Very good cinema menu. The waitress started and suddenly, change of waitress.... the table was not level but hey, the waitress put a piece of cardboard. We would have liked to have been somewhere else, especially since we had booked in advance and there were 2 of us next to each other on the wall. Parking: At least now we know where to park in the back and plenty of spaces since we asked an employee at the counter and we will use it next time for the cinema or restaurant.

Super nice place. Excellent service and the food is excellent. I ate the gnocchi with homemade rosé sauce. Really delicious, a generous portion and enough sauce to keep the dish tasty until the end. There is also a discovery menu. A choice of soup or olives, an impressive choice of starters and a choice of main course ranging from pizzas or pastas to salads. If your stomach cant handle more, opt for fresh pasta to bring instead of dessert...to prolong the pleasure at home. The atmosphere was perfect. An experience to be repeated without hesitation. Thank you Pizzicato. You are truly professional. A very beautiful counter at the entrance offering fresh products ready to take away, a fabulous idea. And the prices are very affordable.

I had the carbonara and it was the most disappointing dish I had. The dish only tasted of nutmeg and absolutely nothing like a carbonara. In addition, the fresh pasta was not cooked enough and it tasted like flour... I will go back for the pizzas, but not for the pasta.

Me and my partner took advantage of Sherbrooke set the table. We tried the fried lasagna as a starter which was sublime! As a main course, I had the ravioli and my partner the pizza. It was delicious. For dessert, we had a cherry Tiramisu for both (the portion is very generous) it was really good and we also took the fresh pasta to take away. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was impeccable!

Very bad service, we reserved a table at 7:45 p.m. and we left after 1 hour of stupidity waiting for our order. It was almost 9 p.m. and all we had was a small dish of olives. At no time did the waitress come to apologize for the wait or offer us something to drink. When we finally left, no sign of sympathy, apology or understanding from the waitress who was only defensive. I understand that you can be short staff and overwhelmed on a Friday evening but it is not up to customers to have to endure that. It is your responsibility to notify the customer at the time of booking rather than taking the risk of welcoming someone knowing that you are not able to serve them within a reasonable time. In short, for a first experience, it doesnt really make you want to go back.

The food is good and the atmosphere is good but it always takes 2 hours before the meal is served!! I understand that the realities of cooking mean that its not always easy, but when its the third time it happens, you wonder why it takes so long and why they dont hire more people. In any case I wont come back again, its too long for me personally

The food is excellent. A very nice variety of pastas and pizzas. There are several very interesting options. However, the choice of starters is quite small and the service is a little slow.

First experience at Pizzicato, I loved the place! I took the table dhote, I dared the eggplant au gratin and it was the first time that I liked the taste of eggplant! The handmade pasta is delicious, the tiramisu is sublime! The staff is very attentive and welcoming! We will definitely go back!

The place is modern and impressive. It was packed and very noisy. The warm and perfect service. Delicious food in everything and for everyone at our table. We chose the terrace this time because it was very noisy when we arrived. Parking: The multi-level municipal parking lot is nearby and free on Sundays and the cinema parking lot is behind it. They offer a cinema special with a menu + free entry to the cinema.

Great place value for money food! I have never been disappointed with my meals and the table dhôte is an incredible value. The BYOB aspect of the restaurant is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, its great and economical to be able to bring your bottle of wine, especially with the SAQ nearby, but when I go there empty-handed, I would like to be able to order a beer like that. I highly recommend making a reservation or at least calling, I encountered a full room a few times!

Best Tiramisu in Quebec!

We went there by chance, because we had a sporting event not far away and we needed to eat before heading back to Quebec. We arrived 1h15 before closing, they explained to us that we could be accommodated, but no table dhôte; just a main meal. Being in a hurry ourselves, this suited us, especially since we didnt want to go to a fast food chain. We really liked the pizza. we even showed greed hihihi. The decibel level was very high, however, to the point that I wondered about the health and safety of their employees at work. If we lived in Sherbrooke, this is the kind of place where we would regularly go to get pizza... we are very happy to have been able to taste it.

Very disappointed that our dinner did not live up to our expectations. We were seated along a dirty wall. The marguarita pizza was soggy with pesto and the minestrone was bland. I will not return and do not recommend. The waitress was nice and welcoming. Very poor quality utensils

When we arrived we finally had to ask for a table for 5 because a fifth person managed to free up at the last minute to join us to celebrate our friend. Unfortunately the team at this restaurant was unable to find us any table or solution and we had to leave abruptly and find another restaurant on a very busy Friday evening. Very unfortunate situation

I found the ordinary menu. Yes it was good but I found it expensive. Of course you can bring your own wine but the fact that the restaurant does not offer any alcohol apart from non-alcoholic beer is a big minus especially since the restaurant is in town. Customer service was good. Regularly busy, thats why I went to try the restaurant. I dont think I want to go back there.

Italian (American)! Basic and too easy starter... a few pieces of cheese on toasted bread on a plate that tries to look gastronomic, well have to do better than that. Overall good dish but nothing more, everyone can do better at home with a little willpower so its a shame that we dont feel the work of a real chef on the plate. The service was friendly but the plates were slow to arrive on the table (30 minutes after starter). Finally, the room is extremely noisy, we were relieved to leave at the end of the meal. For me, an overrated place which is not of the caliber of a real Italian restaurant .

