its a minimum all the same. Hotel itself not very well located in winter. Parking is very limited (fewer spaces than rooms, thats for sure), there is nowhere to go for a lunch, the hotel is on a one-way street, far in the back of the city, a few good dinner place nearby all the same. In short, I will certainly not return and I will make sure that my work colleagues are well informed.
Great hotel, amazing location by the port. Scenic and very well kept. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Good service and a very decent breakfast. Go for a walk, spend the night after a day of sightseeing, you cant go wrong.
Very nice location and great price for a beautiful and spacious room with a wonderful view of the water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
A stay at Château Arnaud is always a great pleasure... for the quality of the rooms of course but above all, the welcome from all the dedicated staff who make our stays so pleasant. A special thank you to Charles who manages this hotel with competence and courtesy. We will come back soon for sure
Nice view!
Very nice hotel well located with a magnificent view. Too bad the internet connection is so poor at least for room 220.
My stay was very comfortable
Beautiful building on the waterfront, but I have not been to this hotel
Absolutely chic, clean, modern and comfortable. The best hotel on the north coast in our opinion. Look for the error, for the same price: - Baie Comeau le Manoir 4 stars, no breakfast included, queen room (with double bed ), tiny bathroom with poor soap for washing, and really with an old style throughout the hotel. The wallpaper is peeling and the paint is peeling in places. - Sept Île, Le Château: 3 stars, king bed for the same price, with breakfast, modernized, chic. And as a bonus, superb toiletries that smell like heaven! (Shampoo, shower gel, facial soap, lotion, etc.) For us, Château Arnaud is worth its 4 stars, that s for sure ;) The welcome was great. We will return there on our next visit
Historical
A hotel that is a castle in name only. Disappointment. We are recommended the suite for our family of 5... To end up paying unnecessarily dearly: a King bed and a sofa bed (not made, to avoid breaking the mechanism it seems...) Which is clearly less comfortable as two double beds. Leaking bath plug, broken and totally unstable coffee table, no lighting except a torch that comes on every other time. And no understanding from management. Positive point: the location.
Very clean room and good location near the marina
Beautiful, comfortable and welcoming place, dont hesitate to book here
I love this hotel. This is my second visit. The view is beautiful. The rooms are large and the service is excellent.
Well located. The hotel and rooms are in good condition and clean. A bit pricey but reasonably acceptable.
Great location, clean room, best alternative in the region. Included breakfast is not really at par with the rest of the hotel.
Well located but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired as well as certain aspects of comfort.
Magnificent hotel, very comfortable and well located. Courteous and efficient service. The director Mr. Dionne and his team are committed to customer satisfaction.
Stay July 2021: Sea view suite at $310 per night. Huge room (L-shaped), magnificent view. Too bad, it lacked a little love and at this price, I would have liked the air conditioning to work (I was not informed) and NO fan in the room, luckily a large patio door (not ideal because ++ external noise). Point for improvement: Remove the huge cobwebs and huge spiders (I know we are close to the water, but still when we arrive it would be nice not to have so many on the balcony, patio door, I am terrified of them). Torchiere lamp no lampshade and hold on for fear (Broken) so dont touch it. Missing night light to go to the bathroom (very far from the bed, L-shaped room and very dark when you close the curtain). Please P. At this price, we were entitled to 1 soap (so the same for the hands and the shower and no shower gel), a minimum, take a look at the other accommodations. Consider adding a slightly larger dining table (there is plenty of space) to take advantage of this superb view. Comfort of the pillows leaves something to be desired (especially for a room at this price).
Located by the sea and facing the marina, this hotel is the perfect place to unwind in Sept-Iles. A large and pretty promenade runs along the sea. Several restaurants within walking distance including the Bistro 7 which offers excellent breakfasts, open from morning to evening. We had a very large suite facing the sea and glazed all around with a balcony. It would be nice to buy chairs for the balcony, The bedroom is separated with French doors. Lying on your bed you can admire the sea and the marina. Open your window to hear the seagulls by the sea. Downside: on the living room side, we have the impression that something is missing, it feels empty. A rather shabby sofa and a stained carpet, disappointing for the asking price. The staff ok nothing more. No housekeeping during Covid while other hotels offer it. No catering service on site. The hotel needs a little love. Please note: our suite was on the first floor, on the corner and people passing or arriving at the hotel can see inside very well. Wearing a mask is mandatory in common areas.
