Nice looking place but understaffed. Food was okay. Personally i had the vegetarian ramen, it was fine. But my friends had some meaty ramens and they said it was great.
Consistent quality, fair prices for good portions and a courteous staff that check in frequently. Highly recommend if going out with friends or a date.
Not a big ramen fan, but this one was amazing!! Great ambience, good service, delicious food 5/5
Ambience is nice. Shoyo ramen is good, had a choice of pork belly that is tender and tasty so that complimented the broth.
Had the karaage chicken as appetizer, very crispy exterior and good quality chicken, the sauce complemented the dish well. My friend had the kimchi, very spicy, good balance between the vegetable and sour marinade. The tonkotsu ramen was pretty good, the broth was creamy but lacked a bit of flavor, the noodle were excellent, the pork belly was tender and flavourful and the whole thing was well put together. Great service and calm comfy ambiance. Small but good choice of beer.
I go to this restaurant often and it is, by far, the most consistently great experience I’ve had all over Sherbrooke. The food is great, the staff is always stellar and the price per quantity is absolutely worth it. My one and only qualm is that sometimes the music is a little too loud, but honestly the great service and food makes up for it ten-fold. Big thanks to the amazing staff 💖💖
We were here just awhile ago and we ordered tonkatsu ramen. The broth tastes bland but the pork is kinda ok a little bit. The takoyaki is too fried and hard. I was expecting the texture to be a little bit soft but I got disappointed. Ratings: Broth - 1 out of 5 Pork - 3.5 out of 5 Noodles - 2 out of 5 Eggs - 4 out 5 Takoyaki - 3 out of 5 Overall : Not recommended if you are a ramen enthusiast. Better search elsewhere with more authentic ramen taste.
The best Ramen I’ve ever eaten before ! Il est devenu mon restaurant favourite bien sûr ! Les staff sont gentils. Excellent service! Le restaurant est vraiment probe ! However, the side dish Kim Chi is really need an improvement (it’s really not a Kim Chi taste )
The ram ns didnt really taste good. Plus it was cold in the restaurant.
Best ramen in Sherbrooke. Tonkotsu: the best!
We were curious to discover this place and we are really happy with our ramen, the Karrage chicken was quite delicious too! Our waitress gave us great service!! Thank you we will come back!
I give 2 stars for the service because I find it a real shame not to be able to enjoy the mazemen bacon ramen at lunchtime or take out.. I have young children and the times that I can go out to the restaurant without them are within hours dinner or take out... I hope to see that change one day!
The Tonkotsu ramen with grilled tofu is absolutely delicious. The service is always very courteous and impeccable. The quality/price ratio is very good if we refer to other restaurants and taking into account inflation. The atmosphere is warm. Finally, the service is very fast!
Lovely restaurant, pleasant atmosphere and delicious meal
Very poor service. We waited over an hour to be served. When lunch arrived, the order was wrong. Back in the kitchen... I get bad dishes again... after 3 times we had our bowls and in my opinion the protein was just changed between two lunches because the broth had become cold. We had a small slice of cake as an excuse but we agree that this doesnt cost more than $125 for an evening. Very disappointed, I wont be eating there again.
The service was amazing and the food is delicious! A beautiful place with a relaxed atmosphere and an authentic menu! I recommend 100%.
We took 2 Ramen with pork and it was much better, Im not even talking about the meat which was, in my opinion, one of the best meats Ive ever eaten in my life, it was more than excellent, the only thing thats sad is that is really the price its really expensive the entries but super good great experience
Really good!
Yum!
Very good, the broth is a little stuffy in the long run. The dessert is very good. The waitresses are very nice.
Delicious !
Very good ramen at a reasonable price. Decent service, however our server tended to forget part of the order or not give the correct order. The room is a little noisy, we had difficulty talking to each other. I still highly recommend going there!!
Very good ramen! Good atmosphere. On the other hand, the service is correct but limited
Very salty ramen
Exceptional quality ramen. An outstanding service. A friendly and trendy atmosphere.
Very warm welcome, very good, smiling and pleasant service and we had a great time! I recommend it 100%
Good place to eat a delicious ramen! Thank you for allow us with dog on terrace.
More or less professional service, very young staff who noticeably lack rigor, very long before serving, rather cold atmosphere.
Excellent choice of restaurant!
The service was extremely slow and the waitresses were disorganized. We waited far too long!
The food is awful. Its not authentic.Do not waste your money and time.