Good restaurant in general, but could be a little more Italian. The mushroom ravioli are good and the pizzas too (I recommend taking pizzas rather than pasta personally). Very nice waiters, nothing to say. Room a bit noisy, maybe it could be better soundproofed. Interesting starter+main course+dessert formula. Carbonara is not traditionally made with only parmesan + percorino + egg yolks (there is cream in the sauce, even if it is mentioned on the menu it is a shame... because it is not is not very complicated to do). Also disappointed by the tiramisu which was more liquid than anything else. The rest OK.

I really like your restaurant, this is the second time we have gone there and we introduced our family to your place. Pizzas with flavor-enhancing oil and fresh pasta are an incredible delight. The decor is pretty, we feel good. The only point in my opinion is the rather difficult parking and be careful not to park directly behind the restaurant as you will come out with a ticket. At the next table we asked if we wanted coffee or dessert? I was asked: will that be all? I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant! I reserved a table 24 hours in advance for 1 person and it was confirmed to me via SMS! When I arrived at the restaurant on Saturday at 5:00 p.m., the manager who knows me very well offered me a rotating bench at the counter because on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays a single person cannot reserve a table! I went to this restaurant to feel less alone on a Saturday evening in November, but I would have done better to stay at home in the warmth and not suffer this cold welcome from a manager who was known but subtly ignored until then! I ate in 4th gear after observing a conversation, in front of my table, between this manager and my hostess! The latter looked me straight in the eye and I understood that the service would be quick because, despite a 20% tip, despite my solitude, only Pizzicatos income counted! I had to clear the floor as quickly as possible! So I ate quickly, feeling like I was too much, and left the restaurant 1 hour later, neither seen nor known! Long live income and bravo for moral conscience! Im going to try to get married soon, otherwise, I wont go back to this non-inclusive restaurant! Lonely people, flee this place!

Very pretty restaurant and very good overall! Very expensive anyway and disappointed with the pizzas, I think they want to stand out with the square format but in reality it makes the pizza smaller and is absolutely not equivalent to the price of a pizza which would be round or for a diameter ridiculous! Nothing to say about the starter and the very good desserts but always a price-quantity problem for me!

Very good service from Samuelle, although there were several people arriving at the same time when she was at our table, she gave us all her attention without rushing us. The meal was delicious and the possibility of having fresh pasta instead of dessert in the tasting menu is really appreciated, because the portions are large and it avoids waste, plus we dont have the impression of wasting our money by not having dessert. It was a first for my friends and I and without hesitation we will come back to eat there and have another great time!

Really disappointing. Error on my dish with no proposal to excuse the error (for example offering a drink, reducing the price...). I ordered a seafood pasta dish, a very average dish with very little seafood but very expensive. I ordered a pizza to take away asking to be careful not to make a mistake on the order. I ordered a three cheese pizza with extra pepperoni and received a plain pepperoni pizza. When I pointed out the mistake to the waitress she assured me that it was indeed a 3 cheese. Which was not the case at all. I ordered a Perrier water for consumption and they brought me a 750ml format (!!). The whole work cost me $65...

Several errors, including: - Wrong dish given to the right person. - Little bread unless you ask for it again - Forgot to serve coffee - Wrong invoice to the right people Good training would be wise. Apart from the above, the food is good as long as you eat the right dish chosen at the start. Me and my girlfriend went to eat on a Friday evening 5 minutes before the kitchen closed, our waitress informed us that the kitchen was closing but she still gave us time to order. We had two plates of pasta and they were delicious but the best part was the impeccable service we received, unfortunately I dont have the name of our waitress. She was tall, thin and very smiling! We promised to go back!

Big failure. Above all, avoid Antoines service. It was the worst service of my life. We had reservations, and we were seated at a table near a wall, while 2 other window tables were empty. I asked if we could have a table at the window, I was told unfortunately they are booked HOW? ! We ordered a shrimp pizza (N18) and linguine with smoked salmon. Then we waited over 40 minutes, just to be served cold pasta, with barely a pinch of smoked salmon. The pizza had tiny shrimp (see photos). The room was too noisy! Then we asked for the dessert menu. We were given it, but Antoine didnt come back to take our order for 15 minutes. So I canceled dessert and asked for the bill. Antoine came back with the machine and the bill, and stood impolitely in front of me looking at the machine (trying to intimidate me into tipping). Obviously, for such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience, I wasnt going to leave a cent as a tip. He rudely took the receipt, said nothing else and left. Save your money, and go to a place that appreciates its customers, with polite service and better quality food

Its still a bit expensive for what we received. I had their pasta of the day which was supposed to taste like mushrooms (mushroom sauce and mushroom pasta)...but it barely tasted and the pasta wasnt cooked well. With an extra pancetta which only cost me a few pieces. I dont know the French term for skimflation, but it looked a lot like it.

Pizza is good, but host table is not great!! $26 for a soup which is ultimately a ministrom soup + pizza!!! But the pizza is good and nice place, very nice staff.
