I was alone and waited 30 minutes sitting at my table without being served. On a Friday noon... I have patience but I have my limits.

Its -7 outside and its freezing inside.

Bon service, bonne bouffe, mais vous ne devez pas vous parker ds les parkings pour personne à mobilité réduite. Je me suis fais grafigner mon char solide et assez creux pour que ça frise. Probablement un habitué qui voulait son parking et qui pense que tout lui est dû . Y en a beaucoup des gens comme ça. Et malheureusement pas ds le coin.

I share a great experience of Saturday November 9, 2024, I celebrated my daughters birthday at Normandin I was very satisfied with the service especially from the young Enola if Im not mistaken about her name the food was good as well as the decor she had prepared the setup and everything I thank her for her dedication her professionalism my guests were also very happy with the welcome and everything. Good quiet family corner I wish them great continuity

Good food and service

To be honest, the quality of the food has increased so much that Im not afraid to say that its now in my restaurants of choice. Home fries, chicken fillet that doesnt appear to be frozen fillets. A big thumbs up for a change of direction. In addition, the pizza is clearly one of the best in Sherbrooke with real oven cooking.

The order was wrong and the choices were rather ordinary.

We had a frozen lasagna and two white goose pastries with a frozen desert.

Undercooked pizza, we could really stretch the raw dough at the crust, cold pepperoni and extra undercooked bacon on top! Our hearts were lifting, Mothers Day wasted! Same thing for the French onions, soft and dripping with cooking oil and no small cup of honey to accompany them as offered in other places. I wonder what MAPAQ would think...

We are regulars at this restaurant and have always appreciated the quality of their cuisine, the reasonable prices, and the good specials offered. However, during our last visit, we encountered an unexpected problem that marred our experience. As we enjoyed our meal, a neighbor at the table began texting each other, his phone making a loud, disturbing ding sound each time. This noise pollution, persistent for several minutes, considerably disrupted the quiet atmosphere that we were looking for. To our surprise, we discovered that this person was actually an employee of the restaurant. We would like to express our disappointment in a constructive manner and hope that the restaurant will take steps to prevent this type of situation from happening again. It would be wise to remind employees and customers of the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment by turning off sound notifications on their mobile devices. We hope that this remark will be taken into consideration, because we like this address for its culinary qualities and its good value for money. It would be a shame if such a mishap was repeated and spoiled the customer experience.

We went to eat this afternoon at Normandin for a funeral. We had excellent service even though there were only 2 in the kitchen. Our waitress Amelie, a real gem! Thanks to the whole team

The service is slow at times, but for everything else I would give five stars. Especially for the meals which are delicious and all the dedicated staff!

Long wait at the entrance Once seated at the table we had old placemats: gum stuck in one corner of one placemat, uncleanliness on another! We ourselves changed the placemats with the table next to us! Very very very slow service: 45 minutes waiting for the meals which were 2 lunches! Really disappointed!

Ordered a plate of eggs benedict, I asked for my runny yolk. I received a hard yolk, water leaked out of the egg when I cut it and flooded my plate. The Hollandaise sauce had separated and was greasy and brownish. The potatoes were good but very lukewarm. I asked for white bread and I got brown bread... in short, really not the best plate of Benedictine Ive eaten...

I waited one hour with my two child. We never saw our food coming. The waitress didn t care to give us any updates and when we asked her how long it will take, she said the kitchen was busy. We ended up leaving the restaurant. A real waste of time!

Honestly before posting a review I wanted to give it several chances because the food is super good and your service gets a big -2. Once we arrived to eat there at 5:45 p.m., we were 2 adults and 4 children. We were refused because the lady told us that we lacked a waitress. We told her that we were really in no hurry but refused us anyway. Behind us there were 3 and she installed him at a table so I ask her why we cant have a table and repeats to me that there is a lack of waitress I tell her who can give us two separate tables it will be 3 no one on each table but refuses so we left very disappointed. Some time later September 21 at 5 p.m. I ordered online for delivery after 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting I decided to call and the person who answered told me that the delivery man was 1 hour late on his figure I replied Okaie and dont call you The customer tells me that there is no time and my delivery is envious. Arriving from the delivery guy Im missing a poutine so I tell the delivery guy and he answers me well my little lady youre not going to get it right away because there are a lot of orders I tell him to reimburse me straight away. Which does. 2 weeks later (October 4) I order online again only to have an employee call me after 38 minutes to tell me that there is no delivery today because there is no delivery person! I placed my order at 6:00 p.m. online and the app said it would arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. At 7:05 p.m. I called and was put on hold and told she would speak to the manager. After 15 minutes I hung up and called back and was told she was sorry, they were very busy and without any compensation. Well yes you are busy because of people like me who order! I canceled my order. The delivery man still arrived at 7:30 p.m. without suspecting the slightest problem. It was a first for us and the last... Never! Terrible customer service!
