Qualité de la nourriture laisse à désirer, surtout avec des prix aussi élevés. Payer 8$ pour un petit sandwich au pain sec et imbibé du jus de la tomate, c’est pathétique…
It’s literally the worst canteen I’ve ever been to. There is just nothing to eat. Please, change your sandwiches/burgers/onion rings to normal food. Your «pho» soup is okay, but it’s impossible to eat it every day. The salad bar is somewhat satisfying but again, a salad is a good side dish, but there’s no main dish to accompany it. Also, people don’t get hungry after 15:00 you think? It’s absolutely hilarious how they want to build a research hub at UdeS, but researchers have to think about how to eat on campus, or where to eat after 15:00.
Great place to find healthy food in "fast-food format". Their bowl Oaxaca is really good👍🏼
Too expensive for nothing
I was bot expecting this quality for a student cafe in a university. The meals were tasty, balanced and well priced. Many healthy options and tailored for everyone. One advice- if you are vegan, the same grill is used for everything (chicken, beef, tofu, vegan burgers)
Food is good and hygiene is well taken care of. If you are a vegetarian go with grand fries and veg burger.
Terrible quality, shockingly overpriced (even glasses to drink water from have a price tag). It really makes no sense to stop for food there, unless you don't have the time to go somewhere else.
Aweful food and really expensive ..best avoided
Dear pizza
Quantity of daily specials low for the price, choice of hot dishes low, I have seen school canteens with more varied dishes and which really taste better.
Good morning. Cafe closed at 7 p.m. really a shame. Nothing is open on campus at the end of the day.
When you have to save the number of cheese you eat (i.e. a third of a grain per 3 bites) in a poutine so as not to end up with a mountain of fries at the end, its because there has a serious problem. Avoid this poutine at all costs.
Good staff! Super nice
Alright
External catering services make the food bad. Since the fall, the soup (which was the only passable thing) has been diluted with water.
Nothing to say, the food was good and the staff friendly. I recommend to everyone.
Wheelchair accessible
Value for money leaves much to be desired
Unaffordable, not healthy more than the minimum. Can help, but nothing more.
For a university restaurant its not bad! Its a little restaurant of sorts :)
Its expensive for the quality, but it helps out well
Always fresh with friendly staff. Sincerely happy with the choice and quality of the food
They have a monopoly at UdeS. Indecent prices and bad food. They have been in deficit for several years.
Nothing very magical and expensive
Cafe CAUS... Its almost unanimous, there arent many people who appreciate what you do. In addition, you have very low profitability. So why do you continue to exist? Few would mourn your passing.
Pasta salads with too much liquid, very stupid employees, exorbitant price for the quality. I asked to grill a sandwich that was in the firgos and I would have had to pay $2 extra. Claim to listen to customer opinions but thats totally false. Who should I contact to complain? (Not the company but the University staff responsible for choosing the caterer for the cafeterias)
Thank you for the great holiday meal this afternoon. Can you also thank all your staff involved (kitchens, bar, etc.) for their attentive work? Happy holiday season to everyone.
Expensive meals!
Always a smile and lots of choice! A little expensive, but much better than many cafeterias. Nothing is prepared in advance, which ensures hot meals.
Expensive, bland, no selection without meat, plenty of time to replace it
Lots of choice on the catering services menu. There is something for everyone!!
Expensive for the quality served there. We wouldnt eat here every day.
Lots of choice in the catering menu
The cafeteria is still open late which even allows you to have dinner on site. There isnt much choice, but its a good convenience store.
Good morning Im at administration school, I find that the sandwich offer is simply inedible. No respect, the bread is dry, I just exchanged my brown bread sandwich for another one which is more recent and white but which is also hard... I think its too expensive to pay for what you offer, my convenience store does better. The students and I opted for lunch rather than eating your food. Which makes it less fresh, you always reduce the supply but its not good... Sorry but I think the students are poorly served... To publish I had to give one star but its too much... Ive been waiting for more than 10 years and wishing to eat better at the FAC. Lise Desmarais Professor
Everything is too expensive and not good. The food is not fresh, the recipes questionable and the prices abusive
