Excellent lunch club lunch and very good service!

Very noisy place. Little privacy for quiet chatting. The meals were cold. The Hollandaise sauce isnt really good and the potatoes are muddy. Super disappointed :(

Ordinary, ordinary service, for example you have to ask for a refill of coffee and none of our 4 plates were correct!?!

At the beginning of the week, I showed up alone while waiting for my husband, I waited 20 minutes and during these 20 minutes sitting alone on a bench for two under the window... no one came to see me even to offer me a coffee in waiting. They all took their turns, but didnt seem to know who this table belonged to. The allô mon coco potatoes are in cubes and taste less like onions than elsewhere Im just passing through Sherbrooke, lucky for me!!!

Its absolutely beautiful, as well as having a really calm and warm atmosphere. The service was really pleasant, I greatly thank the waitress for her attention. On the other hand, I asked for a little banana in my pancakes and I really got a lot. But other than that, it was really enjoyable.

I asked for butter alongside my toast and it wasnt there. Overall, the food was excellent and beautifully presented...however, the entire experience was poor and tarnished by some of the staff. Very good food, nothing to say about the quality of the food, but for the service, we will return. More than an hour to receive our plates (hot, at least), and this on 2 consecutive visits. Finished for us despite the exceptional quality of the food.

I really like the place and its very good

Super good restaurant for lunch, but it is noisy (people talking) because of the height of the industrial type ceiling, and that the whole restaurant is open concept. Some tables and chairs are bistro type, you dont sit comfortably there. They are not suitable for people with physical disabilities; it would be better to replace them with normal tables. Vegetarian options: Eggs Benedict, avocado and brie cheese.

The plates are generously garnished. The service is rather fast. I recommend.

Apparently there is a new boss in the kitchen who tries to cut portions and is cheap. It was the waitress who told us that when we told her that the portions were small or non-existent.

Very good lunch restaurant! The employees are extraordinary. I often have the same waitress named Gail. Its a pearl! Always a smile on your face. The manager Vanessa listens to her customers. Large portions for a reasonable price. The custard is delicious and the casseroles are amazing. Lots of choice for everyone. Vegetarian options: Lots of choice like all lunch restaurants. Kid-friendliness: Childrens chairs on site.

I really liked the service and the food was very good.

We have just received a delivery and it is one of the rare times that we have been so disappointed. The boxes were placed upright (with no indication to pick up the bag properly) so you can imagine the condition of the dishes. They are also warm to cold, with untoasted English muffins. And the highlight of the show, we ordered regular potatoes, and we received a hybrid between crushed potatoes and potato cubes. I do not recommend as a restaurant for delivery.

65$ later ..Food was cold, no utensils, waitress argued with me over the menu when it was clear as day, took forever for water, no coffee refill, we got the bill quickly - the only time anything was sufficient .won t be going back. No, I didn t complain when I was there in person. I m shy.

Cold, mediocre food but quick service

The food was good, the service was good. But when it came time to pay... the waitress was angry because her tip was not enough. She threw the bill in the air with a loud voice so that the whole restaurant could hear it. She explained the situation that we have to tip more because she has to give 8% to the government. So close to my fathers face he could feel his Allene. Not really professional. So if you go to eat there... be sure to give a good tip... otherwise you might get shouted appraised. This isnt really the best way to explain to the customer how much to tip. I will get the invoice and include his name for future customers. A call to the manager might be more effective.

No waiting, very courteous waitress! Unfortunately, my hot chocolate tasted like water, yark. And then our meal arrived hot, but on a lukewarm or even cold plate. My first piece of sausage was cold... Honestly, its not the big experience because of that, but at $60 for 2 people, I would have liked to have had a hot plate and a hot chocolate that tasted.......

Very very very disappointing. Whether it s the service or the premises. There were very few people and the waitress took a long time to come to us. We didnt even have a glass of water. In the bathroom no soap. In short, very disappointed, I advise against it.

Got a hair in my plate. Server didnt know what to do. Had to ask if they remake the plate or not. After telling them i couldnt finish my plate. They mumbled all the way back to the kitchen. They gave me a 15% discount. Will not be going back.

