The first pizza ordered was great. Then I ordered extra beef on a pizza & got bacon instead (don’t eat bacon). Called Customer Service & they said note put for a free pizza next order. Next order no such free pizza but the order was good. Most recent order - look at that soup of a mess that’s half-cooked; I can’t even get it into slices. Everything is sliding off, cheese not melted (you can see the pellets of unmelted cheese) onto crust… (It’s 1/2 Whiskey BBQ Beef.) I understand there’s a margin for error with food preparation in terms of quality, but half a $20 pizza basically inedible?
The staff is polite, the place is clean and the service is fast. No wonder all the other pizzeria are struggling near this location .
Love thé pizza and i like the kind of pizza however the delivery its a little too long and they always forgot my chipotle sauce
Very rude and incompetent service. Pizza is decent but the guy at Shawinigan’s store got the order wrong, fail to send half what we ordered. Then we called back, explained that the least they could do when you miss the items is to call your client, but the pseudo-manager did not see it that way. He was rude, did not offer any ways of helping and instead of discussing, refused to see it was bad not to have what you ordered. Really could be better, for shame.
The service was friendly, but I was disappointed to discover only one marinara sauce in the bag for a full order of cheese bread and fries. It was probably an oversight, but I had already reached my destination. It made for a pretty dry dinner. No one asked me if I wanted specific dipping sauces or how many. I didn’t speak French, so that’s where my mind was. Someone spoke English, though. So I was grateful for that and therefore not thinking about sauces myself.

Parking: Location is on a hard to access corner, but parking space is plenty for the size of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Cashier was very kind with my son when we left with our order.

Fast service, friendly and smiling cashier and the Pizza was excellent. Plus the price makes sense. $17 for an average pizza is fair.

Very good pizza! This is the place I go when I want a good pizza!! Very good choice of pizza and the reception staff are super friendly! Restaurant for take-out only... a few seats (around 4). Nice variety on the menu and suggestions made by the employees are super interesting!

I placed my order at 5:15 p.m. and received confirmation for it I called at 6:45 p.m. because I had not received my order yet. I am told in a complacent manner that it is the next one to leave @ 6:50 p.m. With that, I canceled my order, Almost 2 hours for my delivery is not acceptable!

Bonne pizza, mais quel mauvais système dysfonctionnel pour commander avec un paquet de bug (moins 1 étoile). Ça fait depuis plusieurs semaines que jattend pour une réponse à mon courriel pour un problème informatique avec le compte. Pourquoi un processus aussi complexe juste pour de la bouffe? Soit ils ne savent toujours pas encore comment le résoudre soit ils ont dautres priorités.

Salvatory Shawiigan. Its the one closest to my house. Order online. Always on time, the pizzas are generous and well assembled. Friendly staff, I recommend. And thank you for the V.I.P offers offered regularly. Fire marketing team 10/10

For delivery they are excellent especially because they are open quite late and when you order online and create the order it is very well done. Even if when he says a delivery time sometimes it exceeds by almost 1 hour

I ordered 3 times and items were missing 2 out of three times. Plus last time I received my pizza flattened in a corner. When you call to complain to the restaurant directly, they dont answer. I waited on the phone for 40 minutes with no response.

Order made at 1:10 a.m. and received at 2:45 a.m. I am told that the delivery man came (but would not have knocked or rung??). The delivery guy told me that he had my order redone so that it was hot, but I received it supposedly 5 minutes later and the pizzas were cold and hard. Its been 3 times that I have had it delivered, all with unreasonable delays (including once with a wait of more than 3 hours for an order placed a little before midnight and received at 3 a.m.). Very disappointed with the service!!!

Received my pizza 2 hours after ordering it... It was thin and not edible and it wasnt like usual either. Every other time I have a reasonable delivery time and a good pizza otherwise its very ordinary
No matter what I order online its always right when I receive it and hot.
They now still have only 1 delivery person and a delay of more than 1 hour for a delivery and their new policy is that if the delivery does not exceed 1 hour 45 minutes no discount due to the delay, in my opinion they should mention when they no longer have a delivery person for 1 avoid us online from giving an undeserved tip to the delivery person due to the delay and who are aware if they order that it takes 2 hours really too long as a delay they would be better off offering zero delivery like pizzahut shawinigan than delivering in 2 hours
