Excellent service every time we have been there. The beers are excellent, and the food is good. Nice atmosphere

I had the fried cauliflower starter honestly it was surprisingly very good. Next, I had the salmon tartare, unfortunately I found it a little lacking in taste but still passable. The service and atmosphere always very good there!

Kitchen closed 3 hours before closing time on a saturday. So disappointed !!

We were seated near a large window. It was really cool. The service was impeccable. Very funny and kind waiter. The pizza was delicious, however the gnocchetti did not live up to my expectations. We will definitely come back Parking: There was only one place left for us to park.

I often go to eat there, very good food for my part. I found the dishes original and tasty. There are new varieties of beer each time I visit. The service is very efficient. Prices have increased a little but I think this is the case almost everywhere.

A victim of their success, Siboire Jacques-Cartier disappointed me more than once with unpleasant service, cold poutine or total confusion to get beer to take away. I went there to fill a growler with beer, and I actually checked that it was possible to get this beer on the website. I arrived with my own growler, which was not identified with the famous brand of the said restaurant, and I was refused to fill an empty bottle because this bottle did not have the company logo. Its still surprising, isnt it? Would a café refuse to put a takeaway coffee in your cup because you dont have the coffees cup? I was stubbornly told, rolling my eyes, that the said beer was not sold in growlers while I had done my fanboy duties by judiciously going to look at the menu. At the end of drinking said beer to go, we returned to find our $5 deposit on the growler. We once again rolled our eyes and said that we couldnt get our deposit back if we didnt buy beer! I believed that the principle of a deposit and that if we bring back the container, we can be reimbursed! A very unpleasant experience and I also advise the manager of the establishment to stop selling beer to take away from the Jacques-Cartier branch, to mislead us and clearly to have staff who do not have want to manage these little junk experiences. I was also very disappointed in a previous experience with cold food. I no longer recommend this establishment which has obviously completely sat on its laurels. We now feel that it is more of a sausage factory than the cozy restaurant I had known.

Saturday July 13, 2024 at Siboire J-Cartier. Starter of slightly overcooked sweetbreads, it can happen, but zero service, neither upon arrival nor during, its not in their habits but there are limits. I was served by a waiter who had finished his meal and who was eating next to me with his friends for the reason that the waiters were busy when the restaurant was practically empty. The guy who served me went back to eat and left with his friends, leaving me to my own devices without any follow-up or service. I could have left without paying since none of the employees had me as a customer, but I didnt! I hope it will be different next time because I like this place.

It was a big exciting day for the Missus and I. We drove in the Sherbrooke to do a Costco run, and then a quick visit Canadas Store for a pair of rubber boots. We had planned lunch at Siboire afterwards so our level of excitement was pretty high. Parking: Rock Star parking. Seating: Nice table upstairs- partial window-view. Service: Our server was prompt and professional and spoke the language of the clients. Food: I hade the beef tartar, and the Missus chose a prosciutto and arugula pizza. Ive dined at some pretty prestige bistros over the years and the tartar they served me was absolutely on par with the best ones Ive had in Montreal, and France. Bravo freaking Zulu Chef! Sweeties pizza was delicious to according to said Sweetie. Again, kudos to the Kitchen! Drinks: White wine for the Missus because thats the way she rolls. A 0% alc brown beer for me because Im driving. According to many sources the pour that I received was cause for litigation, and cause for much worse than that in Ireland where Im told the barmans well-being would be forfeit. All in all though, the place was lively, the food and service spot-on, and their bar-person needs to find a job- elsewhere.

Superb place! The beers are good, the atmosphere is good. Kids friendly I had the salmon tartare. Lack of taste and in places it was partially frozen. My partner had the beef tartare. Lack of taste. And unfortunately my partner got food poisoning. He was sick all night. This is a sad situation. I imagine that with a burger, his experience would have been different.

Was very good...my meal was just what I needed....unfortunately didnt have a beer....but there was a great selection....service was excellent...friendly ...no rush...Definitely recommend this place.

Atmosphere, decor and service are impeccable. Point to improve: the pizzas are a little small, a little missing toppings and the dough looks like pita bread. I find it a little expensive for what is given :/ Otherwise, I highly recommend the burger and the BEERRRRRRE.

Lucky for us that we had a waiter who could speak English and they had menus available as such. I had their house French Onion Soup which was fantastic. I also had poutine which was also very delicious. To drink, I had their Oak Stout which is a dark beer and very smooth. Great taste as well.

Not knowing the region I didnt know what to expect, but I found this jewelry by chance! The food is good, very large choice of beers - the ones I tried are really good - the decor is very original and the waitress seemed to be on speed, in short, great experience!

Very nice microbrewery! The beers are good. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend for a drink or to eat. If you dont know the products and/or you are a tourist in the city, put this place on your list!!

I had dinner here with a group and we were very well served.

The waiters and waitresses are very professional. The cuisine is really varied and of high quality. I highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: A lot of space.

I was going in for fish and chips but they only serve this at the downtown location apparently. I tried the deer burger and it was very good. I recommend it highly. Pricing is reasonable and good decor. Perfect for lunch.

I dont recommend the Caesar salad with chicken, an old bitter salad, Little sauce, little parmesan and bacon. Cold chicken not seasoned, bland and brownish. Not up to date. I am not returning. Nothing to say for the friendly service.

Its always my favourite place to go for a drink in Sherbert. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. The food is good perfect place to hang out with some friends.

All meals eaten were delicious (Buffalo cauliflower, club sandwich fries and beef tartare); all the guests enjoyed themselves. The portions and the quality/price are perfect!
