Very busy there and the wait was really long. After all it's supposed to be fast food. Anyway, I guess they, like many other places, don't have enough staff.
Going to McDonald's the kids love a lot, however every single time we go our order is never right, the hamburger is always wrong, or there is missing something or the size is not right or for instance we went this week and we ordered a mc chicken and we got a habenero burger which is too hot for us. So the fun of eating there was no good.

I gave them their chances way too many times before giving them a bad review. Never waited this long at a drive-through in my life. Enough that I left the line once and went over the plastic posts to get out of there. They rarely get my order right and the food is always a mess in the box. Asked for a hamburger Happy Meal with apple slices, they didn’t have any apple slices left so they suggested carrots - we got fries (thanks!!) no yogurt - unreal. And… we got a CHEESE burger.
Asked for iced tea without ice, got a coke with ice. Somewhat slow service. Not the first time they make mistakes in my order.
Customer service not the best. They 4 times out of 5 mess up my order and I need to wait a while in the parking for them to bring me my order. Employees have been impatient lately.

After a long day at work, I hadnt prepared anything for dinner and decided to go to McDonalds to enjoy a good burger. I confirmed my order with an employee, who validated it. However, when I returned home (20 minute drive) I realized that I had not received my Big Mac. While Im not angry at the employees, who seemed overwhelmed, I think it would be beneficial if management put quality controls in place to avoid this type of situation in the future.
I love McDonalds, however, my order is missed once in 2... :/

Hello Madam Sir, I had a good McDonalds evening there. I ordered a large M menu and the girl in the kitchen Éloïse who brought it to me was kindly served and very friendly, I had a very pleasant time in this madco. I highly recommend this place and this staff. Personal opinion, the food was excellent, thank you to the kitchen lady Éloïse.
Seriously. One of the worst customer service experiences. The assistant really didnt listen to what I did to him out of displeasure. Not apple juice for children. Not the sauce, it was even missing the bacon that I paid extra for. Even at the drive-thru, the person serving the place said that she didnt hear it took 5 minutes longer to order because she had each word repeated. Personally I work in customer service and even when I reported it. The assistant looked at me like I was worthless and wanted to say shut up. Really worst service!
Disappointing to see the person at the cash register sigh heavily every time she had to take an order from the drive-up... I wanted to tell her that the order-taking machine was defective but in the end she told me never looked at it so I let it happen.
Missing items, in an order of $60. 2 trios, with the drinks missing and 2 classic mcflurys missing. In addition, our sandwiches arrived completely cold, not lukewarm, but completely frozen with the fries. Very disappointed. And with more than 20 calls, they never answered the phone in 2 hours. 3 stars...just because Im a McDonalds fan. This evening order drive-thru, a large order and I warn in advance in order to invite concentration when taking the order...one glitch my order does not appear...when paying we were not sure what to do...I say I spent 3 minutes dictating my order it must exist, we found it...Im going to place 3 to wait...honestly give 5 trio and three happy feasts like that with several bags and I wont tell you the extra drinks... anyway. 6 minutes by car, arrived at the house, an incomplete trio of 10 croquettes and the cold fries not like cold from the road, no very cold even those from the poutine. I called specifying that it was the order in my name and for this many dollars, (I am told there are plenty of orders of this amount $112....yes obviously) then I am told you will come later for the 10 kibbles Criss and what is there a child watching us eat then?! lack of service and professionalism, I returned the order in Tab*$µ3aK, yes I had the right to be angry! I said youll make it again or give you a refund, explaining the cold fries, the incomplete trio. they redo it. X minutes later he puts down two large bags and says Voila! Thats what? no sorry please??? so nice! I recheck the order and lo and behold, two large fries are missing! imagine if I would have seen her at home...I go back to see them...I dont seem to understand why and I feel like Im messing up and she persists briefly, saying that the fries are in it, well no they are were still in the fryer warmer. Oddly I came home and everything was warm. So young and old, I can understand the stress...the juice...the lack of staff and the mistakes that follow but what I dont understand is the rudeness, the obstinacy and that makes me very angry! It probably annoys other customers too. So courage, zen, control and observation, when we make a mistake we keep a low profile and we are solution-oriented. Hope this was a good exercise for you. (for the record Im not a complainer, one day I waited 45 minutes for an order in another McDonalds (yes I like McDonalds) and I calmly advised that I found such a long wait strange, the manager s is excused admitted these wrongs and in addition offered me the trios)
Not the best McDonalds Ive eaten. Burger is all wrong, missing 1 pickle in a big mac seriously? The poutine is cold, it takes a long time to be served 90% of the time even if there arent many people, I go to the one in Shawi Sud, the time can be long sometimes (not all the time) but at the level atmosphere and service is 100 times better.. Parking: Not many places fill up quickly during rush hours..

The experience often depends on what time of day and the staff. But recently when taking my order the person who answered was so nice and welcoming. It immediately put me in an even better mood!! The perfect kind of person for customer service!! And when I went to take my order, the person at the window barely looked at me, didnt speak to me and I had the feeling that she didnt want to be there. This is often what happens. I often beat up people who dont want to be there where you feel they are just there to work. But when you work with customers you have to provide good service no matter the situation. And yes I have already worked in a McDonalds and any other service, so I know that sometimes. Its not easy but the customer doesnt have to go through all that. In short, I dont know who the person who answered me was but I will go to these working hours especially so that it is this person!! Oh and as is often the case when ordering the sandwich, its often a bit all broken up. Mostly my salad and mayo are more in the container than in my bread! But apart from that, this McDo la Côte cuisine I have nothing else to say, I rarely miss anything!!