Fortunately the food and broths are excellent. Where the downside hurts is in the general maintenance and aesthetics of the place. At first glance it is very beautiful. Unfortunately, when you sit down and take the time to look, you can see that general maintenance of the premises is not their priority. - Poorly fixed recessed fixtures - Dirty white walls - Above greasy tables - Wet and stained ceiling tiles - Smell of humidity upon entering - Dirty bathroom and full trash can (even though we were on an early lunch hour and it opened at 11:30 AM) It s a shame because food has everything to charm.
The bao buns were fresh and excellent. I had the Tonkutso ramen with the grilled pork flan, it was a great combination. Unfortunately I only have a photo of the empty bowl, I forgot to take a before photo. The service was perfectly executed.
This restaurant had good reviews and offered a vegan option so we tried it but be careful, if you are vegan, avoid this place at all costs! We ordered a kimchi starter and cocktails which were quite good, but the Kobo Vegan ramen is without hesitation the worst dish we have ever eaten in a restaurant, even in our lives. The broth seemed to be a knorr vegetable broth with no additional flavors or aromas, tofu barely marinated in soy sauce, enoki marinated in vinegar?, not fresh yellow bok choy and an overabundance of pasta that appeared to be kind of spaghetti (not ramen noodles)? We didnt even manage to eat a third of it. The dish lacked both taste and the only flavors that were present were unpleasant. In short, if the restaurant owners read this review, please either modify the vegan ramen recipe or simply remove it from the menu. I cant comment on the rest of the menu but I cant tolerate a restaurant advertising itself as offering vegan options and serving us this kind of inedible dish.
Having just returned from Japan and having eaten a lot of ramen, I can tell you that Kobo has nothing to envy of the majority of places I have visited.
Fast service and the food is very good quality! I am only satisfied with my visit to this restaurant!
Amazing
The food was good, but the service even though it was good, it took too long, 20 minutes to take the order and about 45 minutes more to bring the food.
Very good and the service is perfect! Very happy with my experience. First time Ive rated a restaurant. Thanks again!
Perfect service, taste Super good meals but too much salt we didnt finish the meal because it was salty
Both came in and the dishes we had were amazingly good and well presented. Both the service and the atmosphere were more than perfect! But on the other hand everything we ordered was extremely SALTY!!!! Seriously, I have rarely eaten such salty dishes in my entire life. At the end our hearts and stomachs ached. It was today that we caught a cook with a heavy hand on the salt!! But other than that it was a 10/10
I tried the katsu sandwich and it was tasty. Also, Eve was an absolute welcoming hostess! Very lovely to be attended by her!
I discovered this place by chance. You are welcomed with a big smile, the atmosphere is sober but friendly and the staff knows their stuff . Interesting choice of Sake.
In my top 3 of the best restaurants I have eaten at in my life. The portions are excellent for the price and its always top quality.
Very nice place, the food is good and the atmosphere is friendly!
Fantastic experience. Pleasant atmosphere, fast and efficient service. And the food was very tasty. Located on one of the citys main avenues. Anyone who loves Japanese cuisine should know this. Different ramen options, including a vegan version. Plus good drinks on the menu.
We have been frequenting Le Kobo Ramen since the opening. We are delighted to find a place that not only makes delicious and varied ramen, but also has impeccable service. We were always treated with attention and we always ate well. Long live Kobo Ramen!
Excellent meal and service! The vegan ramen soup was amazing. I highly recommend and will definitely return!
It was our first experience and, to be honest, we were a little disappointed. The ramen was very tasty, but the noubles were plentiful and lacking in other ingredients. My ramen dish was very salty and my wifes and mine had almost no meat. Regrettable.
The welcome and service were top notch. The ramen was good and in good quantity. Very good experience. (May 2024)
The chicken tonkatsu was very good. Im not a fan of dishes with multiple sauces but this was delicious.
Noodles, pork great. Broth is too salty for shoyu and tonkotsu ramen. Slow service bescause the place was packed for supper. Its ok. I wont go back.
Great, Ill definitely come back
Great restaurant perfect atmosphere I recommend
Very good ramen place
I got a kidney stone from their ramen Dietary restrictions: Restaurant not recommended for people with kidney problems who have already suffered some compensation. Parking: We got attacked while going to the parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: No room for an armchair there.
I go there once in a while, the ramen is delicious and the pork is just incredible! I highly recommend it
Super good ramen, the best. Always quality service and our young children love the restaurant!
