The man who appears to be the shift manager is so arrogant that it makes me boycott the cheese shop. Despite the great meals and wide variety of choices, this rude employee convinces me to never set foot in the place again. I will advise my friends, family and colleagues not to eat at Victoria.

Its still a fast restaurant. Its not great cuisine. But the service is good and the people are smiling. I ate poutine with an onion ring and chicken bites. Everything was good. The poutine is delicious. There is really a lot of cheese and it is very appreciated.

Went to Shawinigan for meals. Incomprehensible choice of music. English techno rap music in the restaurant was very unpleasant. Absolutely worth seeing again.

I made a trip to the ice cream parlor for a medium dipped soft serve. The employee drops the lump of ice cream by dipping it in the chocolate. No problems. I suggest she put the cream in a bowl instead. I realize a little later that what she served me was more of a small size. There was even an air pocket at the bottom. I went back inside to ask to add a little money to compensate but the employee didnt want to know. Its nice to pay for a medium and receive a small.

Definitely, one of the worst poutines Ive eaten in one of the Victorias. The fries seem reheated with a funny texture. Normally at Victoria de St Jérôme or Thetford the fries are very good but not here

Jai commandé 2 petits blizzard au gâteau au fromage, premièrement ils étaient très petit pour 5$ chaques, deuxièmement la MOITIÉ cétait juste de la crème glacé straight et troisièment un des deux le contenant en plastique à cassé et ils en ont mis un autre en dessous, mais les employés nont pas pensés quil y aurait des morceaux de plastique dans mon dessert jirai au mcdo la prochaine fois!!

Incredible experience, a quality fast food restaurant that offers fresh food of better quality than the majority of other fast food restaurants.

I ordered an average smoked meat poutine, and at almost $20 per poutine I expected to have something of quality and not bits of burnt smoked meat all over my poutine. I ate 2 bites and had to throw it away. The fries were also very soft, almost black and undercooked... very bad experience for me, especially when you pay $35 for 2 poutines.

The cheese is super good but the poutine is really not extraordinary. The fries are not very good and the bbq sauce is not very good.

Hello I bought a club sandwich very very disappointed to see the tomatoes were cut very thin and fake chicken and my bread was burnt therefore. and very few fries and the very slow service... it was the last time I was going at the Victoria le Saint Hubert restaurant is the best for the club and chicken for the same price

Worst experience ever in a restaurant ordered a poutine lunch and a club sandwich received the poutine but not the club after certain moments the waitress came to see me and said you still havent received your club I said no she goes to see the cook after a little while she comes to see me and tells me that the cook forgot to do it that I will have it a little later finally she comes to bring it to me and its not the right thing the cook she its wrong again in the order because it misread Even the waitress was starting to feel uncomfortable with the cooks service.

What a nice surprise to see that no customers were lining up inside the restaurant to order and bring them. What an unpleasant surprise to see that the order (only one regular poutine) was ready, after HALF AN HOUR WAITING!!! What more can I say? The fast food served at Victoria should be called SLOW FOOD !!!

For the 3rd time I ordered a chopped steak (sauce on the side) to take away, the first 2 times the sauce was stuck in the aluminum dish and almost no warm fries. After informing the cashier of my first 2 experiences, yesterday, I was served on a plate to eat on site and I had specified to take away, the charred minced steak patty which seemed to be reheated in the microwave and the fries were very lukewarm. Very disappointing to pay $16:00, taxes and tip included, for this meal.

I bought a small poutine for the price of an average and ultimately it turned out to be a baby poutine!! Dont exaggerate, its already very expensive. Im not giving you 6 months.

I love the cheese there, but last time I ordered a poutine to go, there was no sauce. Its disappointing. Luckily I had a can of bbq sauce but poutine is 3 ingredients. It wasnt great either when I was there, it was around 8 p.m. Big lack of attention and at the price we pay for poutine, it would be fun to have some sauce
