Usually nothing wrong with this place but this time but there was barely a slice of tomato, random cheese pieces (none of our orders had cheese), my sister was given a wrong order, and the fries were soggy.
My order was placed at 2:52 am, I drove across northern part of the the city to get there quickly and I entered the parking at 2:59am, in a hurry to not miss the burger shift since I ordered a Bigmac. I get to the microphone in an instant as there was no one else, Jonathan the floor manager answered me slowly taking his time, first thing he said was "hold a moment please!" ...and he waited until 3:00 am... as soon as the clock turned to 3:00am, he came back asking for what I want, I told him my order was TR44 ordered at 2:52am, so before the shift change, because I am very familiar with the McDonald's shift change, they must complete last orders ordered prior 3 AM, before changing shift, and I got to the mic before 3am so normally he should not be lazy or try to play smart and just complete my order. Right? So here is how Jonathan, the floor manager wanted to negociate his lazyness out of this, he told me "Let's see what we can do here, what I have left are mcchickens, quarter pound..." he said he can sell me other things than what I ordered since his grill is closed and washed up already! I mean if it really took 2 seconds to clean the grills then serve last order prior 3AM, and clean the little 8 inches section again maybe. He insisted on selling me his old crap burgers, instead of what I ordered, I did not want the old burgers he proposed me... so I told him "I drove all the way here for you to take your time to answer me and make me miss my..." Jonathan felt very important to raise his voice and interrupt me, he said: "Wo wo wo wo! Stop talking behind the mic come face to face here at the window instead if you want to complain!!! I am the one in charge here and you are not going to complain like that to me." I felt threatened so I just asked his name, and left. Drove back home, disapointed, felt manipulated, felt lied to, felt threatened and also felt like they just don't care doing their job properly and honestly. They don't care losing a customer or not or solving issues, they don't care taking a complaint. I been a customer there since I am a child, they just closed an entire chapter of my life here, never again I will go back there, for a Bigmac?!? Are you kidding me? You guys will lose like thousands of dollars over a Bigmac?!? Also, if his grills were already cleaned up the second our clocks turned to 3 am, that means he did not wait 3 am to do the shift change or he lied to me. Cooking a Bigmac does not take a full grill surface he could have closed his shift with my order, then quickly clean again. Also a single Bigmac is not going to stain a grill to the point that bacon or saussage paddies will be tarnished. His denial to serve my 2:52am order at 3:00am since he slowly answered me at 2:59, holding me until the clock turns 3:00 AM, was very dishonest and an extraordinary feature of incompetence, lack of salesmanship and his attitude on the microphone was real show of bad customer service. Instead of causing all this drama he could have just serve me my bigmac, make a sale and keep a customer, since his slow response and him not respecting the shift change was the cause of all this. I lost time, gas and you guys lost a bunch of good customers since I was the mcdonald runner for my entire family. The staff you choose to represent your restaurant will greatly impact the reviews you get and the customers you keep, managers are the ones training other employees on the floor, his courtesy example was the very least of the best, the way he badly handled the shift change and poorly managed the situation. I felt threatened when he raised his tone at me to go to the window, I was just trying to get the order I ordered before the shift change since I drove all the way there... This is disgusting me so much, what happened, that I will write letters of complaint to the owners of this franchise and/or the office of the president, or the highest department in charge. Hopefuly they better train this manager which is threatening customers as soon as they complain a little, or just replace him with a smarter person.
It does precisely what it's suppose to do. My kids love the park. I'm just careful what I order for them

Went through the drive through, had a big list of things for 6 people and no mix-ups, very quickly served. Food was hot, burgers were well made (not just tossed around quickly) and the employees had a great smile.

I would like the altruism and good humor of young Alexis Laramée. I cant fault him for his hard and arduous work. His magnificent smile gave me an appetite. His headphones suited him perfectly. Dont give up.
We ordered a double Big Mac trio and a spicy chicken cheeseburger Poutine trio. The fries were clearly undercooked, the steaks lacked salt and the double Big Mac clearly lacked sauce (or are other restaurants too generous?!). To top off the massacre my sprite tasted like bad, barely sweet sparkling water. We were leaving a show at 10 p.m., well go to Burger King next time
In the childrens area it is very dirty and smells of grease, there should be someone to keep it clean since children play here :(
Huge shout out to William, 18, who managed us like a McChampion. At 1:30 in the morning, a McChef attitude, little jokes, a real McSoleil ray. I would take away stars because they forgot the sauce for my McCroquettes but hey, its not that important in the end. Long live McHappiness.

Its the FAST FOOD atmosphere and depending on the age of the cook, the hamburgers sometimes leave something to be desired.
The service inside is not fast. Up to 15min wait to receive my order. We can see that the self-drive orders are really ahead of us!!!
For 4 ice creams it took 30 mins. In addition, all the time, all the employees were busy with nothing to do. The girl who ended up serving us was flirting and laughing the whole time. I would have given 0 if I could. Really, the Mcdo at Fleurimont is 100000000 times better. No one here is in their business, if you continue like this you will really lose all your customers. This is completely unacceptable. I was quietly opening my burger when suddenly I noticed that I had fanum taxed part of my meal, by what I imagine was an employee. Who do you take me for? Kai cenat?
Environmental level a big 0. We come with our own cup for a refill of coffee and the employees are forced to take one of their glasses to fill our cup and put the glass in the trash. The goal of having our own cup is precisely to avoid waste. Bravo MCdo thanks to you we will go far.

9 minutes of waiting for a simple BigMac trio at the counter at 6:30 p.m. Ive never experienced that before. The cleanliness of the premises is unacceptable. While I was waiting, an employee walked past the counter kicking a piece of paper that was lying on the floor towards a trash can and finally instead of picking it up she left it on the floor. One in five free tables had fries on them...

Another order and a missing fish sandwich. 2 times in the last 3 orders. I swear, were fed up, its over for us! Their technique, sending incomplete orders to save time if necessary and saying Well it doesnt matter, theyll call, theyll come get it or at worst well give it to them next time without thinking about the maximum hassle that this generates when one of your children doesnt have their sandwich.. And here is Sunday evening an order from A&W what a joy that it was complete without the hassle of the missing burger for one of us.... Thank you A&W!

Restaurant is quite small around the counter, can be hard to walk through people with your food. Kids zone is somewhat not well cleaned up. Besides that, its McDonalds as you would expect. Staff behind the counter is very efficient and helpful.

Very very slow service 30min wait to get the order. No hygiene. Employees do not use gloves. They touch everyone and make you the sandwich with their hands, they dont even use tongs. Ive gotten sick before. I ask the owner or manager to train young people in good practice.
