This week I chose the chefs choice which was a sub. I had to cut the bread with a steak knife. Few or almost no toppings. Definitely not what I expected.

Courteous welcome with JF. Excellent service with Rosanne, very well explained menu and what can we say about the well-filled and succulent plates. Filet Mignon cooked as requested. Excellent meals served yesterday (different shrimp dishes, beef cheek). It was really delicious. The service was very courteous. The waitress was smiling and very attentive. It was a little noisy, but it must be said that the restaurant was full. The menu is very varied. There are plenty of choices. I find the prices to be reasonable for the quality of the plates.

My girlfriend and I highly recommend.!! A pleasant time, impeccable service, beautiful atmosphere on the bar side, the steak (cooked as requested) the shrimp, the sauces, the sautéed mushrooms, the desserts..everything was perfect.!!

This is my go-to place for weekday dinner. The service is fast, the menu is diverse and there are several choices of accompaniments. I highly recommend the sparkling flank steak. Choice of dining room, bar or well-appointed terrace.

The food is delicious, the space is always crowded and you have to book at least in advance on weekends if you want to find a table in the right place because the space is so busy. I wasnt able to take a photo since I spent almost 15 minutes waiting in line. But its worth the cost! Parking: Limited places given the number of people who frequent the place on weekends! Very busy!

It was just a takeout but the food was ready when I arrived and it was really good. I cannot rate the atmosphere but it seemed nice from the outside. The parking was full. Parking: During the rush hours it could be difficult to find a space. Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely accessible.

Wow nice place, my first time and Im pleasantly surprised. There is a great menu, a nice atmosphere and excellent service. The nice young lady assigned to our table filled our glasses of beer each time she passed, there is no longer service like that Bravo!!! In addition, the food was excellent, a beautiful place to discover or re-discover. Superb colorful place in the evening. Recommended for all ages.

The waitress did not serve us water, brought us butter but never received the bread. And we give her a tip of around ten and she replies: do you know that it doesnt even give 10%?! ... We had enjoyed it until then. We said Ben add $5... At that point we were there to spoil him but we still have 4 children in diapers to take care of with 1 pay... We wont give you $30 for you to go to your 20 % when we know very well that we would need it and that you will surely make $2-300 in your easy evening. We are not all rich but we deserve to be spoiled and we should be able to choose the amount without judgment frankly. Very very disappointing.

Im sorry for the review!! but I live close to the brewery and the cars are parked in my yard....its tiring and the more people arrive and pee next to my car and on my neighbors land... If it is possible one day the city will put up a notice prohibiting parking on Rouleau Street.

Very busy night but service was still very good. Food was excellent and portions were large. We all brought home our leftovers which was about half of everything. Love the place and will go back again. And again. And again.....

In life there are two types of restaurants: Restaurants that are upscale and those that try to be. Brasserie Seigneurie is definitely an authentic high-end restaurant. Why high-end? It all starts with the always friendly welcome even when the restaurant is full. Me and my partner arrived without a reservation on a Friday evening when the restaurant was full. We were greeted with a smile, waited barely 5 minutes before being seated. Our lovely and friendly waitress Laura explained the menu to us brilliantly, making sure to answer our questions. Throughout the meal, his service was impeccable despite the restaurant being full, done with a smile. We noticed that the employees who clean the tables are coordinated and efficient (perfect cleaning of a table as a team between two groups in 5 minutes), probably why there is almost no wait at the door. Now lets talk food. My partner ordered seafood which was exquisite, with divine whipped garlic butter. I ordered a strip filet whose cooking and quality of meat was worthy of the greatest restaurants such as Toqué. I honestly dont remember eating such a good steak in years. Perfectly cooked but zero traces of charred surface and no fatty bits left on the plate. The beef at this steakhouse is Angus beef, and really good cuts of meat. For the excellent service, the variety of the menu and the quality of the meal I give it 12/10. WOW just wow...

The best Brasserie in town according to my tastes. The terrace is magnificent and it is heated. Never been disappointed, the food is excellent. Buffalo shrimp are a must, as well as the famous St-Benoit fondants MIAM! The wines are at good prices. Prices for table dhôtes very reasonable. What I personally dont like about this place and what I find outdated in 2024 is asking me if I want an extra cheese for $2 on my Caesar salad... Most places do it for free now, which is why I give 4 stars and not 5, the only point for improvement.

