We were the only ones in the restaurant at 7 p.m. We ordered 2 dishes. 1 fried beef steak then 1 fried skewer, both pepper sauces. The skewer arrived served with rice and mushroom sauce. We reported this to the waitress...the sauce was changed, but not the rice even though the choice was rice or fries.... Once the dishes were finished, the very unpleasant waitress brought us the bill and kindly kicked us out!!! To flee!

Extremely slow service! 1h30 before we got our starters, more than 2h our meals. We had to go see the waitress twice for mistakes and even interrupt her in a long conversation with customers to get service. Finally, our dishes were lukewarm/cold. The waitress kept trying to justify herself, but they werent rational justifications. This was the first and last time we went to this restaurant.

Very slow service, its the first time Ive done a Google review but its worth it, we asked for our plates to be brought after 2 hours of waiting. Yet the restaurant was not even at half capacity. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation and I frequent a lot of restaurants. Getting water was complicated, even having said <<were really thirsty, wed take a pitcher!>>.but all in all it took time and the water the staff were attentive and pleasant. I loved my cream of celery. Brusheta good/correct. General Tahoe plate great, fresh salad is tasty. Skewers cooked to perfection. Small problem, the pepper sauce was a little too liquid and seemed to dilute it. Amazing dessert, big favorite of the evening. I ll come back and have another dish

A barely decent restoration. The waitress gave us a single menu for 4 people of burgers even though the restaurant was far from full. A waitress who searches on Google when asked for information on sauces. The burger steak was overcooked but we were not asked for the cooking we wanted! Highlight of the show, when paying the bill the waitress asks us if we are French, naively I tell myself that she is interested in us but not at all it is to explain to us how tipping works! Very long wait, A table of 7 people, adults and children, left after 2 hours of waiting, no main dishes. The atmosphere was very ordinary, no background music or televisions on. I dont go to the restaurant to listen to it either, but staring into space to avoid looking at the other tables isnt great... I had the New York strip steak, there was a lot of tension, the light was very dim so it was difficult to see them before eating a bite.

Cooking of the steak was not correct. For the price I was expecting a tender steak and a spicy taste... Very big disappointment. In addition, we were two people from different households and both were sick from our meals... (arrived directly after the meal...) Despite the beautiful presentation, we were very disappointed. I went there on the 31st and called to book and everything was ok except that the music was getting louder and louder and they were packing the tables for a dance floor and I hadnt finished eating!!! So after getting up to leave... someone saying on the microphone yessss it worked the customers leave!!!!! Wow really unprofessional!!!!

I ordered a Poutine Globe and I received a normal poutine which was not great, a family member received sticky shrimp and another family member had a New York steak with lots of nerves in it. The walls are never dusted so there are lots of cobwebs, the light above our table was burned out so we had to look at our menu with a flashlight. I will eat elsewhere next time

Hello everyone I passed yesterday and a lot of errors in our order means service cooking problem on the steak at $52 badly arranged nairs in the steak 0 tender forced to fight with my steak So we bring in the manager and complain to him with no understanding. I tell him that I work in a butchers shop and that its not normal for a 3A steak to not be tender, so I tell him the filet mignon is supposed to be tender, so he says yes to me. I tell him why he doesnt. he leaves to say nothing finally we arrive to pay I tell them that Im not paying for a steak thats not edible with all the problems that come up so were threatened with calling the police so I dont really have a choice the manager flees the situation and leaves the restaurant no excuses its boring to drive 1h30 for that thank you for your understanding

Luckily no one was allergic 2-Waiting service of one hour 20 minutes for an entry is your standard really...!? 3-Uneven cooking for everyone clearly not a pitmaster on the grill phew no control of the fire a base would be very useful to you. 4-The manager arrives very frustrated and has no reception for a blatant steak that lacks quality... seriously losing his name for a $60 steak on a total bill of $500!!! Wowwww never seen before. He leaves the conversation like a savage and leaves his poor waitress in the lurch. I guess its normal...!!! But good place to avoid for the price there are better elsewhere I guarantee it.

