Check in was easy and pleasant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast at an additional rate of $10/person. Food was absolute garbage. No coffee left, everything dried up and seemed like left overs from prior day. We had to take our food back to our room because we had a child with us. How disgraceful towards families. Rooms are smaller than appear on website.
A Gem! Micro hotel. Ask for a remodeled room. Shower was awesome. Had a great time with Nicholas, the bartender. He learned English watching movies. He also mans the front desk. The cash register rotates from front desk to bar.|5 stars.
I when there for the weekend when I arrived from Winnipeg, and one night went I left. Beautiful room very clean and friendly staff. I will be back next year for sure and strongly recommend this hotel. Thanks to the friendly staff.
My husband and I stayed at this property for 1 night in late August on our way to Havre-Saint-Pierre.||The hotel is easy to find as it's right on highway 138 as you arrive in Sept-Iles. Check-in was quick and friendly. The property is similar to a motel: you park your vehicle at your room's door, which is quite convenient to bring in your luggage.||Our room was at the back of the property, away from traffic on highway 138. It had 2 double beds, a small table with 2 chairs and a work desk. The room was very clean and had vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet, something I greatly appreciate as I suffer from allergies.||The bathroom had the toilet and shower (no tub) together behind a door and a separate area for the sink within the room. ||Parking and wifi were free at the property. For those of you with electric vehicles, the property is about 1 minute away by car from Sept-Iles' fast charging station. ||There is no restaurant on site, however there are several options within a 5 minute drive along highway 138 including St-Hubert, Mike's (serves breakfast), McDonald's and Subway.
Ordinary exterior hides a recently renovated, clean and efficient interior (especially by Côté Nord standards) for a motel/hotel. Located directly on the main road bisecting Sept-Îles and just outside the city, it’s still near a shopping mall and restaurants. Great for a pit stop for a night or two on your way to Natashquan or further. Rates are excellent and staff is very polity - all rooms are air-conditioned. Recommended.
Stayed here two week ago for two nights, and was very happy. I stayed in a "Superior" room. Had a fridge and microwave and updated bathroom. Loved the bathroom and impressed with the workmanship of the installation. Because it was just out of town it was quiet, but still close enough for quick grocery runs.
Pretty nice. My mom booked a room without a credit card which was noce although they ask for a $200 deposit that you get back.. I find a little high. We were 3 people so I slept on the pull out couch which have no extra sheets available and was not too comfy. The room includes a breakfast. Eggs were not the best, tasted too buttery for me and had to wait for them to be cooked first as there were none left.. bacon delish! Overall I Recommend.

I was passing through on a mission. Comfortable room! I enjoyed my stay.
Initially, I wanted one night and possibly a 2nd. The lady at reception told me to book 2 nights, but to notify before 11:00 AM if I no longer wanted the 2nd. I accepted. Returned the next morning (before 11:00), I want to confirm that I am keeping the 2nd night: Ah but no sorry, we are full for this evening. Not strong! In addition, the first room I had reserved had not yet been cleaned when I took possession of it around 5 p.m.! I was accommodated in a suite to compensate, at the same price as the regular room. Overall, I would say that this establishment lacks organization.
I recently stayed on business at the Le Voyageur hotel in Sept-Îles and was very impressed. The room was clean and well renovated, offering optimal comfort. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the excellent service!
The service is a big zero with the receptionist in place
Me and my partner wanted to spend the night there to spend some time together but we were disturbed 3 times by the receptionist to find out if we were smoking in our room or at what time we were going to leave entk vrm especially at the price that we We had to pay.
There are no safe rooms with an additional lock that would prevent a 3 year old child from opening the doors!
Pour les gens de passage, cest sympa ! Simple et efficace, sans flafla. Essayez davoir des chambres à larrière, car les chambres de bases ne sont pas très isolées. Les véhicules de la 138 sont très bruyants, et on entend pas mal ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Pas tellement de commerces à distance de marche. Service sympathique à laccueil.
Clean room. Comfortable bed and I looked under the seams of the mattress and it was clean. Impeccable service and very good breakfast. On the other hand, there was a strong smell of humidity in the room and it didnt go away in almost two days. I aired it out, but it wasnt easy. Bathroom which is clean and functional, but its starting to get old. Overall it was efficient for a short stay. It was also the cheapest I found. I recommend for a short stay.

Chambre propre et rénovée au goût du jour. Après avoir quitté jai réalisé que javais oublié un manteau. Le responsable de la réception a été très serviable et sest empressé de vérifier. On ma contacté aussitôt le manteau trouvé et comme jhabite à plus de 700km on a accepté de me lenvoyer par la poste. Excellent service. Je le recommande si vous passez dans le coin.

If there is personally at the counter do not ring the bell, because the big red bearded man will fall on you, my partner finally went to sleep in another hotel because the guy at the reception was so rude, this motel will never see us again, This is not how we treat customers.

Clean and renovated room. Welcoming, smiling staff with good advice on the must-sees in town! Very beautiful view from the back of the building which overlooks the bay of Sept-Îles with beautiful sunsets. Accessible by ski doo. The establishments bar serves good drinks.

Dont waste your time looking for a big chain; this hotel is super clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and whats more, you can go out back and look at the Gulf.. What more could you ask for? I am super satisfied with my stay and this hotel is definitely my number 1 place for my next visit!

Beautiful room from the prestige series. Fully equipped, up-to-date bathroom. Only downside, probably not their fault...no water in the morning. Oops Poor maid.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite for 4 weeks. This hotel is a succession of unpleasant surprises. Forget the Gym service located 2 minutes from the hotel. The room is closed but this convenience is still clearly present in the advertising. Breakfast is included and you quickly understand why. Orange juice wont give you all the vitamins you want. You may also find the please do not disturb sign at the front door even though you asked shortly before the cleaning was done. And what can we say when we are told on the last Monday of our stay that the room must be vacated the same day because another client has reserved it. In short, if you want a successful stay in Sept Iles, avoid this place!

The rooms were so far good but the front desk agent,named Jossie, she doesn t know how to deal with customers, when we are about to check out the hotel there were some confusion came regarding the payment she couldn t explain the fact even, she lied that we payed her physically but actually we paid one night through hotel.com even she threatened us that she will call the cops and this attitude is very unprofessional and she needs to improve her problem solving skills

A motel that was once quite luxurious but has lost its luster. Several small issues with the room and service made the experience disappointing. On the other hand, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
