This was my first time trying this place. I was craving Swiss Chalet so thought we would give it a try. We'll it's not Swiss Chalet!!! The service was great the restaurant was nice but it's not Swiss Chalet.
A step up from the usual chicken place. The food was excellent and well presented. The restaurant has a very comfortable atmosphere and the staff were great.
Order #3576807-1 Delivery Could've sworn the club sandwich was a vegetarian sandwich as it was hard to find any bacon or chicken. The Original St-Burger, was dry and dull. The chicken was not hot and probably sat out under the heat for too long. Drowned in pickles. Special mention for the delivery man, he was very nice. This is the second time we're disappointed. Another time was with a take-out order. The poutine was barely a portion. It's unfortunate that today you pay $50 for a club sandwich and a chicken burger with a feeling of completely wasting your money.
I was served by Ms Vicky, and she was attentive, polite, and respectueous. I had an excellent time and the meal was delicious. I had the Bangkok salad with grilled chicken breast.
Had a meal at a st-hubert far away from home. The taste was also as far away from the usual as I was from home. Not that it was bad, but 7 clients (I counted) 3 waitresses had a hard time. Not to say, most groceries make chiken almost just as good
Food was okay, good enough. However, service was rushed and extremely expedited. We received our beers & appetizers, then not even 5 minutes after we got our main dish. Fast service is good, but this was extremely fast and felt a bit inconsiderate.

I have been here a few times. I live in the US and when I come to Canada, I can't wait to stop and eat here. Best chicken I have ever eaten and I really like St Hubert. Wish they had one in the US. I'd eat there every day. I have driven 7 hours from Pennsylvania just to eat here and would do it again. Can't wait for the border to be open again, my 1st stop will be this restaurant.

A chain that can be found elsewhere in Quebec. Food is ok. A typical North American restaurant, no surprises. Please note: Monday and Tuesday -50% on bottles of wine. Friendly staff.
Superb in everything
I ordered a leg and rib duo. I found a round piece of paper in my vegetables. I mentioned it to the waitress who seemed to find it funny! She told me that they use paper labels to identify the kinds of sauces they use. She told me there were new people in the kitchen. I almost swallowed this paper, it was stuck between 2 broccoli and a chili pepper. It could have been very dangerous. The waitress never offered to replace my dish or reduce the bill. She spoke to me in an unsympathetic tone and found it comical without showing sympathy! I spoke before leaving the restaurant with his superior who, upon my request, offered me a free cheesecake.
The restaurant-bar section is very interesting for us. Plus our favorite waitress, Pamela, is really kind, attentive and competent. Besides, she knows us so well that she can almost guess what we will choose... Saint-Hubert, its a tradition with us

My partner and I suffered from food poisoning after ordering wraps. Health rules should be reviewed with employees. I had to miss a day of work, I have never been so sick. Very disappointing, no more St-Hubert for us for a very long time.
We went as a family this evening, still happy with the experience. The food is quality (steak cooked as expected), warm atmosphere, and impeccable, exceptional service! Being in the restaurant business myself, my critical sense is strong. But this time, charmed by a service worthy of excellence. Thank you Katy, a waitress my wife and I will remember!

We are regulars at St-Hubert and St-Hubert express but we made the decision this evening after our meal which cost us $80 for 2 without alcohol to no longer come. The fact is that for 3 or 4 weeks the dishes we have been served have been too salty, the St-Hubert sauce has become so disgusting that we cant even taste the fries. Today the icing on Sunday! A steak that is really too salty! It was too much... theres something not working in the St-Hubert kitchens!
We go there quite often and its a 10/10 service every time.

ATTENTION ALLERGY We strongly recommend that anyone with allergies not consume food from this establishment! Saturday February 10, One person in our group suffers from severe allergies (Celiac), this person confirmed with the employee by telephone that the product was safe for them so an order was placed requesting allergen (gluten) free. When receiving the meal boxes, one of the boxes was identified without allergens, after a few minutes the person suffering from allergies sees a loaf which contaminates the entire meal box. Obviously, a severe reaction followed, in good Quebecois: she shit water for a week in addition to having incessant cramps with nausea. If you have an allergy, do not eat at this establishment. Otherwise the chicken was ok, not enough fries. 3.5/5 for these categories, no drive in but overall a big 0/5 due to laxity related to allergies! This can be very serious and even lead to hospitalization in the event of severe dehydration (due to shit)! Dietary restrictions: Do not consume food at this establishment if you suffer from allergies, see main comment Parking: Seems sufficient
Dinner on 02/15/24. Only the coleslaw was drinkable. Shrunken and lukewarm fries, dry chicken fillets with hot sauce, dry roll! My partners 2nd plate: lukewarm, almost cold club sandwich. Plus 2 loaded coffees for $7.95!!! Ayoye! Dont wonder why fewer people in the restaurants... dissatisfied with our Dinner, its not what it once was... sorry! Were going to have some good food at home.

VERY DRY FRIES!!! Tuesday February 6, 2024 (6:25 p.m.) I went there to order (to take out) half a chicken, but I was very disappointed, because the fries were very, very dry! » On the other hand, the chicken was good.

Nice place, clean. Impeccable service, the lady who served us was very polite and professional. My partner ate a chicken burger which seemed excellent, but for me the fish n chip was much overcooked and the portion was very small. This is why my rating is missing a star.

Last Monday, December 26, I served food from the catering service and I am completely satisfied with everything. We all ate well (there were 17 of us, including 4 toddlers) and we had some left over for our weeks dinners. Thanks for everything. I will remember it for a long time.
Four of us went and its always a good meal even if I still find Canadian portions a bit too big.

J ai eu un excellent service, professionnelle et très courtois de la part de Julie. Le poulet Piri-Piri était excellent. Après plusieurs années ne pas avoir manger du St-Hubert, j ai été agréablement surpris.
