Endless wait, the food was cold, the atmosphere was chaotic and unclean

The food is good, but in recent years they have lost a lot of it. The service is horribly slow and the customers are noisy. After my last visits they unfortunately lost me as a customer.

There is no service. Its very very very heavy before having your meal. Ive been waiting for my plate for more than 40 minutes.

After a few visits, always the same thing, ordinary service at least 20 minutes before we were served a coffee. More than an hour of waiting for the plates, Benedictine served on a very dry bagel. We had asked for a hard boiled egg but it was not taken into account. At least they were kind enough to load us with just one plate. But a good lunch would have been more satisfying.

Nous sommes arrivé à 12h50. Avant de pouvoir commander ça à pris 45 minutes. Avant de manger 1h15 environ. Très domage jaimais cette endroit, mais je ne reviendrai plus. Sans compter que le serveur de la section dà côté à fait passer la commande de sa copine en priorité en cuisine et parlé avec elles pour un cumulatif denviron 30minutes.

It took 30 minutes before a waiter decided to see us to order and ate these because we went to see someone. They seemed to be all new people who dont know how to clear the tables. We serve people before us, the food takes 45 minutes to arrive even though the restaurant is half empty. The eggs are cold, the fruit is dry and warm for the little he had. I asked for no onion and there was some. In short, nothing was up to par. I would not go to this branch again, because the wait is not worth it.

The ceiling is dirty and we have been waiting for over an hour and a half. We were not aware of the low staff in the kitchen, although there were around 6 servers.

Warm welcome despite the high traffic (construction holidays required). Fast and courteous service. The Toast avocado lox dish is a pure delight. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Good food. The service needs to be improved: we waited a long time before being able to simply order a drink, and we had to ask the waiter to bring a missing part of the ordered dish. The menus that were brought to us were stained with food and had not been cleaned.

Very slow service: 1 hour to get our plates. I ordered the egg casserole (received undercooked) and bacon and avocado with extra Hollandaise sauce... the handsome little French waiter had forgotten it. I actually signaled him 3 times for a refill of my coffee, he never came, I had to ask another waitress. The restaurant on rue Galt Ouest in the University of Sherbrooke sector should be avoided.

The service was terribly long and whats more, I received my food cold. Luckily the service was good 2 IEM visits.... order online for 8:45 a.m....9:30 a.m. Im still here waiting for my order....

I am disappointed with the cleanliness which leaves much to be desired. The ceilings are filled with dust and the beige blind heads are filled with black dust. I cant even imagine the ventilation ducts. A major cleaning is required!

I waited 1 hour for a plate of fairly simple things (supporting photo), the eggs were disgusting, one undercooked and the other overcooked which tasted much too strongly of vinegar. Last time all the food was very dry and we waited a very long time even though the restaurant was empty. Too bad this restaurant went from my favorite to one I will never return to again. There has been a notable decline in service and quality in recent years.

We arrived at 7:20am on a Sunday but the doors were closed. We tried to call, but no one answered. Very disappointed with this experience.

The plates are plentiful but the food was lukewarm, the eggs almost cold, there were 5 of us and it was the same for everyone and it was cold in the restaurant, the air conditioning was too much I went back on Friday and it was much better. I received my plate delivered. Missing the extras, uncooked bacon, egg crumbs when I ordered a poached egg, overripe avocado. A disaster. The price asked is far from worth the quality of what is served and received. Looking at the comments, the problem seems recurring and this is not my first bad experience at the same place. The restaurant was notified in writing on the day of my delivery.

This was my first time at this restaurant and it wont be the last. I went there with my husband and we really liked it. Very good service and super good. Different from other places.

The last two times I came here it took 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 hour to receive my lunch. Plus, they ran out of potatoes the first time.

Unbelievably long to get your food. Waited 20 minutes at the door and then another 1hour and a half!

Excellent service. The menu is varied. My favorite dish is the avacado toast with goat cheese and bacon. Think its the best avacado toast of all of the breakfast chains, a must try.

There were only 4 pieces of very dry meat and he didnt put the sauce in the casserole. then the toast was cold and with two inches of unmelted butter really never to be returned.

A good breakfast/lunch restaurant, nothing too fancy. The restaurant is clean and well located if you want to make a quick stop on the side of the highway and not eat fastfood.

