They refuse to take coupons under the pretext that they have new cash registers! Bad service, bad image of A&W broadcast by this restaurant. In the future, I will go to its much more receptive competitor!

The coke was flat and hot, the fries were lukewarm and mushy and the teen burger had no resemblance to the photo! The person at the counter was very difficult to understand 2/10

Paying $11.50 to receive a cold breakfast, toast, eggs, sausages, everything was cold not to mention that I waited 15 minutes before receiving my order even though the coffee was already served in the cabaret as soon as I paid. Ive loved going to A&W for years, especially eating the onion rings. Unfortunately, for the past two years, the onion rings have been burnt every time, so I dont take them anymore. The rest of the food is still very good. Also: it says that the restaurant closes at 5:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, I stopped by on a Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. and was told that they had already started closing so I couldnt order. And the employee seemed to have finished closing... When you got there, write down that you close at 4:30 p.m.

The disgusting hamburger, the overcooked and heavily breaded chicken fingers, the overcooked fries. I won t go to AW anymore

Im really disappointed. $1 to put cheese on my burger and the guy doesnt even tell me its an extra. In my burger there was a tomato center and the bun was burnt.

I asked for a Poutine and the sauce did not match the originality of our Quebec poutine, very disappointed and do not recommend it.

Cold half-filled poutine in a small box. Too much sauce for the number of fries Not great for the price. Onion rings all broken up in the bag. Didnt eat half. Not a great experience we wont come back.

I ordered a mamaburger and it was cold. I went to the counter to go change it, the staff didnt look happy Didnt tell me: were sorry or excuse us. Handed it to me abruptly. I do not recommend this restaurant they have no smile or good manners. Since the staff was changed it is no better than before! Owner please make changes and quickly.

I come here often since I work in the intersection. The service is generally ok, nothing more. There are lengths to be taken by the service and the employees seem to hate their lives. But today was a record. As I was taking my order, the cashier answered her cell phone and stopped taking my order for the duration of her call. Never seen before.

I said I was allergic to certain spices and the clerk therefore recommended the burger accordingly....however, she forgot to tell me that I would be allergic to the spice in the fries...nice work and beautiful evening at the hospital!

Classic breakfast, uncooked roast, cold potato and English muffin with sausage, its the same as if he took the raw English muffin and put the sausage and egg in it. Very slow service. Dont go to the A and W at the Carrefour de lEstrie anymore, its disgusting, we were regulars at the Aet W at the Carrefour and its over.