Hello K b Team, we visited your business last week. The service was impeccable and efficient. Your waitress knew her menu well, but the familiarity was surprising from the start. I guess were starting to get old fashioned. We had starters, ramen, dessert and sake. It was a good bill! Everything was very tasty. The pork belly ramen contained no pieces of meat, only fat. We asked if this was normal and it seems so. Strange, because theres usually always meat on bacon. For the chicken plate, it was very dry and fortunately the broth allowed us to get it through. Our neighbors made the same observation. However, we expect to be served on suitable plates, particularly for the price of said dish. $18 to eat on (all!) chipped plates is not professional or healthy, in our opinion. The porous part cannot be washed properly, unfortunately. That said, the house mocktail was perfect and the cheesecake was very good.
One of the best restaurants in town! The menu is insane, the cocktails are true masterpieces and the atmosphere is warm. This evening we also had exceptional and ultra professional service from the young man who served us. Thank you! Keep up the incredible work and long live Kobo Ramen.
These are, without a doubt, the best Ramens south of Montreal. I always come back!
What a great experience! Tastes that are out of the ordinary and a very pleasant atmosphere. The fried chicken starter is a must try!
The food is excellent, a good atmosphere
Our first experience at Kobo 10/10. Already looking forward to going back! Everything was delicious and on point . Excellent service and great atmosphere!
Just wow
Delicious soups among others, although a little too salty for my taste, but hey, a friend of mine says that she puts love in her dishes when she adds salt, so lets say that there is a lot of love ! The staff is super friendly, considerate, professional. Beautiful young people (Matante is 43 years old) who visibly love what they do and have fun doing it as a team. Honestly a great discovery, we will definitely come back to enjoy and discover other dishes.
I ate ramen this evening and its not a Japanese restaurant. The noodles taste like cheap pasta from Walmart. The kitchen just put soy sauce on my egg and it was super salty. The broth tastes like the remaining filtered litter. The vegetables taste as if they had been purchased in the expired section of the Joliette maxi. Seriously I dont recommend this restaurant. Take your car and go to tsukuyomi ramen in Montreal or kinton ramen. I will never return to restaurant.
Fresh, tasty, friendly, trendy. Very nice discovery. We will go back!!
The service was excellent. Its not the best ramen Ive had, the broth was a bit flat and lacked flavor, but we were still able to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant.
Excellent restaurant for ramen soup meals! Excellent service and very courteous staff!
I adore ! Excellent service Delicious ramen
Fantastic, as usual.
I only eat tonkotsu ramen and this place is ok, if a bit salty. Would be great to have extra garlic as an option to punch up the taste but the meat itself is on the generous side at least. Their homemade Japanese cheesecake is amazingly delicious though but it s a huge piece so make room for it!
Katsu chicken sandwich at lunch is a fav!
Excellent staff and a great atmosphere. seems very relax and always smells delicious.
Very good restaurant with very generous portions (even a little too much for me hehe) and quality ingredients. Lacks a little bit of variety though for my personal taste
The soup was very bland. We werent very impressed, especially given the price and the good reviews. In addition, the table service was poor. (We had to ask for our own sauces ourselves, plus they never offered us anything to drink, apart from tablet water ) In short, experience below our very high expectations given the good reviews .
WORST MEAL SOUP EVER! TASTELESS BROT, DISHY MEAT THERE WAS MORE FAT THAN MEAT. . IF YOU WANT TO EAT A SOUP MEAL GO ELSEWHERE!
Not edible I wouldnt even give this to my dog and very expensive.
Not edible! No taste. Very cold and so much fat instead of meat! Everything is like goo! Pi the smell!! Phew!! Very expensive price!! And they dont even want to refund or redo a meal! Cheep gang!! AVOID!!!
One of my favorites in Sherbrooke! Always incredible and fast service, the noodles made on site are perfect and you shouldnt miss their incredible starters! Little crush on takoyaki :) To try! Super affordable and great sake selection.
Being a fan of ramen soup, I was definitely not disappointed! Tasty and very generous dishes, without forgetting the exemplary service of their team! The waitress even explained to me that kobo was the Japanese term for workshop, so their kitchen team prepares and transforms the food served in the restaurant! I proudly recommend this restaurant to those around me! Once again, thank you for this memorable experience!
Favorite for this restaurant! Elaborate broths bursting with flavor, excellent fresh noodles. Undoubtedly a lot of time and effort to achieve such a result. Warm and impeccable service. To try without fail!
