Temps d attente très long café froid et j ai demandé de le réchauffé,pas de micro-onde m en redonne un autre aussi froid.J étais seul dans le restos.Bonne chance au suivant.
Excellente expérience. Nous sommes arrivés, il y avait peu de gens dans le restaurant. Le service était A1 et notre commande est arrivé rapidement. Tout était chaud, bien cuit et bien préparé.
Dégueu l'employé fouilles dans le hamburger avec ses doigts pour enlever des condiments sans gants et pourtant il était prêt à être servi !? La serveuse ne semble pas bien comprendre quand on lui parle et surtout pour être remboursé. Je n'y retournerai pas et ne recommande pas du tout.
I love A&W, it's my favorite fast food restaurant. The burgers are always fresh and hot, the food is served quickly at a decent price. My favorite is the mozza burger 👌🍔
Food was excellent, I liked the Grand Chelem.
The brew bar is a must!! Definitely have to try! The smoothies & frozen rootbeers are great!

The A&W has lost a lot of quality in recent years, which is a shame.

My burger bun is moldy!!! Obviously I opened it when I got to work so I only ate a fries for dinner.....The guy at the drive-thru is not aware of his menu, his colleague says he must give him the answers....the only plus is that the drive-thru service was quick
Unprofessional service
Normally super good, but I was served very old, dry strips last night
We arrived at 8:42 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 9:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. The cashier didnt seem very happy to see us enter but still served us courteously. The order was almost complete after almost 10 minutes for the cook but the cashier had to remind him that a chubby chicken sandwich was missing. So he had to put the chicken patty in oil for cooking time so another 5 minutes of waiting but the rest of our order was already ready in the bags left under warming lights. After the cooking time of the chubby chicken and its preparation the cashier gives us the bags and I check that everything seems to be there then we go back to the house to eat a journey of about 7 minutes. Arriving home we realized that a fry was missing in the end. The onion rings had become soggy and cold, the hamburgers had also become cold. So disappointed to have paid $77 for an order for 4 people, all disappointed to eat cold and poorer quality food due to the circumstances.

Service with a smile, courteous and the meal was delicious
On several occasions, the restaurant says open and it is closed. Sign saying drive-thru service open, then no one answers us.
Does not offer breakfasts, only breakfast sandwiches. However, we are still at lunch time and these are displayed. Another A&W that cuts into lunches which is the least expensive meal to go to a restaurant. Friendly cashier. Its not his responsibility.
I only used the drive-thru.

The long-awaited Brew Bar has finally arrived in Sherbrooke. Since the opening, my partner and I have taken over the beverage menu. They are excellent.

Saturday September 24 Arriving at 11:30 a.m. 3 people were waiting saying our order no onion ring... then they waited... during this time for about 20 minutes the drive-thru was working at full speed and the customers inside were waiting.. ..I saw our orders at the back ready to be served and when we received them everything was cold.....
Opens way too late for lunch...

While we wait at the sv the employees sit on the counter. My chicken sandwich and the cold bread look like they werent cooked at all. Chicken not hot and soft Degeulace onion ring looks like it was reheated 2 to 3 times no ring was held and lukewarm cold. My daughters poutine came in a crushed box. His bread from his uncooked teen sandwich filled with lettuce, barely visible a meatball etc. Frankly the A&W are a real disappointment in Sherbrooke When we dont have employees who respond politely to customers or who dont sit anywhere, etc., the sandwiches are crooked, its spoilt, etc. Where has politeness, a smile and good service gone? Where did your good pucks go other times?
