I went there today October 19 at 1:35 ans waited 10 minutes as there was. I one at cahier ! Later determined the waitress / cashier was passing broom in the back. Meanwhile I waved several times at employees in the far back Finally one of them, the cook, saw me and came over. I ordered 2 x Mama burgers and a small fries. The cook, no gloves, did the cash then went back to grill never washed his hands … took meat and buns with his hands 🤢 and I just left !!$ Don’t car that unpaid for it this is beyond disgusting
This place is clean. I'm talking hospital level clean. The food is the best fast food I have ever consumed. The service was SLOW and uneventful

Fries are perfect and they cook it in completely separate oil. So, muslims can eat too.
They gave me the wrong drink and the wrong sauce and did not give me the combo price.
Excellent service and food as always. One of the better establishments to go to in Sherbrooke. The staff are well trained, courteous and hard working.
I really like A&W. Especially the one on the King East next to Starbucks. I love the teen burgers at A&W because the meat is very fresh, the sweet potato fries are delicious. Also a super 5 stars for the staffs . Last year I went there to eat with my husband and I forgot my clutch!! After 2 days I recognized I missed it ! And I went back to A&W and the staff gave me back 😊. Merci beaucoup 😊
Still the best fast food burger place out there, even though they are pricier.

Its not complicated at the equivalent price or even cheaper you get more in your burger. To make a long story short, even when you buy the top of the line trim burger you dont actually get anything in it, its not garnished and its empty inside.

What a waste! Error in the order MADE ONLINE (request no sauce) and the poutine is soup with fries. Terrible. Never again.

Have frozen. The floor and wet no sign, an employee fell. Its a long time without common sense... we waited at the checkout for several minutes before being answered. And I repeat but there is no doubt!!!!!!
We put so much seasoning on my French onions that I wasnt able to eat them...

Seriously, I was at the counter for a good 10 minutes. without anyone deigning to come see me. However, 3 employees walked in front of me looking at me without ever coming to see me and Oh yes, I was alone at the counter and it was not the rush
Restaurant empty but open. We could hear the employees in the back but no one came to take our order. We went to Subway instead

I went with friends and the service was good. The atmosphere at the A&W is not always a place you go to relax. Its still a fast food restaurant. It was still good, but for the price its up for discussion.

We order from the car so that it goes quickly with a child in the car and having paid we are told to wait in the parking lot. Twice in a row I told them that they must warn us first.. having known, we would have canceled the order and gone elsewhere.. instead of apologizing, the cashier gave us a fawning and agreeing smile, yessss maaadame.. twice in a row weve been cheated, its is over for us we wont come anymore... plus there were lots of errors in the order... check your bags before leaving!

Very disappointed with this fast food, a lot of waiting for a small order and they didnt even serve the right one, lack of chicken strips and unwelcoming staff.

Received disgusting onion rings I made a complaint to customer service. Ordered at the drive-thru. Check your order before leaving to avoid my experience. For septic tanks see the photo. Received a discount from A&W.

The staff does not listen to orders, does not understand them, makes mistakes (3 mistakes on three menus .), and on top of that they are disrespectful or even insulting

Waiting time without common sense. More than 40 minutes today. They dont put enough employees on site to support the number of customers. The employees remain cordial but are clearly overwhelmed. Big management problem.
