Very pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu. The food was very well cooked, arrived fast and was delicious. Their strawberry mojito was also very good. We had a great server who had no problem speaking english for my english speaking fiancé. Overall an experience I would gladly have again!
1.- The service was awful 2.- the table was dirty 3.- The service took 10 min, and then he said that the menu from 12 to 3pm did not apply at 3:02pm 4.- we asked for ketchup at the beginning arrives at the end, we asked for refill for our 2 children just one glass was refilled at the end. 5.- it is a chicken rotisserie, doesn't need a fancy place. Loved it, hadn't been in a long time. They have a very varied menu. Tried the Indian chicken, that also came with a side sauce of regular gravy, which was a nice comforting touch. The service was impressive. The food came fast and the waitress was friendly, patient and super helpful with us. Place looked nice. Good place to catch a good Saturday night Habs game! (Even during a quite Easter weekend!)
I ordered 12 chicken wings at the take out counter with fries and the server clearly didn’t understand English because when I got home I was given 4 chicken strips instead. If you don’t understand what is being said then tell me that or get someone else does. Disappointed, especially being my first time at this location.
Beautiful place, spacious and comfy but the slow service quickly makes you forget the nice atmosphere. I ordered a simple standard quarter chicken which I expected to very quick as indicated on their menu. It took half an hour. Chicken was dry and practically room temperature. Seems like it had been sitting on the counter for an a while waiting to be brought to the table. I’m really disappointed. I was really looking forward to the St-Hubert experience. Probably would’ve been happier just getting a Costco rotisserie chicken for $7.99. At least it would be steaming hot. In this current economic context, it is even more important to focus on great service as many are tightening their budget and are less inclined to eat out.
Fast food with out the fast or price. The quality is what you would expect from any drive through window restaurant, however the speed of service and the price don't match. The chicken was good, however the potatoes were greasy and the cheese for the poutine was not melted. As a whole a dissatisfying expirence that I can still taste the next morning.

J ai pris un club sandwich, je ne sais pas ce qu ils ont mis dedans mais en temps normal c est supposé être de la Mayo mais ça ressemblait beaucoup plus à du beurre honnêtement ça m a donné mal au c ur c était beaucoup trop gras, mon pain n était même pas bien toasté. Really fatty chicken, and more for less, but thats not what the boss said on TV. Revision of the menu yes, for 7 out of 7 days you have to add $4. Otherwise no soup or dessert or drink A friend and I dont look at the price but with what the boss said on television, we didnt expect that. We are very disappointed with the results. I ordered a poutine online for home delivery (I live quite close) and the order took a little over an hour to arrive. In addition to the long wait, the order was cold.
We ordered and took the holy burger.. no fries the burger was burnt the cold frozen chicken the chicken noodle soup it had none of that.. we are really disappointed..
I switched to ordering from the car and it was so efficient I left there in 3 minutes with my meal for me and my husband an Economix for two people it was very good and for the price it was very affordable I recommended !!!

The chicken was so dry, difficult to remove from the skin for both meals ordered....even the bread was hard and almost burnt. Im sure no employee would have eaten the meals. Very good food, but the service was poor. Even when there were almost no people in our section, the service was extremely slow. Today, around 8 p.m., the young man made me wait almost 30 minutes in line for the car pick-up. He also took my fork out of the kit and skewered it so I wouldnt notice, all because there was no tip left. For curbside pickup!!!

Very bad experience this Thursday. We ordered online for takeout. When we arrive, we go to the drive-thru order to pick up our order. An employee answers us and tells us to go to the other window and that our order is almost ready. Time passes, 10 minutes, 15, 20, 25, 30 MINUTES. We enter the restaurant, our order is on the counter, cold. They forgot us. The employee offers us brownies for the waiting time and forgetfulness. When we got home, we didn t have our coleslaws, nor our sauces for our chicken strips and we ate cold. Really disappointed.
Lets start with the positive points: the place is clean and large, comfortable and intimate. The waitress was very professional and courteous. The menu has a nice variety (lots of vegetarian and gluten-free choices). The starter (picture plate) was excellent! The quantity on the plates was generous. As for the negative points, we found the value for money to be rather average. There were three of us and we had three very different dishes and all thought we paid quite a lot for the quality.
Unfortunately, its been 2 times that Ive gone to the drive-thru and there are items missing from my order (like extra sauce, etc.) and each time I ask the cashier if they can check my order and they tell me yes. an error can happen sometimes but several times is very unpleasant

Bad Caesar salad. The calamari I feel like we were served the rest of the leftover frozen... Ribs... average, and the Hubert chicken burger is cold but delicious nonetheless... Dessert was superb. .. $1xx bill. It would be wise to review the quality and quantity of your dishes.

