So, I've been eating Tim Hortons breakfast on and off here and there... In the past, I would have it daily. Lately, I try not to have breakfast at all most of the time, but some mornings I drop by. The overall service and speed are great. However, I have a complaint about the quality of the bacon. I normally order a Timatin wrap (sausage + bacon). I've almost always ordered the same thing, and lately, in the last few weeks, the texture of the bacon seems different. I often wonder if I'm eating plastic—I often have to check to make sure I'm not eating some kind of plastic packaging. I don't recall ever feeling this before in the past, but the last 3-4 wraps seem consistent. Did you change your bacon supplier or preparation method? Am I the only one that feels this way about it? Everything else is really good, but I'm considering not taking the bacon in my wraps anymore. I don’t know if this is a thing only at this location. I haven’t gone to a different Tim Hortons in a while.
Loved the iiced coffee
Absolutely the worst service I've experienced in Sherbrooke, people working can barely speak or understand French or English, and get angry at you when you are not getting what you ordered. Hopefully the students working their with bad attitudes don't work in other customer service related jobs in the future.
Wanted to go at 10h30pm 11hpm. The lights were all on, the screens were also on but no one was there. Doors locked. It happened to me at a few 24hrs Tims. What the hell ?

The checkout service was impeccable, but it took almost 15 minutes to get my 2 wraps from the workers.

Slow service. Incorrect order 1 time out of 2. Bad customer service. My order was incorrect again, I called back and they didnt half understand what I said, so I went back and they almost laughed in my face. Really deplorable, because several people like me working in nearby dealerships go to this place and I am disappointed that we have to have terrible service every time for a coffee
I got 2 potato pancakes instead of 3 and they had just been put in the bottom of the bag without packaging and the girl replied Well, it doesnt matter.

It s pitiful in every aspect!
I take the trouble to mention that my order was incorrect and the young girl serving persists to tell me that that s what I ordered! Context; Im asking for a hazelnut cold brew coffee this morning. She hands me an iced coffee without foam, without syrup. I tell her its not the right coffee, she tells me its what we prepared for you! I dont work for Tim but I know exactly how my coffee should be and I tell her again that its not that, that even if she had brewed it the foam on the top was still missing. She leaves and comes back to tell me it was brewed. Im absolutely not convinced so Im asking him to do it again and not to stir it up! She returns a minute later with the same iced coffee in her hands, but with an addition of what appears to me to be foam on top. I didnt really have time to RE-ask him to do the right thing so I took my coffee laughing (yellow) and left. It was actually whipped cream that was added on top of the so-called hazelnut cold brew coffee. It s quite insulting to be taken for caves, even though I was very polite! ** update ** I just opened my morning BLT and the egg is missing, but I have the cheese! I will go inside next time to make sure everything is ok because I have rarely been so poorly served in a Tim.
Very lousy car service..Im generous with my star because that would be none..The young girl at the car service in the morning during the week is very arrogant..Its really not her place customer service... This is really the last time Im going to go to this place...

Always good service during the week but on the weekend my orders are ALWAYS incorrect, either the food is not well cooked or poorly executed or they make the wrong order and charge us too much I know that managers and bosses like to have their weekends off but they really should have more supervision on Saturday and Sunday because its really nonsense

Ordered 2 ice caps, 1 large and 1 medium, received the ice caps and it had the same quantity in both, after mentioning this observation the lady replied that she must respect the lines on the cup Disservice

OK but not many donut choices
If you have 30 minutes to spare on a Saturday or Sunday lunchtime. Its the ideal place to wait in line, take messages, text family and friends, watch social media, chat with new people who are also waiting for a coffee!!!! 30 minutes is the minimum wait, no jokes my coffee was cold when it was finally my turn.
Looking at the other reviews, Im not the only one to be discouraged by this Tim Hortons! I can understand that there is a lack of manpower, however in the situation I have just experienced it is not due to the lack of manpower, but to the lack of logic. Waiting 15 minutes at the after-sales service without anyone saying please for a moment, I was answered after a few hellos from me to tell me a moment! After another moment of waiting I was finally able to place my order! Returned to the window no apology, stupid look and no reaction when I mentioned that it would be polite to say one moment please before the customer thinks the restaurant is closed!!! Dont ask yourself why Tim Hortons is losing its customers, the service is simply abominable. Denis Bourque you should go back to the floor and supervise your employees like you did before!
No normal drive-thru, tell us to go to the window. No one from the service seemed impatient. Excessive waiting time today even though there were just 2 vehicles in front of us for more than 15 minutes. And in general they have few or no donuts available whether morning or evening.
Sad but by reducing your opening hours by not wanting to give your employees a real salary instead of fattening your pockets unnecessarily speaking... the service I am sure would be even better & it would be open day & night... but pay your employees in a way that makes them feel underpaid... dont expect much, know that which is sad because the girls who work at this Tim are golden women!!
Donate more batches of donuts and timbits every time I go there that I want my donuts or my timbits you dont have

Very well located at the corner of Mi-Vallon and Boul. Bourque. This is not a restaurant with several tables, but mainly for take out or drive service.
Very well received, I had two gifts to give so I bought cards with a certain amount.
Accuracy of orders often incorrect
I went there today, the drive-thru served my order but didnt charge me for the right products at the right prices. To watch!! Too complicated for them.
Im glad Im able to order at the drive-thru with my horse.

Its long and painful
I went there on Sunday at 8 p.m., no service from the two (2) employees who looked at me and who continued to talk, for after 5 one of the two employees decided to come and serve me. I asked him for a 12 donuts and he took out a muffin box for me, I was desperate, and finally, when I got home, I realized that the donuts werent for the day, they were the donuts from Saturday morning , they were hard as rock. Never go to Tim Hortons.
Very unwelcoming and unsmiling staff. They are always out of stock of something (bread, potatoes, etc.). After several tries, we decided to go elsewhere!
Super good but.... But... Slow service. Lack of staff. The big problem... Changing the menu too often when you like something they change it. And when there is a new product, well... Forget to taste it, there are almost never any. But Tim has the best French vanilla! The donuts are always fresh.

Generally good, the coffee is of uneven quality like in many Tim Hortons but the food is good and the service is fast.
I had to have a tongue transplant after drinking coffee, fourth degree burns (yes they identified it as that) and I was unable to taste afterwards.

Perfect food. Strange staff. We seem to take customers for granted. Unpleasant atmosphere. No smile. Poorly cleaned tables. No point in going back. We feel like were disturbing. (Three visits) Management should react and/or intervene.
The choice of donuts is limited and the service is slow most of the time.
Worst Tim Horton in the world, the service is rude and unpleasant.. The wrap looks like it was made by a monkey in a wheelchair, that makes no sense, everything is crooked.. I recommend it to anyone, there is another 500 meters away if you dont want to be disappointed
9 times out of 10 they have no stock or nothing is available, lack of organization. The problem is definitely in the staff!!!

The drive-thru service is generally quite quick.
The drive-thru service really leaves something to be desired. No courtesy. The person taking orders is really not pleasant. Dont make the mistake of getting an order wrong, she raises her voice and gets angry. It happened more than once.
