Very kind and courteous staff and fairly fast service.

We liked the place before, but since COVID the service has taken a hit. Last time the waitress was whining because she wanted more tip, there is often a wait and we saw them treating seniors in a rough manner during COVID (notably a very elderly lady who wore her mask poorly and who was thrown out, the children still remember it!). Not to mention TVs with VAT that run non-stop (long live brainwashing). We are now going to the competition!

I really like this place. I am always well served. The staff is welcoming and smiling. Meals are served hot and the food is of excellent quality.

Its good, but the potatoes were too salty and my girlfriends scrambled egg was inedible. I dont know if there was too much fat on the griddle, but its hard to mess up a scrambled egg and there it was. My eggs benedict was good, the hollandaise sauce wasnt separated which is good and the fruit wasnt wilted which is also good. So, thats a fair rating I think.

Very nice place, we go there relatively often and are generally well received. The prices are perhaps a little high, but reasonable nonetheless and the portions are generous.

Excellent lunch restaurant for so long! The staff are always warm and sociable. Ha the apple cheddar crepe is a classic but I often go there for the eggs and creton (a classic)! Excellent place. Always clean and more week after week

My assigned waitress, a very nice blonde lady wearing glasses, comforted me and took care of me following the rudeness of young Weena...what can I say about this brazen brainless lady who ignored me at the cash register without knowing why, and that she decided to take other people in my face!!! I went to eat at this restaurant and I cant say that my experience was flawless. We were greeted quickly and got our drinks quickly. Order taking a little dry but so far nothing too serious. When I received my plate, that s when my experience deteriorated. There werent many potatoes for lunch but nothing serious yet... when I noticed that there was barely any custard for the pancake it was too much. Nobody wants a dry pancake on their plate. I asked to have some added but the plate came back with cold cream. Then the service was cold and the waitress was very unsmiling. I cant say that my meal wasnt good but I expected a minimum of quality. Anyway, I ate a cold crepe and we left, taking a thank you and good day from the waitress. Yet it is the basis of customer service. Normally I eat at Coco-Loco, but here we wanted to make a change. Next time I will go elsewhere.

The sauces at Eggsquis will always bring me back: Hollandaise sauce, English sauce and pastry sauce. The fruit crepe was excellent. However, on our last visit, my husband was disappointed to find that the spinach was not fresh in his eggs benedict. It looked like dehydrated dried spinach. For the rest, everything was perfect. The service was excellent, with several really helpful bossgirls, who came to refill the coffee cup on numerous occasions, whilst making sure everything was ok.

Eggsqui does not have a particular or fancy menu that is off the beaten track. However, all the classics on the menu are very good and the portions are excellent.

Our first time we didnt have good service. Today we went back to try again and it was even worse. On arrival, we had our table quickly but barely seated, she only took a coffee for my mother without asking if we wanted anything else. Our plates were cold and the service was terrible. No one came to see us to see if we liked it and if we were missing something. The waitress was arrogant and when she saw that we were frustrated with the situation, she laughed in our faces. There were mistakes on our plates. I cant post photos but my mothers omelette was ham/cheese and she had unmelted cheese and almost uncooked ham. The staff really didnt care about us! No professionalism or respect for their customers. I do not recommend going to this restaurant. This was our second and last time at this restaurant! I have to give a star to be able to publish my comment but I dont give any stars!!!

Great breakfast spot.

I am delighted with the service I received. Superb welcome from Maude, all smiles. Excellent attentive service by Yu who was able to respond to all our requests. The cuisine was delicious as on every visit. They have some gluten free products and it would be nice to have more if possible. Example: gluten-free sausages. Bacon is great and I love it but sausages would be a little extra on the plates.

The new manager is really fine and super warm, despite the impatience of certain customers who do not understand the reality of restaurants in these times of covid. The atmosphere is very relaxed! Its always pleasant to eat there! The food is always hot.

Incomparable. Its my favorite lunch restaurant both in Sherbrooke and throughout the province. The service is always super fast, smiling waitresses, very attentive and adapt very well to the crowd. Both when there are fewer people and when its full, you ALWAYS have coffee warmers and is this still to your liking?. It takes about 15 minutes to get your plate which is great when youre in a hurry. So good and inexpensive plates. Just wow every time.

The breakfasts are very vast and of good flavor, they have quite a variety of dishes that include eggs prepared in different ways, bread, fruit, crepes, beans, etc. The staff is very friendly, they make sure you constantly have a full cup of coffee; The wait time to pass is acceptable and the bathrooms are clean.
