Excellent poutine with beer sauce! Excellent burger! A wide choice of beers, pleasant service and a calm atmosphere on this Tuesday evening. Special mention for the pesto mayonnaise! Truly amazing!!

Superb establishment! The dishes are of good quality, regional products chosen and cooked with care! I recommend for a one-on-one or group meal!

Their poutine is excellent and for those who dont want to get caught drunk , there are delicious non-alcoholic cocktails! Parking: The number of parking spaces is unfortunately very limited but there is no charge.

Brewers Refusal is a great place to meet up with friends over good food. The employees are attentive to customers and the food is excellent. I like the fact that there are board games available which makes the experience even better. I recommend the place!

The beer is super good, there is a lot of choice and you can even buy some for the house. The icing on the cake is that you can eat there and it s super good and not too expensive!

Beers and very good food, our server was able to advise us well! On the other hand, towards the end of the meal, we no longer had any service at all, I didnt have the chance to order anything else. Our server was sitting at a table further away celebrating as if his shift was over without telling us. A lack of professionalism in my opinion. His colleague at the bar ended up making us pay. I still recommend it, maybe we werent lucky!

Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful terrace. On the other hand, some dishes lack a little love... They often dont arrive hot enough and some meals are quite cheap for the price you pay. My boyfriend had a nachos and we could barely see the cheese. On the other hand, there is a nice selection of vegetarian dishes!

Nice waitress, good beer but the food was terrible! Seriously: it wouldn t take much to up their game, and I m fairly forgiving, but the fries were burnt, the onion rings deposited a pool of grease beneath them, the sandwich reminded me of a high school cafeteria. Do better!

Check your employees. Walked in before closing time listed online; there were about 20 ppl still drinking. The guy working refused to serve me because he decided he was done for the night. I asked for just one pint and offered to pay right away it doesn t take much time or effort to pour one beer. It s not like he could leave anyways considering how many people were still drinking. He refused because he already cleaned the taps (lol). It was embarrassing (for him), and I found it really unprofessional on his part. Also, rude. Awful experience. Don t write you re closing at midnight if you close at 11:30. Also, maybe turn off the ouvert sign when you re closed? I really don t see what was the big deal to serve a client, but hey, not everybody wants to make money and build a loyal clientele, I guess. This is how you lose customers. Will not be back and will tell all of my friends about this. The guy recommended Ciboire go there instead. Much better beer and service ;)

We arrived for a reservation at 5:30 a.m., because we had a show at 8 a.m. so to have time to eat . 30 minutes before someone came to see us for a drink, I had to intercept the waitress (whom I had to disturb) for a starter. At 6:55 a.m. we look for someone to order our meal. Finally we paid for our meals before having them and we left, leaving a couple of friends to continue waiting after our poutines and burgers because we were already late for our show!! From 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. I never ate my poutine at the table. I regret not just canceling my order and leaving. Too bad because the place is super beautiful :/

Beautiful, friendly place with large terrace. The Sarcophagus was very good and refreshing, the Pentagon, a little too bitter for me. Brasserie food, with a touch of originality and a touch of fried food, but very good without pretension. Adequate price.

When they opened around 2015, I didnt believe it would last... Very happy that it has become one of the beautiful microphones in Sherbrooke. The beer is good, the food is good too, and the terrace is well appointed! My only downside is the level of service... I would have thought that in 6 years, it would have improved a little, but it remains at the same level as the evening when my boyfriend had 2 cabarets knocked over him in the same evening (yes yes!!) Often there are errors in orders and it is difficult to contact the servers to order The potential is there, but it just needs a little extra attention to make the experience perfect!

In two visits it was a different experience; The first one was great! I was accompanied by my cousin and his girlfriend, the beer was cold and the spicy nachos with beef were delicious. My second visit was rather lousy, the beer was good but not cold enough when served and the wild boar burger only tasted burnt, unable to distinguish the taste of the meat and the sauce, $25 before tip not very well invested and I was not offered a small compensation discount. So 50/50 as far as Im concerned.

The food is excellent and there is a great selection of beers available. Service was very slow, The waitresses seem to be really hard working but management needs to put more staff on. It took 30 minutes to get our order taken and another 10 to get our 1st drinks.

Some of the worst service Ive seen and they werent particularly busy at all. Food came out cold and I had to send it back because they forgot half the toppings. First time Ive sent food back anywhere. Luckily when they brought it back out it was good; not amazing but solid. The beer is the only thing that saved them a tip. Potential is there for sure, but very disappointed

Our prestige box received as a gift introduced us to a charming Microbrewery. They can even can one of their beer for you to taste on site. really cool.

The smokes meat was really yummy. The bread they used tasted truly artisanal. The stout was good.

I didnt like the way I was welcomed at all. I had a bag and an empty subway fountain drink glass that I had to throw away. I asked if there was a small place where I could sit. He told me he couldnt let me come in with food because its a restaurant... I had some kraft dinner in my bag, anyway, I didnt intend to to eat in secret! I came to buy poutine, but that made me change my mind. I wont come back again.

A nice selection of beers! The menu is varied and the food was good. I opted for the red deer burger and really enjoyed it. The cooking of the meat was perfect. Plus, it s all very affordable. Its not for nothing that this micro brasserie was full during dinner time.

Not a very good atmosphere inside. The deer burger is dry. The waiter never came to bring us water, utensils, condiments, etc. I had to ask twice. In short, good concept for a microbrewer but needs to be reviewed on customer service.

Good beer but wasnt blown away, will have to visit again on a less busy night, was on the 31st of October.

We received the prestige Microbrasserie box and we decided to go and try the brewers refuge. We placed a reservation on Monday for Friday. We left Montreal to go to Sherbrooke. When we got there, they didnt have our reservation. I even showed them my phones call history to show them that we actually called and they did nothing to try to accommodate us. Very very disappointing service!
