Amazing place, friendly staff and overall great service!

Our food was delicious and service was great!

Pregnant and just wanted mild boneless bites. My order was delivered incorrectly but they were so kind to make a new order and deliver it to me no problem. Always excellent customer service at this location!

I tried giving this place another chance. Never again, this pizza made me sick that I had to throw more than half of it in the trash. What a waste of my money.

I ve ordered from here many times both for pick-up and delivery. They re fast and courteous and who doesn t love Pizza Hut. Also, they deliver to Mount Albert which is awesome!!!

Last night i ordered boneless bites and veggie lovers pizza. It was take out order and I forgot to check the pizza while leaving the store trusting the reputation of pizza hut that they dont ruins customer s orders. But when i got home, I saw the pizza had no toppings on top of it. I called the store to deliver me new pizza but he said he will exchange and refund it because it was his mistake buy cant deliver it because they had no delivery guys available. So i have to travel back 15 minutes again but guy refused to refund me. Worst customer service. I wasted my 1 hour to go back and forth for my food. They dont check the details of orders while preparing it and gives you wrong food.

Great people, and good comfort food. The service is always awesome and my food is always perfect. This is probably one of the best Pizza Hut locations in the GTA

I ordered my birthday pizza 8 different pizzas all delicious my guests were happy with all the tastes.

The worst pizza hut I ve ever seen so far first of all they never paid their employees the tips they make and the employees will never tell you unless you ask them secondly, so far I ve been to this location multiple times and my order was always late. Lastly, If you feel like giving them tip please make sure it s cash not by debit machine.

Usually very pleased but tonite pizza barely warm and very few ingredients. Thot we got the wrong order. We ordered a triple crown. Big disappointment tonite!

Not much of an atmosphere but my kids love their 10.00 pizza and wings box so we get them bi weekly as a treat. The store itself is strictly take out thats the only points lost for atmosphere...some sitting space while waiting would be nice other than that alwyas exceptional service from anyone who has served us at this location

RUBBISH!!! We ordered pizza from this location, it s five minutes away! Skip the dishes said pizza was picked up at 6:54 got to us at 7:25, when called and asked about what we should do about cold pizza the response? I don t know The skip the dishes driver was rude and did not give a dam!! Absolute waste of time and money! Do not bother

Used to have very good pizzas but during my last two visits, the pizzas barely had any toppings. I also had to wait an extra 5-10 mins from my actual pick up time. I wonder if change in owners/management?

I was there last Saturday and the lady employee went inside with her pet cat.I am allergic to cat hair.I don t think employees should work with there pets I am Never buying from this location

Worst experiece ever. Attended a kids birthday party, who was serving pizza from this location. The entire party ended up with food poisoning. I didnt eat anything else at the party. Will NEVER eat Pizza Hut again.

I enjoy going to pizza hut often. Yet, I was very disappointed at the service in this location. The pizza was decent but the order was wrong. The worker was quite rude when I asked for it to be remade. Not a good experience.

Got our pizza order wrong and refuse to admit it. Then demanded we need to pay more for the right order.

Understaffed, slow service. Visited this Pizza Hut a few hours ago for a girls day. We ordered a medium Supreme Pizza, which we paid extra for. After waiting (and waiting, and waiting ) we received a plain pepperoni pizza. When we politely pointed out the mistake to the worker, he insisted that us girls had ordered a plain pepperoni pizza, and that we would need to pay extra for the Supreme. We had already paid. We ended up taking the pepperoni and leaving. Customer service was a 0/10. Save yourself the hassle, ASK FOR A RECEIPT OR AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT!

I am being generous by giving this place 1 star. I usually buy pizza from this location but I am very disappointed in their service . First, they were unwelcoming and understaffed. My friends and I ordered a medium supreme pizza but they gave us a medium pepperoni pizza, AWARE that we ordered the supreme. The manager took advantage of us since we are younger and tried tricking us into thinking we ordered the pepperoni one. They refused to remake it for us and told that we would have to pay extra just to get the pizza we originally ordered. If this was an older person that was in our position, there s no doubt that they would ve remade it for free since it was THEIR MISTAKE. Order from anywhere else but here. Ps. The pizza was tremendously greasy than it normally would be. Never ordering from here again.

horrible customer service.. overpriced and horrible quality of food. the pizzas had a thick layer of cheese that didn t even melt properly. DO NOT come to this location!

Mixed up my order. I found meat dishes when we got home for our carry out order. Poor phone service we tried to call. Manager promised credit for past dish but was there the next time we ordered. We won t be returning to this location. Vegetarian options: Be careful because this location can mix up your order.

Went there because it was recommended by my daughter as a small dinning area. Got there and no longer anywhere to sit. Frustrated, I left without being able to feed my young grandchildren.

We made a mistake of ordering the wrong toppings. The staff was so great with correcting it and remaking our pizza. The staff was so friendly!

Easily the best Pizza Hut to exist. The food is always amazing, super quick and the staff are great. 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful staff and amazing service

After years of pizza that all the toppings slides off... we decided To give this new location a try... None of the topping slid off and the pizza was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Just a little bit pricey.

Good service and food quality. Ordered for the first time today and it was a great experience. Food was exactly on time and the customer service was great. The maple bacon Hawaiian pizza was very tasty as well as the boneless chicken wings.

Love Pizza Hut!!! Me and my family ordered a couple pizzas and some wings tonight and it was delicious !! When I went to pick it up two lovely girls, one was named Angelina, helped me out and they were so sweet and very helpful!! Great pizza in the Sharon area!

Finally something decent in the area!! I grew up in Sharon and it took nearly 40 years for me to see something good open.

The ladies in this location are all great, friendly and keep the place looking spotless and clean. I just ordered a Lrg Canadian and unfortunately there was barely any cheese on it. Some slices had none. However, I called then to tell them what had happened and without question or concern they made me a new pizza that was beautifully prepared with lots of cheese and toppings. We are all human everyone makes mistakes and they did such a great job of rectifying that issue I would like to recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Sharon area who is looking for a good pizza. One more thing, this place has the absolute best Caesar salad around!