The starters were very good, especially the soup of the day... after that it was no longer good, the main course was simply not edible... we asked for medium-rare and the middle of the 2 steaks was completely cooked... not even orange. My wife asks to replace it and comes back blue with a smell and tastes intensely burnt... in short unable to eat it and doesnt want to do more than 10% off when she hasnt eaten at all (seriously you have to change it rice too is really not good) in short not worthy of a steak house when you have to avoid steak

I already loved this restaurant unfortunately it has changed a lot its not the same atmosphere that I loved the prices are exorbitant I took a steak and potato plate garnished quickly said there wasnt much in it the full fat steak of tension the wait woin country music I hate country the music was really good before and there was a waitress who was cool it was always her who served us when she saw us arriving she said to the other waitresses Ill take them I loved this waitress the drinks too sweet a lot of alcohol and the other no they are not great for the drinks and as if it wasnt enough the waitress complaining about the tip we are very disappointed it cost a lot butter its up to you to decide if you want to go there I recommend more I will find another restaurant to my taste!!!!

We were advised by the manager of our motel, and we were not disappointed, really friendly atmosphere, the waitresses were smiling and welcoming, we came to eat at 7 and we all had something for ourselves. Everyone found their meal excellent. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has child seats which is really nice for families with children.

Everything was exquisite, the food was excellent, the service acceptable the only thing I would have to say is that they had little ones there probably due to the wood and the wide open door I imagine that it is not Its the restaurants fault but its still very unpleasant. Very nice evening with friends/family, they took very good care of our group of 20 people despite the reduced number of staff on a very busy Saturday evening. The seafood pizza was succulent, very good comments at our table, including the pasta, salads, dessert. Very good service.

Good food and good service!

I must be really disappointed to take the time to write a negative review. First of all, the waitress was very professional. But the meals we received were really very disappointing. I took the WHOLE EARTH $58 (8oz filet mignon, 2 langoustines, 2 shrimp, 2 scallops and rosé sauce) The filet mignon and pepper sauce were hot. Everything else on my plate was totally cold. It would have taken an expert in marine biology to differentiate the 2 shrimps from the 2 langoustines, the 4 being smaller than my little finger. My wife had the 3 shrimp skewers. His entire plate was cold counter temperature. She asked to have it reheated and she got a lukewarm plate. And the shrimp tasted nothing, and the garlic butter only subtly tasted a little bit like garlic. The rice (and I love all types of rice) tasted a certain spice as if the whole pot had been dropped in it. Lesson learned: when the dining room looks like an old 19th century saloon, dont expect anything better from the kitchen.

Extremely long service, and no feedback on quality or seeing if anything is missing. From the moment we managed to order we waited 45 minutes for 2 tartars and a shepherd. And finally, no toilet paper in the womens bathroom!

Frankly disappointing... The prices were as high as at KEG but the meat and fries were not good... sad for a steakhouse. Only the cooking of the meat and the service lessen the disappointment.

Je tiens à souligner la qualité du service. Il ny avait quune serveuse et un serveur, le nôtre, David a été vraiment courtois, chaleureux et efficace. Le repas fut excellent. Les côtes levées commandées par mon mari étaient tendres et goûteuses, mon filet mignon était cuit comme je lavais demandé mi- saignant avec une belle croûte dépices. Un délice.

Excellent service. Very nice atmosphere. There were 4 of us who ate filet mignon and the verdict was that we had all had much more tender filet mignon at other restaurants.

Bon service mais lent. Bonne bière, sangria ordinaire. Bonne salade César, filet mignon très mauvaise cuisson, clairement pas 8oz, crevettes sans saveur. Beurre à lail sans saveur. Brownie pas mangeable . Assiette fruit de mer sans saveur. Son seul point culminant est la meilleure coquille st-jacques au monde! Sinon ça aurait été 1 etoile.