Very good food, very friendly and fast waiters when I was there. On the other hand, I am removing 4 stars because of the manager/owner who has not yet changed the menu prices! The prices displayed on the invoice are different from those displayed on the menu (difference of $2 per dish). I decided not to persist because the servers have nothing to do with it but it is a practice that should not take place for any business. The customer pays the displayed price, thats all. It is the managers responsibility to spend on printing new menus.

First time I went to hello mon coco and last time. I ordered a plate that I wanted to share with my daughter and I was told that I would have to pay $3 extra to be able to share this helping, totally absurd, this had never happened to me in any restaurant.

The food is good. On the other hand, I had a rather disappointing customer service experience this morning. I ordered a vegetarian casserole and asked for the egg on the side, because I dont eat eggs, firstly I digest them really badly and secondly, its the food that disgusts me the most (vomiting guaranteed, lol !). I took the egg aside to give it to my friend who was having lunch with me at the time. The waiter (very nice, I have nothing to say against him), did indeed note my request and was completely understanding with it. When my plate arrives, the scrambled egg is on my food, in my pan. So I let the person who brought me my plate know the mistake. She asks me if its okay to just remove the egg from the top. I tell him with great hesitation that I can try. When I returned my plate, there were still little bits of egg. My heart was in my throat, there was no way I was going to eat my plate. So I report the problem to the initial server (the nice young man). I ask to replenish my plate. He came back a few minutes later telling me, to his great regret, that I was going to have to pay for the initial plate despite their mistake, as well as the new plate. I asked him, to confirm, if I cancel the new plate and I dont eat the initial plate with the error, I will still have to pay, even if it is your mistake and I very clearly asked to put the egg aside? (and the waiter had clearly written this as well). He confirmed to me that I understood well. I find it totally illogical to make the customer pay for the cooks mistake, ESPECIALLY when the request was clearly formulated from the START! Im really disappointed to have had to pay $22 in total for a plate that I managed (with a nasty nausea) to eat a few pieces here and there simply so as not to feel the regret of paying so much for absolutely nothing! Ps: I have nothing to reproach the waiter, he clearly told me that it is the managers decision and that if it was up to him, the decision would be different. Really disappointed!

The food was great, and the service was very caring and attentive. The ambiance is very modern and flashy. There are TVs all over the walls and the music is quite loud. If youre eating alone, its pretty good. But its not the best place to eat a meal with a friend. Parking: Lots of parking: part of the Carrefour de lEstrie.

We arrived at 2:25 p.m., 35 minutes before closing. We knew what we wanted to eat, but they refused.

Pleasant place to eat with a terrace which overlooks the carrefour car park but it is still very pleasant to eat there :)

Nothing was good.

The service received by our waitress was very good. She was caring and very kind. The food was OK but as if the orders had been messed up on the plates. The waitress who appears to be the oldest in the group should not work in catering or any other service field. We have a 10 week old baby and we have to heat his milk in a bottle warmer that we brought and we are told that there is no power outlet except on the central beam of the restaurant but that we would prevent customers to sit down...there are sockets behind the counter near the aisle to go to the toilet but she refuses to let us use them...as a result we have to go and heat the bottle in the shopping center. ..

Several things on the menu not available due to lack of staff in the kitchen, cold food and a really unpleasant attitude of the supervisor who nodded her head when going to see the customers, did not help the servers who were in over their heads, maam stayed at the counter drinking his pepsi. She responded stupidly to the customer and according to her, many things were impossible. First and last time at this restaurant. The poor servers do their best but are not enough.

Waitress not overwhelmed and lying. Requested decaf coffee. Told me it was long because she had to make fresh ones, thats not true. I could melt my spoon in it. The sausages were not fresh, the potatoes were burnt and the restaurant was empty.

Good lunch with colleagues

First visit to this restaurant and I understand we were on time for dinner but once seated we got our menu but no employee came to see us again. After 10min. waiting, so we left to go elsewhere. However, the employees passed by us but without looking at us or telling us that it would not be long. It was one of the rare bad experiences for me. As for the atmosphere, it was a little too noisy as a place.