Im used to eating Ramen and the taste of the ramen we eat at this restaurant was no good. Also if you have back problems, dont go there. The seats and tables are very nice looking but they are made of varnished wood and this is to be avoided in restaurants because they slip too easy. You need to work hard to keep yourself straight standing and your back suffer.
Staff attentive, the chairs however not very comfortable... I would go back just for the service and the quality of the plates
I had the bacon mezamen, a siboire sherbière and the Japanese Cheesecake . Everything was excellent! Fast and attentive service.
After several adventures to taste k b ramen, we finally managed to taste it in addition to having excellent customer service. Basically, we werent able to get our order online, so k b refunded us by giving us a $50 gift card. Me and my girlfriend went to the restaurant to discover a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The noise wasnt too loud, the people were nice and the service was really good. We tasted their dishes and were pleasantly surprised. However, my girlfriends ramen was lukewarm. Without panicking, we understand that there was a lot of traffic. Finally, a good idea would be to give the option to create your own ramen with your personal tastes because the menu only has a few opinions. All in all, it was good and we would go back!
Its excellent.
Excellent food, super friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere! Sua tick! Dont forget the alcohol card!
Always great. Their summer menu which has just been released is ideal for a little aperitif!
Everything is delicious. I ordered 4 different dishes and it was so delicious. This is the first time I have eaten (by delivery) from the Kobo restaurant and I will definitely recommend it again. Delicious
Good service! I give 3.5 stars only because of the location of the place and because what I ate lacked spices but otherwise it was very good
Delicious food, both meals, main courses and desserts. The portions of ramen and some starters are very large. Large selection of sake
Exceptional quality and delights for the taste buds! I absolutely recommend you to experience it! Perfect services and courtesy.
My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning an hour after eating there. We ordered the vegan ramen which was very plain. The broth was ok but very basic, none of the toppings were seasoned either and the tofu was not marinated so it was overall not very flavourful. The waitress was nice at least but I wouldnt go back.
We are from Quebec and were pleasantly surprised by the more than reasonable prices. We get a lot less for more in Quebec. The Karaaje chicken is excellent!
Quite a discovery. To do again because there are plenty of interesting and appetizing dishes to try.
The broth was tasteless, it took a good amount of chili paste and soy sauce to make it something interesting. The customer service was very good, but its mainly for the meal that we travel!
Tonkotsu ramen had a no-taste pork bouillon (even not salty), just the mud water.
I had a stomach ache a lot of fat in the pork (congratulations to the cook who cooked the pork well, although the meat was not of quality) broth tasted very little the eggs were excellent
Very good, service forgot parts of the order, at least we didnt charge for it.
Always delicious! The new Poké Bowl is to die for!
Karaage chicken and totoyaki entrees were good. Recommend trying the chicken! Ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the broth was quite bland. The noodles were oily and the soup had hardly any flavour. We were really hoping for a great ramen experience and this did not unfortunately live up to our expectations. Service was friendly and quick. Nice decor in the space
I went a few years ago when Kobo ramen opened and compared to now, I find that the quality and texture of the noodles used is really better! On the other hand, the quality of service was very poor. The waitress was not smiling, she never came to see us again except for the bill.
Because it s downtown, it s a bit hard to find parking. Just remember to park downhill if you can because you don t want to be walking uphill to your car with a tummy full of ramen lol As for the food, we tried the Takoyaki which was a little small but it seemed to be deep fried instead of the traditional pan-fried so it was super crispy and the flavour was delicious. Next we had the Bao buns. I expected an enclosed steamed bun with a ground pork filling but instead it was a steamed bun sliced open and filled with shredded pork meat, cucumber and sliced green onion, smothered in a sauce. It was okay, the sauce is way too salty and ruined it. I wouldn t order it again. Finally we tried the Tonkotsu ramen. The broth was not as flavourful as other broths I ve tried in the past but the bok choy was cooked perfectl y and the noodles had a great texture. However, the star of this dish was the pork belly. Instead of the traditional slice of rolled up belly, this place serves two rectangular chunks of belly, which is the perfect amount. It is so tender, rich and fatty but not overwhelming because they torch it to give it an amazing char. The bitterness and smokiness of the char is an explosion of complementary flavours. I will definitely be coming back to try the other ramens but be assured that I will be paying extra to add that pork belly to whatever dish I order. Parking: You can park in the large parking garage next to Siboire then walk up the hill to the restaurant if you can t find street parking. This is what we did. Walking up the hill on an empty stomach and down with one full of ramen is the best option if you can t get a spot on Wellington.
