Really friendly staff and great prices. The staff in Fleurimont isn't half as friendly for whatever reason. They would give me a hard time when I used to doordash for them. But Rock Forest is top notch 👌. Thank you guys

Nous avons commandé pour la première fois en ligne. Ils affichent un 20% de rabais sur une commande de 20$ et plus. Lorsque nous appliquons le code promo, aucun rabais ne s'applique. Nous appelons pour avoir des explications, la personne n'est pas cap able de nous comprendre, lorsque nous demandons pour parler au gérant, elle nous dit qu'aucun gérant n'est sur place. Après plusieurs minutes à s'obstiner, elle nous explique que le gérant lui à expliquer que nous avons pris la pizza "spéciale", mais il n'est indiqué nul part que c'est une pizza "spéciale". Donc au départ aucun gérant de présent et après quelques minutes il y a un gérant ??? Bien hâte de voir l'état de la commande, mais côté service c'est un gros zéro ! Première et dernière fois pour nous !
Pizza is good. But the fries in the poutine needs more cooking.
The operating speed of the person at the cash register was extremely slow, she picked up the phone and finished the calls instead of taking orders in store, food was ok but service sucks so much i’m not going back.

The fries were soft, almost no cheese and it tasted like poop honestly a butcher and it lifted my heart gourmet workshop its much the best
I arrived there to order a bbq chicken bacon poutine, the cashier never understood the order I wanted. He doesnt know his menu and charges extras without me asking. **checked your invoices before paying** After 20 minutes of waiting for 3 invoices that he gave me which were not in my requests, I canceled and left. Never again.
Excellent food but please help the cashier ahead I waited 1 hour. Good God lord its long.

The owner laughs at me and says too bad you just had to do it on the internet..... He offers me nothing more.... I am disgusted by this kind of attitude.....

I ordered for the first time in September 2023. Very disappointed. I was missing 2 sauces that I had already paid for. I ordered a Newyorkaise (double pepperroni and cheese) it really didnt have much pepperoni. And Im pretty sure that in the stuffed crust, its a ficello. Im going to go back to Pot au feu, yes its super expensive. But its worth it.
For delivery are a little long at any time of the day.

You dont know how to cook fries? The fries were soggy and undercooked and the sauce was gelatinous last time for me!
We ordered a take-out order online last night (our first time trying this restaurant). It went well. The site is ok. We ordered a brie poutine and a Michigan pizza. We specified without shallots because I am highly intolerant. I asked when we arrived, without shallots yes?. I was told it should . Phew. Its promising. We checked the pizza because the box opened more easily, but not the poutine. Error. Arrived home, full of shallots. We took everything away. I dont think I ate any. I focused on the poutine and my husband on the pizza, but we both had very bad stomachs. I even felt nauseous. Trust is lost. The first time will be the last.

Delicious and fresh pizzas and poutines Good service
This evening I had a rather unpleasant experience. I wanted to check out this place and enjoy the opening special. I ordered online and scheduled my order pickup time. When I arrive at the time scheduled on the website, I see that the mini restaurant is already full of customers who have also ordered. To my dismay I realize that several customers have been waiting 30 to 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled time. After waiting for 40 minutes, my partner informed me that the order was delivered to my home I sympathize with the fact that they are getting used to it but there are still many limits. The staff was totally disorganized and visibly overwhelmed. Orders were going out for customers who werent even there. Im going to let some time pass before giving them a second chance. Im open to giving them a good review if things are improved.
