Fast service, the poutine with brown meat was excellent, I personally would have a little more sauce, but that is me.
The store in the East, the chicken was very dry, and small. The fries were to salty. Usually it's better.
Friendly service. Food was prepared quickly. The French Fries were tasty and we'll prepared. The Club Sandwich was great, with proper bacon and mayo. Good gravy.
I called ahead to confirm the type of soup. I was placed on hold then told creamy chicken. I drove 10 minutes to get there I was there 20 minutes after the call to be told the soup was chicken noodle. When I said I called and was told creamy chicken they said I was told wrong thing. When your sick and looking for something specific it really suck to be lied to
It a good chicken rotisserie. You can eat inside, the price are standard(I guess), the only problem is the way the cashier wash the alarm/ringy-thing they give when you order. She wash only the top part, then stack them on top of an other.
Dont really like talking bad about places , but it is the 2nd time in a row with bad experiences at this place. First time, it took them 30 mins to get a 1/4 chicken meal out. Fries came stale on top of that. Today, not so slow, but it still seems like they serve fries from the day before, and chicken was cold. Not my place, I guess!
Twice we have waited more than an hour for delivery. When we have called to ask about our order we have been told “the average delivery time is 35-45 minutes “ - that is fine, but 60-80 minutes is not 35-45. No willingness to acknowledge the unreasonably long wait time or to even attempt to make it right. It is too bad the customer service is so terrible because the chicken is delicious but not good enough to wait that long for. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
I am here now we on Bourque Blvd,my wife and I do not speak French and we're having a hard time ordering,the only thing the server said was "French is very important in Quebec " she was no help at all,how VERY rude. Only gave one star because I can't give zero stars.
I often order from this place but today I was really disappointed 1 the poutine was cold with no sauce and a few grains of cheese 2 the delivery guy is stupid and complains at me because he has to come and bring me another one I waited 2 hours for a poutine and the waitress was stupid and didnt seem happy when I told her that my poutine was far from correct. Go across the street to McDonalds, better service and less waiting

Ayoye! This evening, I went to eat at this restaurant and we asked for another plate. Guess what we received as a response!? ...It costs $2.30! Well, let s see!!! Soon we will bring utensils and plates. However, they will have to put back the sinks to wash our dishes.

Located on King Street in Sherbrooke A very clean place with plenty of parking available. The service is A1, very fast, and the plates are beautiful. I would also like to highlight the politeness and professionalism of the waitresses. The toilets are excessively clean which is always a plus. The restaurant is up to date, in a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone and I will come back without hesitation!
Waited a long time for a club sandwich which was more or less hot. Additionally, I asked for dark meat and got white meat. As for the coleslaw, it tastes like onions and super salty.

It is by far the best roast chicken you can find in Sherbrooke and I would even say in Quebec! Whether its the sauce, the fries, the coleslaw or the chicken itself, everything is delicious there.
Chicken overcooked and rubbery despite that. Fries taste like old oil and the sauce is really ordinary. Were going to continue going to Bennys. We do not recommend.

They did the job for a while I ordered it 3 to 4 times a week at work he refuses a delivery about 400 feet from their restaurant for $1.38 which is missing from the order and the order arrives with a surcharge for an extra sauce which I I have never asked for access to delivery. I have no words about the garden salad with grilled chicken delivered except that I had salad with rotten ends and the taste was terrible sorry but no I dont want any more salad! The chicken meals, ribs and poutine are good though!

I would like to share my experience which was really disappointing with the chicking restaurant on King Est. To begin with, I went to dinner yesterday with my grandmother who has difficulty with the heat. We had taken take-out to start but she went out to check the temperature and came back to me telling me that she wouldnt feel good with the temperature. So I told him no problem we will eat inside with the air conditioning understanding the need to stay cool. Barely 2 minutes later, the waitress came to tell us that it was not possible to eat inside with our meals. However, my grandmother does not tolerate the heat and initially she thought she could. In addition, we support the restaurant by buying their food and we are forbidden from eating under their roof. I find the waitress incomprehension of the situation disappointing. It will be my pleasure to share with those around me the facts and my personal experience with the banner.

Usually I am always satisfied with the meals that I go for, but this evening for dinner very disappointed, the first time I ate a chicken sandwich duo with rice it was very good, but this evening not much in the sandwich, barely a little chicken, tomato and salad, no cheese at all! I barely ate a few bites, it was just bread! I went back to show this photo, the manager responded well, next time Im going to get a free chicken sandwich!

Wow wait 50 minutes for my order and when paying with debit the machine never works and leaves with the order... Always errors on orders! It might be good to change your machines from other restaurants, they have no problem. Very disappointing service unfortunately ended for us.

Sunday night. Waited 50 minutes on site for 2 poutines and childrens croquette repad. Very good products but the wait is terrible. I think the owner should reduce his menu and come back with a smaller menu and thus speed up his service.

We ordered half a chicken, two legs and one thigh all with 1/2 rice and 1/2 fries. The dishes were generous, but the chicken was too salty at times. The chicken was not overcooked and perfectly juicy, especially in the breast area. A nice surprise! The fries are limp without any seasoning. The sauce is just okay. Very good service with a smiling cashier. On the other hand, it was a bit long (30 minutes) before we could collect our plate. Overall, it was a nice, quick lunch that my family and I enjoyed.
Rotisserie with always fast, delicious service and with a smile. Its all there! Point to improve: the floor is very slippery in front of the order counter with the melted snow on it, sticking anti-slip strips would solve the problem.

Sorry but really too expensive for a meal that is always cold, I gave chances but the pandemic seems to be the preferred excuse of this administration, the one on king is at least, plus the delivery time is extremely long and very long, if you are not able to provide stop taking orders because I must say that your competitor Benny does it very well and besides it is my place to order, you have changed and this will be to your certain detriment , read the comments carefully in general, and take them seriously please because it doesnt seem to concern you so much I think.

I love their poutine! The only problem is the delivery time. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant and its a minimum wait of 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes... now I order in advance when Im able. If it wasnt for that I would have given it 5 stars!

1. The delivery man had the mask on his chin. 2. Ordered 3 club sandwiches, he spilled the burnt bread inside, salad had no taste, gained from incompetence he took the customers for cellars. The owner does your job, next time Ill report the mask.

1900 Friday November 20th its the covid rush I respect the standards and the arrows I wait 20 min with other customers. The girl at the counter takes a customer who has just returned.