We were not expecting bottled coke and single serve butter cups. It gave us a cheap fast food restaurant experience not a memorable steakhouse. Also, I am not sure I was too sensitive that evening or I felt one of the girls working there kept kicking my chair while she was walking around serving other tables.

Overall, quite disappointing. Reservation for a group at 6 p.m. They made us wait until 6:15 p.m. because the others who had our places had paid but did not want to leave (as we were told while waiting in the entrance). My children liked their shrimp but my partners salmon was overcooked, my ribs didnt taste much and the little brown sauce that came with the fries had lots of big clumps. Since we were a group, we had several servers. Ours was simply not present. We only saw it when ordering and paying. We had to ask others for water supplies, napkins and such. Fairly average dish for the price.

Very good steakhouse, very friendly, courteous and professional welcome. The waitress is always smiling and her service is very fast. Presenting the tomahawk before cooking is also an experience. Wide variety of steak that can be mixed with shrimp/mussels/scallops to make a Surf n Turf. Wide variety of scotch and whiskey. We can easily give 10 stars for the entire evening from A to Z. The tomahawk hit the target 100%! Taste, presentation, cutting, medium cooking at the top! Everything is high quality and their cuisine is the best in Sherbrooke! Thank you very much to the whole team (owner, manager, manager, barmaid and all waitresses present on the evening of January 21, 2024). Whoever looks at my comment knows that its the best steakhouse in Sherbrooke, go see them and eat and drink there! 10* Stars / 10* Stars!

I had the poutine-bavette from the table dhôte. It was excellent but.....huge . We could have taken it for 2! Especially since I started my meal with some very good escargot with garlic gratin I wasnt able to eat my dessert So I asked for a doggybag for my carrot and cheese cake

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a waiter whose positive and radiant attitude brightened our evening. His presence was truly like a ray of sunshine. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfectly pleasant, with a noise level that allowed intimate conversations without being disturbed. The decor of the terrace, lit by colorful neon lights, created a magical atmosphere, adding a magical touch to our celebration. As for the dishes, they were simply delicious. Each bite was a delight for the taste buds, testament to the care and passion put into their preparation. Not to mention the hot apple and ice cream dessert on a beaver tail OH la la!!! :) This evening will remain engraved in our memories as an extraordinary outing. We are grateful for this gastronomic experience and for the warm welcome we received. Without hesitation, we give this restaurant a perfect 5 star rating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in a lovely setting.

We went there to celebrate our 10 years as a couple, on a Thursday evening, we were served by the waitress Marie-Chantal, always with a smile on her lips, she gave us exemplary service. She advised me to have my minion filet on the sparkling plate, it was a first for me, it was a pure delight. The best minion net of my entire life!! My partners hamburger was well stocked and excellent! The white sangria, with the little shot of port, just wow! The kitchen team is exceptional since we waited a maximum of 20 minutes for our plates on a Thursday evening! Amazing! Not to mention that the staff came to bring us a cake and sing us happy birthday, we really didnt expect that! They followed this with 2 shooters offered by the boss! Just thank you for this evening which turned out to be more than perfect!! No negative points!! Definitely 5 ! Highly recommend

Very friendly place. Very good service, dishes well presented and excellent.

The food is usually really good, the service can be quite slow compare to other places with the same amount of place. Depending on were you are sat in the restaurant it will change your entire experience, the terrace or bar side are both really great, especially the terrasse with all the lights. But if you are sitting in the other area its really unbearable, small table elbow to elbow with the people youre sitting with making it hard to eat. Extremely loud because of the echo, a lot of walking and noises by the tables from the lack of space inbetween them. Its not relaxing, its stressful, But, if you are sitting at the bar or the terrasse you will have a good experience in a good ambiance.

Reasonable bill for the quality and the portions are generous and served within a reasonable time... This is the 3rd time weve been there in 2 months and believe me, well go back very soon... Congratulations to the whole team!!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, due to celiac disease. Parking: Large parking lot, we go there as soon as it opens to have a nice parking space.