Kobo Ramen de Sherbrooke is a must among the many restaurants in Downtown Sherbrooke. The food is excellent and comforting. The welcome is always exceptional and the service is second to none. The decor allowing us to have a visual view of the kitchen makes the experience even more breathtaking. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options
Authentic and delicious. The best Ramen restaurant in Sherbrooke.
The food is awesome and the atmosphere is great! I definitely recommend this restaurant! Food
Very nice place! Lovely and welcoming staff, fast service and amazing food ;) I recommend 100%!!!
There were 3 of us at the table and none of us liked the ramen. The broths were bland and the texture of the chicken was really strange, it wasnt tender like its supposed to be. We all set the chicken aside, unable to eat it. The waitress didnt offer to bring us anything else. So when youre left with just a bland broth with noodles, its a bit ordinary. However, the drinks and starters were excellent. But unfortunately, the main course was really not up to par. Maybe we werent lucky, but I really dont understand the restaurants high rating...
Im giving the meal 3 stars to make me think Im a good person, but who exactly am I telling lies to? I have eaten fresh daily before and the quality was second to none. At least it was expensive for noodles of questionable quality. Thanks, Kobo.
Very good classic dishes... Bright and refined place... Courteous and professional service... Vegetarian options: Several very interesting vegetarian dishes...
Good vegan ramen! Interesting selection for sake tasting. Vegetarian options: Vegan ramen available. It would be interesting to be able to choose different vegan broths (especially spicier) or to offer ramen without broth in a vegan format.
The tonkotsu ramen broth tasted like bath water. It had a nice color so I was excited but it was bland and the little flavor there was wasnt right. The bao buns were dry. It has so much potential. We need japanese food in sherbrooke. The meats were all good the eggs were done very well but the broth was unacceptable for a ramen place. The sauce on the bao was also too sweet and salty like a cheap store bought hoising sauce with salt added. The head chef needs to take a trip to Toronto or even MTL to try some good ramen places and understand the flavors they need to achieve. You guys can take this place to next level without too much effort or investment and truly become a sherbrooke staple. Ill go back to try the chicken broth because I desperately want japanese food but Im dissapointed and have low hopes.
The welcome boys were super energetic..a great welcome the cook was super friendly I was spending a Wednesday..thanks kobo
The recipes for noodles and tonkutsu broth have changed and are made super bland. I felt like I was eating soup with water.
Good experience. The ramen was good and tasty. To do again to test the rest of the card.
Knowledgeable staff, great food, amazing service
Very warm atmosphere despite the music being a little too loud at times and competent and professional staff. A good place to eat excellent, fairly authentic ramen
Chicken karaage is a real joke! Its more like chic McDonalds chicken nuggets... The ramen dishes are too expensive compared to the quality of the ingredients found on the plate. The only positive point is the braised pork, succulent, juicy fat MMMMMmmmm! I strongly advise against this place to anyone who has already eaten at Kimpton Ramen and at authentic ramen places like we find in Mlt, believe me, you will be disappointed...
Very good soups, good value for money. Nice atmosphere.
Sorry the taste is way far away from Japan or asiatique, it s the taste really for local. The only one thing good which is the egg yolk, everything looks perfect but it s just pretty weird when you chew in the mouth.
This is a nice cosy place at the center of Sherbrooke. I ordered a Tonkotsu ramen, the noodles were chewy and the broth was excellent. The pork meat was a little bit stiff for my taste. The service was very efficient and the waiter was very helpful and kind. Overall I think its a nice place especially when you need a hot soup in the cold winter days.
best soup!! honestly very surprised and satisfied with the flavors and the quality of the service! I will come back, guaranteed!
Very nice break in Sherbrooke
Very disappointing. Chicken karaage looks more like kibble than anything else. Obviously frozen chicken then reheated. The ramen is absolutely not up to par with real authentic ramen. It doesnt have the taste or color. To anyone who has ever eaten real ramen, dont go near this restaurant because it is very bad. The quality of the ingredients leaves something to be desired (especially given the price...)
The quality of food has improved. On the other hand, I find it a bit long to wait 1h15 for a ride.
Delicious I will return and excellent service
It was good!! But it was salty
Although it was a little salty, it was really good!
We were very well served and advised. For our first visit. We loved the ramen and sake mix. Great discovery in downtown Sherbrooke. We will go back.