I booked 1 month in advance for a group of 30 people. They decided to separate our group, one in a room and the other with the rest of the restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant at all for large reservations. Poor service, even with a complaint to try to find a solution, nothing is possible.

The service is excellent. The food is good. The bar side is excellent for sports enthusiasts. Parking: There is also a drive-thru service near the parking lots that goes around the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: It is easy to park for people with reduced mobility.
Disappointing service and quality. Unacceptable delivery time and condition of the meal. It is said that delivery will be in 30 minutes but it is regularly almost an hour, sometimes more. Meals regularly spend 45+ minutes in the delivery car before arriving (and its not the traffic, we are less than 1km from the restaurant). It seems like were still at the end of the trip when the car returns to the restaurant. This results in meals that arrive half-cold: lukewarm cold chicken with sticky skin, cold and inedible fries and bread as stiff as cardboard given the time spent in the delivery car and we end up throwing away a large part of it. There are also often order errors. We give the wrong things or we forget them. And when we forget something, instead of rushing to deliver whats missing, we put you at the END OF THE LINE AND MAKE YOU WAIT ANOTHER HOUR. UNACCEPTABLE. Plus it has become very expensive for what it is. We have called customer service several times but there is no improvement.
The only negative point was that it was very cold in the restaurant.

Very good food but too much vinaigrette in my Bangkok salad. I found my salad bigger than when I ate one at St-Hubert in Lachine. The service I have experienced better, there were a lot of employees on site for the small number of customers. I waited a long time before seeing the waiter and waitress again for a 2nd course of coleslaw. My girlfriend had her Caesar salad and extra potato reversed (supposedly for two). I simply think that we dont get value for our money by going to eat at St-Hubert...

I couldnt say for the dining room but, as for the drive-thru service, we should remove the word service because there just isnt any, we waited 45 minutes. during our last visit, several errors in the orders (practically every time we go there), the portions of fries are ridiculous for the price paid... In short, the St-Hubert banner drops enormously in my estimation!
We were excited to eat some lobster so we went for the lobster guedille at StHubert. Dissatisfied and a little sad as we don t go out unless it is a special time for us. The bun was really dry, they heated the bun to make it softer to no avail it was crusty dry. The lobster was over cooked and very chewy . They are better at chicken. St Hubert should use the square hotdog buns made for lobster rolls like in Maine. Don t order the lobster you will be disappointed Parking: On king street. Good parking

We had a reservation for 20 people and got a room with no air circulation at all. It was very warm with no possibility to open any windows. Our table didnt get any water glasses even though our 2 other tables in our group did.

I placed an order online in which I unfortunately made a mistake regarding the timing of delivery. So I contacted customer service (the one listed in the confirmation email, not the one at the Sherbrooke West branch) to change the delivery. They couldnt change the order, I had to cancel it (with a refund in 48 hours), reorder the same order and pay for it again. I find it ridiculous that in the age of technology it is not possible to change the delivery time without going through all of this! I simply canceled my order and ordered Chiking! -_-

I tried the mille-feuille, it looks like anything but a mille-feuille, plus it came out of the fridge (so very cold) and it wasnt good. The chicken club, ok, the St Hubert salad: ok. However, I had difficulty digesting it all. My son liked the chicken nuggets but not the fries (its true that the fries are so-so). In conclusion: For Quebecers it is an institution, for foreigners: we go there once to say I did it . The service is good and with a smile, the bill arrives very quickly (like I am paid by tip so please leave room for others).. I went back, the service is still fast, the next time I get paid by tip. I hadnt even finished my dish before someone brought me dessert. Finally when I say dessert its a way of speaking: 2 bites for a New Yorker at 8$50 excl. tax + tips. This is clearly not the place to have dessert. The new decoration is really good.

I ordered wings which were so spicy my boy couldnt eat them. Plus, I had a stomach ache from all the capsaicin in it. When I called the general number they told me to call customer service tomorrow and that the wings are usually not spicy. I wonder if the staff just decided to spice my wings out of malice or because they didnt like my difference or my car? Plus they have the nerve to ask for a tip I would take it back if I could!

When I go directly to the restaurant for a take-out order, I always ask for this change and the restaurant does it without problem.