Last Wednesday, August 14, around 8:30 p.m., I arrived at McDonalds for a quick dinner. Upon entering, I was greeted by a mostly empty dining room, which gave me the impression of fast service ahead. Unfortunately, this impression was quickly contradicted by subsequent events. After placing my order using the giant screens, I had to wait at least 10 minutes to receive my BangBang Chicken Burger trio, despite the low attendance in the room. To my great surprise, my order arrived without a tray, even though I had clearly specified that I intended to eat there. This lack of precision in the service was particularly frustrating. I headed to the trash to look for condiments, only to discover to my displeasure that the ketchup pump was surrounded by dancing flies. This situation really tainted my experience, and I found it unacceptable for an establishment of this size. As for the food, it was okay, as you would expect from McDonalds. Although not a fine dining experience, I would have hoped that other aspects of the service would make up for this lack of excellence. Unfortunately, this was not the case. In summary, this evening at McDonalds was quite disappointing. The wait, service and cleanliness issues seriously affected my experience. Although the food was decent, these inconveniences greatly reduced the overall quality of my visit. So I am reluctant to recommend this establishment for an enjoyable experience, hoping that they can improve these aspects in the future.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder trio with cheese at the counter to eat there. My # appears on the screen and 7-8 minutes later it disappears so I inquire and I am told that it is normal so I wait another 10 minutes and realize that the customers who arrived after me are all served I go back to see the cashier and there I finally got my meal. McDonalds poutine is not good
Tuesday evening, despite a small rush and just 2 employees, I had impeccable service. For the first time, my hamburgers looked like hamburgers and not like a packet stuck in paper. In addition, a special mention to the young lady Myriame from the drivethru cash register who was kind, attentive, smiling and thought of everything, even more. A Pearl!!! take care, its rare to have employees like that... so a strong team is two young people. well done!!

Lack of space during meal times. 2 people were arguing to get my table while I was getting up, I hadnt even put my coat on yet. Its not the first time either. A person came to ask me if I was leaving before I got up because I had finished my meal. Since the renovations one thing is clear, we dont want customers inside! The base tables are ridiculous and the large community table takes up all the space. No one wants to grab it unless they have to. This morning a person at a base table was waiting for a real table to become available to eat and only one person sat at the large community table. The restaurants were full but people didnt want to sit with a stranger. McDonalds look more and more like prisons with a common room for prisoners meals.

It tastes like any other McDonalds but since they removed the benches and replaced them with cheaper ones and more access to the liquor machine and the straws its really hard McDonalds the Pandemic is over collis McDonalds has really gone from a happy children to unhappy children especially with their new exterior and interior facade its more really for the children who invade the McDonalds its the elderly people of the golden age who invade them and that McDonalds prioritizes now they are at the day before putting pockets and pétanque games for the golden age..McDonalds makes you hard lit including pi your coffee criss served them of which in another department apart to stop making those who eat pi also serve your hamburgers 24/7 like your lunch criss as far as I know its the hamburgers that gave birth to you and not your coffee criss and lunch once again lit including pi in the United States the Mcribs and pizza are available and I about to stop laughing at the rest of us in Canada and in Quebec

The girl who took my order at the drive-thru, couldnt be more stupid. I ask for a trio with a sweet chili sauce. The girl asks me if I want the sauce in the burger. I tell her very clearly that no, its for dipping my fries and that the sauce is in a small disposable plastic container. As an addition I ask for a small biscuit and cream donut. I pay The girl gives me my drink and says good evening, Im like my order is missing, she says oops and gives it to me. Order content -A burger that has had its sauce replaced with sweet chili sauce. It was disgusting. I threw it away -didnt have sauce apart -I had a Boston donut Crisse I already worked at McDonalds and its not complicated tbnk. Plus there were 2 of us in the drive through, not many tanks in the parking lot, so they were clearly not in a rush. Result: paying extra for the sauce that I didnt get. My burger was absolutely horrible (squeaky, not a good sweet chili and fish mix) and false hopes of having at least had the good donut. Do better, its crazy how stupid the world is, next time I think Ill go and make my order inside myself, it might be faster and done correctly. Vegetarian options: There is no

Spotted the woman with short gray hair who acts like the employees are in the army, listen girl your at McDonalds, you seem to be a team leader, but ultimately your position should be toilet scrubber.
Fast restaurant and the lady at the drive-thru had good positive energy. Its rather rare I find. Car service system a little complicated for access. We walked in circles for a bit before finding the entrance.

Good service, well done! Kid-friendliness: The children were able to have leaves as well as wax crayons to color during the meal. They had chicken nuggets as a happy feast and were very happy with their choices.
After 20 minutes of endless waiting, we received our order but unfortunately all the fries were cold (the poutines too), the buns were too wet and gelatinous-ish and the iced tea was way too diluted. I hardly recommend.

Fast indoor service, I was served in 6 minutes for an ice cream sundae and an apple turnover, which is a reasonable time given the traffic at 4:30 p.m. However, when we entered and exited the restaurant, there was a huge queue at the drive-thru. The last car when we arrived was in 6th place when we left. Im taking away a star in thought of the people at the drive-thru. Otherwise good, fast service and it was good.
