The penultimate order, the pizza was slightly undercooked. So, when I ordered last time, I asked for the pizza to be cooked 1 minute longer than they usually do. The person on the phone told me that cooking depends on taste. Good. Except that the pizza received, unfortunately was not just undercooked this time, the dough in the center was raw. In addition, the cheese was not colored, barely melted on top and when biting into the pizza, the grated cheese fell onto the plate. This was the last time I ordered from you. If you want to eat this pizza, which is good, go get it and check the cooking on site!

I ordered a pepperoni cheese pizza, for delivery on December 6th, I was told it wont be kong for my delivery. After 45 minutes, I called to find out where my pizza was, they asked me for the address and they said it was out for delivery. I call back 35 minutes later, the guy tells me again that my pizza is in the delivery car, THAT HE CANT DO ANYTHING. I call again after 40 minutes, another one answers me and he tells me that he will send me my pizza right away, but I still see it again 15 minutes later, it is completely cold. The worst pizza in town that I ate on December 6th. And make people laugh at me when I call for a pizza that costs me $50, there are people disconnected from the real world. Having known the first time that my pizza was still there, I would have gone to get it and eaten a nice hot pizza. You deliberately scrapped my familys dinner. Thank you Gino Pizza.

The Gino special with white sauce is very generous in seafood. Good quantities of shrimp and scallops. You will not be disappointed. A medium for 2 is sufficient. Thanks for the beautiful holiday cooking.

Around May 25, we bought a large seafood pizza to take away. When we got home, the pizza was soaked, there was so much water in the box that it leaked onto the car seat. There are only shrimp and a few scallops, no sauce, in short, it is not very good, for $70.00 We call back to the restaurant, they take our name and tell us that we will have a new one . We dont plan to return until September. No worries, your name is in the computer. Today we ask for our pizza, they dont have our name or any of our phone numbers. Had we known, we would have returned the pizza immediately for a refund. Unsatisfactory customer service! I would have given zero stars but Google forces me to give one.

Excellent pizza, with a VERY generous amount of ingredients (explains the unusually high price for a pizza). Make sure you have the ingredients you want on your pizza since the menu doesnt seem to specify them all.

We ordered three poutine, 48 chicken wings. We received two poutines and half the wings for the price of $66 which is more. In addition, we were waiting for the missing poutine and the other half of chicken wings. Plus this is my first time being disappointed with their service.

For the pizza we didnt try it even though it was said that it was the best in town. We tried the spicy Italian poutine, note that its the fries that are spicy and not the sauce. Putin is rambling. For real Gaspésians, dont take it, you will be disappointed. Traditional Poutine. The sauce was more of a brown sauce than a bbq sauce. Then club sandwich. Dry bread with cold chicken and very salty bacon. The server was still very nice.

Worst experience! To start, I ordered the largest size pizza they offer. Delivery took without exaggeration 1 hour 35 minutes, already I find it much too long. Then the pizza arrives, the box is wet but I don t care because I m hungry! I open the box and appreciate the mushrooms that I had clearly asked to remove since I am allergic to them. Got there, no choice to call back, I just paid $50.00 (without tips) for a pizza. I contact gino to explain the situation and he tells me that the only thing he can do is send me a new pizza but the smallest one he has. Wow, ok I just paid $50.00 for a small pizza that I got 2 hours 15 minutes after my first call and on top of that the box was still wet and so was the dough. In addition to wasting my time and money, the guy on the phone was stupid and useless. The pizza was bad too.
