First of all, its a warm place, excellent food, local product (homemade potato, sauce, (Pouèvre, Bbq, Brune,..). very clean. At Jack Patates, we dont do anything by halves..Thank you To the owner Marie-Eve ..Who cares absolutely and I understand, given a service with a smile, and respect. both with the customers and the employees whom they adore.

Wow! Je passais simplement aller chercher une moyenne patate. Ils mont mis 2x plus que demandé via une poignée damour comme la jeune fille a mentionné. Tout est pensé, divertissant, accueillant! Très bon service! Autre positif: Un jeune homme a renversé son 7up par terre, ils lont remplacer demblée sans quils demande quoi que ce soit. Chapeau.

First visit! Courteous and fast service, I only tried the poutine... And I really liked the meat poutine! (Not a big menu.... But if you have a taste for snacks, burgers, hotdogs, fries and poutine by the way! Its more than the job!)

Do it twice, I go there and very disappointed with the amount of sauce in your poutine its not a poutine its a poutine soup its flooded to the edge not even a crispy fries... and said I dont think it was a mistake 2 months after my comment, it continues to happen to a lot of people who have poutine pools because a lot of people have the same comment, its not hard to establish a guarantee of sauce for each size of poutine if the ladle is too big change it

Im making my comment again because it was deleted. I went there on the first day of the official opening. No one, I mean no one, wore a hairnet. Order 2 steamed hotdogs I ask for all the KMROCM condiments I start eating...the top is soggy the bottom so hard I could attack someone with it. Missing 3/4 of the condiments I only have relish and mustard and hair. My friend took him a burger Same thing lacks condiment has extra hair and there is the bottom of the hard bread... Lets say for the opening its quite special

The sauce is unique and excellent (both the regular and spag sauce), the proportion of ingredients is just perfect!! Good Home fries, its been a long time since we had them around . Very courteous and pleasant staff. I recommend the place to everyone, its worth the detour and you sure wont regret it Ahh yes and in the end we often postpone the salad until tomorrow

Nothing is more annoying than ordering a poutine with minced meat and fried onions. Once home, 20 minutes by car. You open your meal and its a normal poutine. Which still cost a disappointing $15. Last time I got caught