Superb comfortable place, very appreciated.
Magnificent view from my room
Exceptional value for money!!! ...
Great view, great place, worth the visit
beautiful location, clean rooms and great staff. The number 1 hotel in town.
Absolutely excellent hotel with an amazing view of the harbour. The staff are very friendly. Room cleanliness is superb. We had a king suite with an amazing view of the water. The prices were very reasonable for the great quality of the place. Be sure to visit the boardwalk and enjoy the sights. If you re visiting Sept-Isle be sure to stay at this hotel!
Very good hotel, on the bay, right in the city center
Comfortable room except for the pillows which were much too hard. The reception could not exchange them because the extras were already all distributed!! We arrive at 10:02 for lunch which ends at 10:00. The unhelpful hostess only offers us coffee. The staff seems to have little focus on customer service given that the majority of restaurants are closed on Sundays and Mondays due to COVID.
Bad service, rude crew, we ordered 2 beds via booking and received just 1, receptionist told us to sleep on the floor.
The room was clean and pleasant. However, just one elevator is a pain. Waiting almost 15 minutes to get from our room to reception with all our luggage I find this ordinary. Also, the included lunch was very disappointing. I understand that with all the COVID-19 restrictions, the buffet is not accessible, but honestly the lunch offer was rubbish. I once ate the toast and plain yogurt and I said to myself: its not true that Im going to eat that four days in a row. And yet, another hotel, whose name I will not mention, offers a more varied and more pleasant lunch in the same city... In short, I had greater expectations from this hotel which contains the word castle in its name.
Great
Cozy comfort, ideal location overlooking a small marina and the large bay of 7iles!
Really good. Spacious room with a beautiful view of the bay. Well located, close to good restaurants. Beautiful walk on the edge of the bay nearby. I recommend it.
Location, room and service, everything is impeccable...without doubt the best quality/price for Sept-Iles. Mathieu is particularly dedicated and always smiling, an excellent ambassador for the hotel!
Location, room and service, everything is impeccable...without doubt the best quality/price for Sept-Iles. Charles is particularly dedicated and always smiling, an excellent ambassador for the hotel!
Terrible service. The worse Ive ever get. Staff was rude and not helpfull. None were speaking English ( or pretended not to). They made a mistake with the reservation and we got a room with only one bed instead of two - they blamed booking and didnt offer a solution. As far as they concerned we could sleep on the floor...
Lunch included on the reservation, but ultimately not because of COVID, even if we booked during covid.... Empty juice container (waste) from the former occupants on the ground upon our arrival.. 3 towels on a reservation of 4 adults...very disappointed.
Ok place. There was a lack of towels and lunch is included only on weekdays, whereas in the proof of reservation it was included even for the weekend... disappointing to pay for a service, but not get it .
Hotel ok but service so ordinary. We forgot a charger on site, sent an email 1 hour after our departure, no response. We called 4 times and sent 2 emails in total. Never a response even when we are promised follow-up.
Great location!
The main reason Im giving it 3 stars is the lunch, which is the very definition of continental. Very ordinary, the 2nd morning of our stay we went for lunch elsewhere. Otherwise the room was very good and the service too. The pillows were a little hard.
meh
Magic !!
The hotel is really well located and has a view of the bay which is truly magnificent. The rooms are spacious and super clean and the service is very friendly.
Very good service for a hockey team. The hotel was very respectful in the evening and allowed us to extend our presence at the hotel since we have a match later.
Nice room, very clean and friendly. Stranded here due to storm to only complaint was no bar in the hotel for nightcap.
The most beautiful place to stay in Sept-iles. Breathtaking view of the bay.
Very clean and cozy place
Beautiful, quiet, new and very clean hotel. For my liking the pillow was too big and hard, but for the rest of my stay everything was fine. The included breakfast does not offer eggs or bacon, but this morning it was oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc. I ate well and it was fresh.
Beautiful hotel, clean, new, large room, continental breakfast included, a must in the morning
Beautiful hotel
Beautiful decor, comfortable
Very nice and well located
Very good new rooms, lunch included. Great view
Nice hotel. Nice room, very clean. Varied lunch.
