Wow!!! What a beautiful place! Magnificent decor! Very nice atmosphere! Delicious food! Nice alcohol menu! Very good service! The only downside...there was no air conditioning or fan! It was very humid and we were very hot! But despite this, I recommend this place without hesitation!! When its not raining, the outdoor terrace is simply magnificent!

Superb intimate terrace behind the restaurant. Wide variety of alcoholic drinks. The starters were delicious, but the main courses were small and lacked flavor. If you ask for a vegan dish, double check. I recommend the mozzarella sticks, burrata, cauliflower wings and jalapeno poppers. Vegetarian options: Complete vegetarian menu with vegan options

Extremely disappointed with our meal. We have already been here several times and loved it. But this time, the dishes did not match the menu. The tasty beer poutine was dry and tomatoy (Im still looking for the beer taste) and the muchachos tacos contained jalapeños and cilantro not listed on the menu. We asked if there had been an order error and we were told that these were tests. Our plates left almost full without comment from our server despite our warning regarding our intolerance to jalapeños. The tests are therefore inconclusive! However, the cheesy bread (which matched its description on the menu) was really excellent.

Tout au long du souper, il a fallut demander constamment à avoir de l eau à la table. Le serveur était non chaland. Bref, le seul point positif est l ambiance et la nourriture qui est relativement bonne.

Service much too slow... 45 minutes before we had our drinks ordered. Poké bowl with cold sweet potatoes! Nachos were good, but the one the waitress offered us was ultimately not available! One of my favorite places in Sherbrooke to have a drink or eat. The service is very warm and friendly. Noémie and Éric are always happy to take care of you. The interior decor with the windows makes it a place with a unique atmosphere and what can we say about the back terrace in the summer!

What a great discovery! We enjoyed the cauliflower wings, crispy and tender: delicious! Followed by a poutine with beer sauce where vegan cheese (extra) was the star, then cheezeburger nachos with cheese in homeopathic quantities ;) Hot, crunchy and delectable churros! All washed down with a good Facatoune beer :) The magic ingredients: the courteous service of Nass, and the jovial and pleasant company of good friends with whom to share the dishes!

Beautiful vegetarian dishes, the trio of tacos is definitely worth the detour. The churros are also excellent Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. There are several steps to climb.

The best atmosphere in town! Its the perfect place to have a drink. The cocktails are superb, the service is excellent and the decor is warm. That said, in my opinion the meals would need to be reworked. Having eaten there often, the cuisine is simplistic, but full of potential.

Fairly poor service, we were a group of 6 and after being allocated a table we had to wait 15 minutes without being served before finally calling a waiter. Same thing for receiving the invoice..

What a welcoming and warm place with service provided by friendly people who know their product offerings and who were able to help me choose beers to my liking among the many possible choices. I ordered a Fructus de Castor and a Franc Rouge collaboration from À la tabac and La Strain.

We visited this restaurant on a very quiet Sunday evening. The place is nice and they offer a nice menu. There were some difficulties with the order taking system and the payment machine that evening. Its not particularly their fault, but its certain that everything took a little longer despite the low attendance at that time. We enjoyed what we ordered. The veggie burger was particularly delicious, the fries perfect and the cheese sticks too! We tasted the humus which is quite decent, the taste of the bruschetta is good and refreshing, I less appreciated that it was on fresh bread, although it was very good, I prefer the bruschetta on a crouton style bread, but its a very personal taste. We will definitely return to try other dishes. Vegetarian options: The menu is entirely vegetarian with vegan options.

Not recommended for people with sensitive ears. Infernal acoustics, the loudest restaurant I have ever experienced. Note to owner: brought in an acoustician to dampen the noise. Decent food but expensive and not very plentiful, decent but slow service.