Their service and food is excellent! I love their soft yolk in their hard boiled egg, so typically made. Its absolutely delicious and they also have fun appetizers to try.
Im surprised that this restaurant has so many good reviews. The broth tasted almost just like soy sauce. The tofu too and it was really dry. Also, maybe its me who doesnt know all types of ramen but it was soba noodles rather than traditional wheat ramen noodles. I was rather disappointed!
Very good Ramen and super friendly staff. The waiter took his time and gave great recommendations for choosing the right Ramen!
The Frites de bardane was on the oily side. The sauce came with it made it really salty. Not authentic Japanese, but inspired . Otherwise, venue is clean and friendly staff. Situated at a good location.
First thing first, the ramen. They are chewy and flavourful so thats a big plus. Saddly the tonkotsu broth is overly salted and so are the eggs (I usually get extra egg at ramen place but Im glad I didnt since half an egg was probably a kidney stone worth of salt). The veggies are fresh and crispy so thats anothe plus. Something else I liked was the pork belly. One side was roasted to a perfect crisp while the other side was still juicy with fat, its probably the best I had so far. The kimchi is great too, the tanginess helps to cut trough the saltiness and fat of the broth. For what it is, I think the price is too high. The most expensive part in a ramen is the broth usually since it takes long to do but this one is clearly lacking. There is good potential tho. It could be great if they took the time to read their reviews!
Good ramen and nice atmosphere. The servers take the time to chat and find out if you really liked the meal. A place to return
Beautiful decor and we were able to find a place for 3 people on a Thursday evening in summer. The waitresses are attentive and warm. Service was slow but the waitress kept us informed. I had the Kobo vegan ramen. They were good. My friends enjoyed their ramen and bao buns.
Its rare that I do restaurant reviews but for this one I had to say how delicious it is!
The starters are super good. The hot ramen with broth is sorely lacking in taste and personality, its poor for a ramen restaurant. Hot ramen without broth, on the other hand, is delicious. The poké bowl is delicious and generous. I still recommend it but not for ramen with broth.
Fast service, good location, great food.
Excellent food and exceptional service. Dietary restrictions: There are small icons on the menu for lactose for example
The tonkotsu ramen is really good. The broth is not too salty like some other ramen restaurants. In addition, super good service, the waiters were very friendly. I will go back, thats for sure!
Nice service and the ramen broth was missing some flavors, also a little exceeded in oil. The rest was great, thanks
My god. Too good. American ramen with extra kimchi. A must. THE best ramen restaurant in Sherbrooke
Reasonable pricing, friendly staff and fast service giving they were at completely full capacity. Went in for hot ramen and their options for vegetarian hot ramen were limited (in fact one option), I personally enjoyed it but my girlfriend didnt take a second bite of her plate. Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian options but only one that is a hot ramen.
The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. My husband had spicy miso ramen (those who like spicy will enjoy it) the carrot slices were marinated and delicious, the eggs were cooked to perfection. I had duck ramen. Being gluten intolerant I asked for rice noodles it was delicious. At our next stop in Sherbrooke we will definitely go back. A must if you ask me. Quality vs price is excellent.
Dietary restrictions: Il y a du sans Gluten
Best place if you want a good Ramen! In Sherbrooke this restaurant is my favorite for ramen.
Very tasty food but the kitchen service is too slow. It took 1.25 hrs to receive the ramen. Would not return.
The tonkotsu ramen was flavourless. The meat portions were meagre. The menu was extremely overpriced given the quality of the dishes. I wont be back.
Really good! I recommend
Can be better... Alot of potential but some lack in kitchen...
Broth was solid, wasnt blown away by the homemade noodle, good sake and apps though for sure and definitely worth stopping in
Best ramen Ive eaten!
Ramen at its best. Love it sooo much. People are super friendly, knowledgeable and the best prices in town.
Amazing!
Vegetarian options: Il y a des options végétariennes et véganes. Food
Super good, accessible and typically Japanese, I loved it
Nice variety of menu and always a warm welcome. It s worth the detour, I go there every time I go to Sherbrooke!
The meal is super good, the atmosphere is broken by pop music. Looks like I just spent the evening eating at a teen clothing store.
Impeccable and fast service, good team work. A place that I would visit again and that I will definitely recommend.
Careful and diligent cooking, the pasta is homemade unfortunately having tasted several, I dont find the broth tasty. Quality service and incredible kimchi!
