Very long service, lots of difficulty understanding orders

Shit service via DoorDash asks for crispy chicken, receives chopped chicken and the lady shouts on the phone that its not her fault she couldnt have anything in stock its because we didnt want chicken, me the rest of us lolll order it every morning never a straw with our cappuccinos its hell lucky you work there not in Montreal it would be damned hard

Sunday November 24, 2024, 5:30 p.m. the manager should take leave. The promotion I had on my phone didnt work (everything was fine on my side) she aggressively put my order in the trash in front of me before leaving the drive-thru window. Im never going back to that tim again.

For me I am a regular customer for coffee every morning and vjex always asks for 3 coffee v2 cream a sugar and for two months never been able to have 2 cream a sugar because it looks like there are two sugar apreson to ask for half a sugar same thing always too much sugar so I dont go there anymore and they lost a regular customer too bad. No service!! The service is as rotten inside as at the drive-thru! When you arrive and see a line of cars as long as the Chinese wall!! Do you think it will be better inside!! And boy forget it my friend!! Employees play jokes with each other and forget that they have customers to serve!! I had to ask, EHOO? Wheres the bell!! I was served after a good 25 mins!! The tables are not even washed and the trash cans are backing up!! Not to mention the toilets which are disgusting!! Seriously I prefer to go to the convenience store!! Sad that there isnt a half star, because thats what I would give! Close this channel as soon as possible, it is the shame of Tim Hortons!!