In this economy? Naur. We made a reservation over a week in advance. We arrived at reservation time and around ten other groups were already waiting in front of us for theirs hehe. 30 minutes later, we finally enter the restaurant. We order then wait. We receive our drinks and wait some more. An hour later we called the waiter to ask if it was going to be a long wait since no one in the restaurant had a plate in front of them #quirky. The waiter tells us it will be another hour or so. We are still waiting . An hour later, still nothing so we decide to leave since we have been self-digesting for a few hours already. What was our surprise when we were forced to pay the ENTIRE ( ) drink bill (a whopping $50). I was like... So in conclusion, we paid for regular service without receiving any service at all hihihi. Dont go there... except to have lunch before a colonoscopy

Atmosphere level, pretentious students and people who get upset, vegans without respect for other non-vegans and making their judgments felt and passing annoying comments. Too high for the little they give like this only average quality.... She asked the cook so she could make me something. the cook, whose name is Caro, made me a vegan cheese burger taco. it was really very good! Its good, but the quality of service is a bit random. Sometimes excellent service and other times quite the opposite. The food is okay, but nothing exceptional.

I went there for a late night drink. Very nice place. The drinks were different and good. Unfortunately, there werent many customers, which was a shame because I found the place very beautiful.

This was my 3rd experience at this restaurant and the worst. The server was not very welcoming, bordering on nonchalant. We arrived at 5 p.m., he warned us that we would have to leave around 7 p.m. The wait time was super long before we received our plates. At 6:57 p.m. rather than offering us dessert when we had barely finished eating, he told us that it was almost 7 p.m. and asked us the number of bills we wanted. Its not bad to be kicked out. There was no one lining up to get our place. In short, I felt too much. Plus, its a place full of very noisy young adults.

Really average but nice place our meal was burnt and the waiter told us that it was really normal for the burger balls to burn and did not offer us a solution. We didnt eat anything... its really not my habit to comment but its a shame when the service is arrogant.

An item was charged more than the price indicated on the menu. Instead of respecting the law, and correcting the price, the waiter simply said Sorry, we have increased the prices, but the menu has not yet been changed, I will notify my boss. That being said, the food was still good and the other people I was with all enjoyed what they had.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the terrace is very pretty. On the other hand, their General Tao with tofu and grilled vegetables is very mediocre. I have been there several times, summer and winter. The food was delicious and the service impeccable.

Unfortunately we arrived yesterday and waited as instructed to be given a place, but no employee came to see us, even to ask us to wait. Several tables were free, but the waiters ignored us and we ended up leaving.

I love this place for its cards and menu, for the terrace but the service is so nonchalant and long! Its getting worse and worse. There are major efforts to be made in terms of customer service!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Waiter didn t care to come to the table at all. Waited for 55 mins after appetisers but waiter never came to ask for main course. He was rather busy attending to tables with group of girls, or he was racist (IDK). Had to go personally to ask him for bill.

What a discovery!

Worst experience of my entire life in a restaurant. We received the wrong starter, then waited for nachos, then we waited 1 hour and I was generous with the time, for hamburgers. Even getting a drink it took a very long time, I asked for the bill because it was too long that I was going to leave and the waiter wanted to charge me for the burgers that we didnt even receive he had no idea if whether we had our order or not, in addition to talking stupidly when we wanted to leave we were told we are not in a McDonalds here. Bad customer service, I have never seen this anywhere, I absolutely do not recommend it.

It was a disappointing experience for me...I went with a friend this week and the person who served us had no manners/expression and certainly no experience as a server. I ordered a 10oz of beer and I only received foam and once it had dissipated, I was left with a maximum of 5oz to drink. I dont think Ill go back there unfortunately...

Almost underground place, hidden behind a door and a staircase. At the top, there is a restaurant-bar which opens onto an outdoor terrace topped with a natural stone wall and captivating climbing plants. Very good selection of beers and a nachos with tofu and Bigmac sauce not to be missed!!

Very disappointed with our experience! We had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes for our meal. When we arrived the staff should have informed us of the waiting time!! We could then have made the decision to eat there or to leave.... very deficient internal management in our opinion. This restaurant claims to be local but I really didnt feel that there were actually local vegetables or other products that could come from the region. Not impressed by the vegetables in the salad, nor the bread used for the hamburger!! We wont be going back anytime soon.