It was very good as usual. First time at this branch. The service was very very poor. The waitress asked us to read the menu to choose from the options available for the chosen dish instead of listing them. She was very inefficient, long and uncourteous service even though the restaurant was almost empty. She seemed to lack experience despite her age. No interest in serving us, little knowledge of customer service. The time of the invoice and the payment was complicated for her while we simply wanted to divide the 2 dishes taken into 2.

Gabriel gave us exceptional service. Our breakfast poutine was very hot and delicious BUT they forgot the cheese curds. It was only when I came home and checked the menu that I noticed it.

I have been a big fan of Ben and Florentine since their opening in 2009. Every time I go there, my expectations are high and are the same since this restaurant chain is, in my opinion, synonymous with quality and concern for its customers. Unfortunately, me and my two friends had one of the worst lunch restaurant experiences at this branch. The food was of poor quality, the benedictine was a complete failure, in pieces and hidden by a mountain of Hollandaise sauce, the potatoes were cold, the caramelized apples tasted like the plate was burning and so on. So much so that my friend only had two butchers on her plate.. The service was also non-existent. We were never asked if we liked the meal, neither during nor at payment after having observed our plate half touched (and that of my friend still whole) Im still a fan of Ben&Flo.. but you absolutely must do something about this branch which tarnishes the reputation of the banner!

Room for improvement on the service side, I had the impression of disturbing the waiter 10 minutes after my arrival when no one came to offer us even a coffee... Its been twice that the same situation occurs.

The oatmeal was too watery. For a first experience in general it was good. The server was very courteous however the service was very long. It must be said that it was a Sunday at 11:30 a.m. so I imagine that its like a lot of places. There was probably a shortage of staff. I still give it a rating of 7 out of 10.

Parking: Parking in front and to the side of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: The childrens menu offers varied meals and various drinks. All at an attractive price.

The menu is really good, lots of choice and very diverse. In terms of service, this is where I found it to be really, really mediocre unfortunately. We arrived at 7:33 and there were 4 tables of us in the entire restaurant. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to receive our lunch. A breakfast plate with a bowl of oatmeal and a plate with two eggs cretons. They had been under the stove for several minutes. I had to ask for my side bread and we just got a refill of coffee. I am a very very tolerant person and even more so since all the lack of staff but I do not believe that our server is made to do this kind of work or perhaps he has never had a minimum of training for this. job. To end on a positive note, the lunch was very good and the coffee also I liked the menu which seemed to me to be reinventing. THANKS.

We were served moldy bread (photo supporting) without any compensation in addition to poor service. We contacted them by email and still no news from the managers after a month.

If you sit near the kitchen its less of a great atmosphere but good service and a very nice choice of plates, their potatoes are famous and with good reason, but its a bit long before we receive our order, although its worth it. It was usually delicious on my previous visits, today I tried the baklava special menu and was disappointed. The half waffle was undercooked and tasted a lot like flour (this can happen I imagine when there are a lot of customers) and the baklava is rather cheap and tastes old... The rest of the plate was good. Im really looking forward to the special duck menu coming back, its definitely my favorite!

To be very honest, this is the first time I have given an opinion and unfortunately it is not to give positive comments. I m sold on Ben and Flo, I love going there. Usually well received, I cant say that the waitress this morning seemed like she wanted to be there. Ive been to CE Ben et Flo 3 times now and 2 times I found hair on my plate. All served with cold potatoes and my missing baked beans. Not to mention the grapes which looked outdated on my partners plate. We are eating and suddenly we hear the cook or wtv blasting snoop dog in the kitchen as if there were no customers. Seriously it was really bad this morning, last time I go to this Ben and Flo. Im really not impressed.

I had already had okay experiences at Ben&Flo but this afternoon, I was really very disappointed. The eggs were barely cooked and cold, a tiny portion of potatoes were lukewarm, and a mini-slice of completely dehydrated orange was in no way edible. I am also very disappointed with the policy that prevents you from exchanging meat for something other than meat (fruit, potatoes, 2 extra spoons of applesauce, at most). It s far from being vegetarian/vegan-friendly when all the other lunch restaurants offer replacements for something else (of equal or lesser value). I wont go back there again; It was the last time I gave him a chance.

Each visit brings disappointment. The service is very slow. He doesnt seem to have ANY team spirit or helpfulness. Ul doesnt seem to have effective floor management either. 3rd absolutely last attempt today. Its a shame because the menu is interesting and the food is very good... when Elke doesnt spend 20 minutes on the serving hatch like this morning. Very disappointed.

