Worst Tim’s in Canada. 40 minutes for coffee and Tim bits. Obviously a corporate store. Only 5 cars ahead of our car. Everything falling apart. All staff were overwhelmed at their jobs. Garbages all full and bathrooms disgusting. Sad. Very sad.
My sister and I went to this Tim Hortons and we were very disappointed and unsatisfied with their service. Also it is very crowded. Do not recommend. They dropped my sister's drink and asked her if she wanted to keep what was left of the drink (there was barely anything left) or if she wanted a new one (which i thought was an idiotic question). Other than that, we asked them for a new one and the new drink was half-full.

Update: following my comment they have partially arranged the drive-thru service. Which I really appreciate. However, asphalt still needs some love. This is already a good improvement and I have to point it out! For this reason I added one star to the overall rating. The drive-thru is in ruins. Its been several years now and nothing has been done to improve the situation. The menu is 45 degrees, the potholes are more like ostrichs nests and often the intercom doesnt work. The employees do the job but nothing more. When I say thank you have a good day and they dont even answer me, I find it very ordinary. These days Tim Hortons are generally pitiful but this one doesnt score well! I still go there regularly because its close to my work, but if there was another one, I wouldnt go to that one. Vegetarian options: Mostly snack foods, lunches and a very ordinary sandwich. There is also the new pizza which is offered just with cheese. Parking: The asphalt is in very poor condition but there is ample parking for the number of customers.

The drive-thru is incredibly long. The terminals are outdated and oddly inclined, it lacks a little love (exterior renovation). I had three vehicles in front of me and I waited 20 minutes. Very unfortunate.

I went there twice and our coffee was way too sweet. After reporting it to the drive-thru order, they did not want to take back my 3 coffees
I was a regular customer but the service was constantly deteriorating. Second time in a row that I have gone there and run out of stock. Last visit, ordered a grilled chicken wrap after a long wait at the drive-thru and once the order was paid I was told that the chicken was not in good condition and offered breaded chicken as a replacement. I finally requested a full refund but I was only reimbursed for the wrap. I had to request a refund for my drink. The place seems abandoned because it is in such poor condition and what can we say about the full, overflowing trash cans. Finished for me.
More than once waited 30 minutes for a bagel! He just has 14 year olds who dont even know how to make a bagel! Potato just defrost not even cooked and in addition a bagel just with butter instead of butter and cream cheese toast twice! Not to mention that I was almost given a half-empty bottle of water!!!! The only thing they don t even need to prepare! No common sense!
More than 35 minutes to take the order at the drive-thru. He only had 7 cars ahead. First time I went there and the last time. Several things were missing. The service was poor. The trash cans outside were overflowing. Never seen a Tim Hortons so slow! It doesnt even deserve 1 star!!!

This is a restaurant that seems due for renovations or a refresh. Magane asphalt displays a crooked display which leans towards the cars. I take my coffee with 1/2 sugar and its like I had 2 sugars. In fact, almost all the Tim Hortons in town seem to be neglectful.
After waiting 30 minutes to get our order . Note that there were 2 cars in front!! Food and cold coffee... as long as we have a similar service it would be better to close like the other one a little further away!!!! I recommend the Mc do next door

I go there regularly, despite the long service and order errors, but yesterday I was charged $21 for a wrap, potato wedge and a medium iced latte. Usually this is the price for two meals. When I asked for my invoice they were not able to print it. I realized the error the next day when I looked at my account statement. I go there regularly early in the morning... I bang my nose on the door quite often, very disappointing!! I cant go through the drive-thru because Im in a straight truck with a trailer!! And waiting at the window in the rain is not very pleasant!! Otherwise, the service is still good.

Fairly slow service, the courtyard looks like a war yard (the biggest potholes in town). The business closes at 9 a.m., but no longer serves meals after 8 a.m., as long as I closed completely at 8 a.m. Very disappointed with my experience.

Worst drive-thru service in town, probably due to lack of staff! In my opinion the poor girl is alone to do everything and she makes one order at a time (it takes 10 minutes before you get an answer and there is a car at the counter in front of you!) The outdoor places are full of waste! Go there for a coffee, they have some but ask for nothing to eat, they have more or the machine doesnt work .

Believe me, you have time to make the detour, order at a Tims drive-thru in Fleurimont and come back to St-Éli and it will still be less time than waiting at the Tim Hortons drive-through here. On average 10 minutes of waiting, the longest? 25 minutes... for coffee and donuts...

I just spent 30 minutes waiting at the drive-thru on a Saturday at 10:00 am. While I waited the items that came inside were served in less than 5 minutes. The service was very slow. A customer waited 20 minutes for the drive-thru order. We waited 20 minutes at the counter. The person in charge explained to us that it was because they were on break and there were tasks to do. However, there were around ten employees. Better time and task management would be required!

Ordered 1 large latte and a medium mocha at the drive-thru, received something lukewarm with no foam that tasted nothing like coffee. For the mocha the same but at least it was hot?!!? I went back inside and explained the situation to the person who gave me my order. His reaction: madame a latte we put milk and add espresso.... Really? So why is my latte lukewarm and with no taste other than milk? She offered to add another shot of espresso. It was barely warm and it tasted like old diluted coffee! I took the cup and left. I will resolve this with online customer service. And the icing on Sunday: my Fidelitim points were not registered when the clerk scanned my card....