Clean,lovely accommodations,beautiful view
Nicest Hotel in the city in terms of feel, look, and location. Only thing missing is a hotel restaurant but there are plenty to be found nearby. If coming to Sept Iles, this should be the first choice!
For the place it is very well located, breakfast included very good. What is less appreciated is the carpet in the rooms, the parking lots which have no lines and therefore messy for some. And we had to wait for the room because we hadnt finished cleaning it despite our arrival at 3:30 p.m. After 12 hours of driving, we were able to get there at 4:15 p.m.
Very clean, hotel well located on the riverside
Super beautiful very clean welcome more than perfect he responded to our requests very satisfied I recommend
Very nice view but be careful there is a room where the Internet does not work very well... find out more
Beautiful hotel, the best in town
Very comfortable hotel
Wonderful Location, great area , amenities This is right across from Marina. You will not be bored . You can not have enough of board walks when staying at the hotel . Lots of good restaurants in area . Very family friendly and high class hotel. Staff did speak some English which was good for us . Only reason for 4 stars - The person at the breakfast buffet decided not to replenish at 9.15 AM when it is supposed to last till 10 AM. Though I must say, as soon as duty manager came to know , they were quick to take corrective actions. I will recommend this hotel when visiting Sept-iles. Infact I will say - best in the city !
Very comfortable bed! Good location with a good continental breakfast choice
He is right to have a castle as his title. Very beautiful and clean.
Severe lack of staff on weekends. Very good location. Comfortable rooms and bedding... the sofa bed in the suite a little less so. Comfortable building. Basic breakfast... still lack of staff...
Finally a decent place Special it looks like a real castle
New hotel located in the heart of tourist Sept-Îles.
Clean hotel, interestingly strict with the rules regarding noise, brand new construction, our room still had writing on the walls, dont let this detract the view from the front was beautiful, the staff friendly and the rooms spacious and clean. Among the better places to stay in Sept Iles.
Very clean
Extraordinary
Rustic rooms, great location.
Excellent hotel, welcoming staff
Classy joint
Right on the water, next to the boardwalk. Very helpful service. Nice rooms.
Clean place with breakfast included which is OK, but nothing more! What could be improved is the internet connection. The connection is really not stable.
Welcome more than excellent. Very courteous staff.
Beautiful rooms
Very clean, spacious room!
Clean hotel. Well located next to the beach. The breakfast is very basic and not very good but apart from that, the staff is very helpful and nice. I believe it is your best option here in Sept Iles.
Wow
Beautiful hotel right in the town of Sept Îles on the edge of the bay
Superb view of the sea, the islands and the marina. Beautiful, elegant, clean, quite spacious room with a really very comfortable king size bed! Perfectly located in the city. To recommend without hesitation :)
Certainly the most beautiful and chic hotel in Sept-Îles. The very large suite is worth the detour...
The room was spotless, the reception service was most courteous. The hotel is very well located with restaurants nearby and a promenade that runs along the waters edge. Continental breakfast included with lots of choice.
Large room, great continental breakfast. Pretty fast internet connection and great services in general.
Spacious room, good location on the old port
Very nice hotel. On the water, rooms were clean and large, nice fixtures in the bathroom. A free breakfast is also included.
Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious.
I am very happy with the service and they are very clean everywhere, even the rooms.
Not great value for money. Breakfast is included, but it s help yourself toast and hard-boiled eggs. Good luck for the there s not one for everyone ;) That said, the rooms and beds are comfortable.
Great. Very large room. View of the bay. Beautiful hotel with character.
Rooms are spacious and clean (no safe available) in rooms), and offer a nice view Pricing is correct for the service we got (4 persons=~175$) with the breakfast included. Internet connection is good. Elevator available. Bathroom is stylish and clean. Gym available for free (dumbbells going to 30lbs)
Small hotel on the water. Beautiful view of the harbour and Sept Isles bay. The rooms are modern and spacious. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is included.
Clean and comfortable. Would book again for sure.
Very nice hotel, decent breakfast. Magnificent view located on the waters edge
Impeccable hotel! Superior quality