Really ordinary service, there werent many people and the employees were chatting instead of serving their customers. When they finally served them they did not serve them except in order of entry. The waiter we had ALEXANDRE took 45 minutes to come take our order and he only came to see us because we asked him. At the end of our meal, we paid our bill and left a tip based on the service we received. The waiter arrogantly asked us if there had been a problem with the service he gave us and we told him that we were disappointed with the 45 minute wait and that the tip is based on the service received. We found it really rude to be told that tips must be 15% minimum. I hope I dont see him again because its certain that next time he wont get any tip from us.

We were treated to excellent service from Victoria, she was dynamic and warm while being professional If I lived in the area, it would be my style to ask to be in her section because we were so well served. The portions are generous and the price much lower than other breakfast restaurant chains. On the other hand, the dishes took longer than elsewhere to arrive (perhaps a lack of employees so Ill give it the benefit of the doubt).

Rudeness and catastrophic customer service... delivery was missing 1 of the 2 dishes ordered (2 pan-fried). We tried to call the restaurant 20 times to correct the situation without ever getting a response. Meanwhile, the first meal had time to get soggy... and was more than disappointing once reheated in the microwave... So I had to drive 30 minutes round trip to get the missing dish... the least we could have done would have been to refund the order but the refusal of the waitress, who made a scene by yelling towards the kitchen at her manager: Can you tell the guy that we cant reimburse it and it is Uber who take care of that!!! During my 15 years of catering service, I have rarely seen such a great lack of professionalism and good manners! I totally think Ive been sent for a walk! I remind you that Uber are not the ones who packed the order. Nor those who closed the bag (containing only 1 dish) by attaching an invoice indicating $43!!! It seems to me that this should have rang bells... In short, you would have had a chance to make up for it but chose to make our experience unpleasant from start to finish. Never again....

I had a plate with two choices of meats, they were out of sausages, so my portion of bacon was doubled. On the other hand, the bacon was inedible because it was so dry! I asked to change it and then received the same dry bacon. Not to mention that I had no fruit so who was supposed to have any, no butter on my toast, there was no more jam/peanut butter etc. In the end I should have eaten at home! Good day.

I was served by Joliane, His service is impeccable! Smiling as she leaves, she knows her job it seems, even if she is new to your branch. Plus, it served me lightning fast. I come every week to your two branches, and I come because the menu and the service are excellent, we will be returning there again. Sometimes I go out after 2 hours in total. Who goes to a restaurant and sets aside 2 hours of the day to eat ALONE. To be honest, I have never had such good service as with her. Take note of this, seriously.

Far from being the best restaurant for lunch! Really disappointed with my experience. Barely 10 people in the restaurant, it took a good half hour to get a coffee. You had to ask for everything, the sugar, the milk and the spoon. I ordered an avocado lox... a handful of onion for topping, no capers... The waiter tells us that they havent had any for a month. Go and help yourself out at Costco... 3 jars for $5 for capers! My portion of fruit on the plate was quite cheap, in addition to having some fruit, I had a rotten grape on my plate. Paying $25 for that... Quite disappointing!

Once we arrived there, the waitress who seemed visibly overloaded and who did not seem to have any help from her colleagues, assigned us a table while (almost) throwing our coffees at us. The rest of the long service was mediocre. On top of that, the lady in the kitchen (who seemed to manage the store) was shouting orders (like at La Belle Province) and talking stupidly to her employees. Besides, she was not wearing a mask. In short, go elsewhere. Its a waste of time and money.

We waited 15 minutes in the hall without any welcome, half of the tables were free, subsequently we got a table, a lot of waiting afterwards to be served unsatisfactory food, in all almost 2 hours for lunch in the afternoon away from the very disappointing rush I understand that there is a shortage of labor but if you are not able to provide and it takes 2 hours to have a 2 egg lunch, it becomes ridiculous

Nous avons retourné lassiette et elle est revenu mieux mais sans ustensiles. 10 minutes pour avoir des ustensiles et 20 minutes pour avoir la facture. Nous nous sommes levé après pour aller demander la facture. Nous ne retournerons plus à ce restaurant là.

Its been a while since Ive been back! I had the maple pan and it was excellent!! The saltiness of the small potatoes with the hollandaise and maple sauce is succulent. Everything was good. Very good plate and the service is very courteous!!
