Depuis quils sont ouvert de nuit, et que je travail de nuit également, javais été me chercher 2 hot-dog lors dun congé. Jétais arrivé vers 1hAM et on ma dévisager, semblait trouver bizare de me pointer en pleine nuit pour vouloir mangé. Jai attendu 15 foutu minutes. Les gars de la cuisine avait lair juste gelé, meme la caissière.

We contacted the person responsible and booked for an event during their opening hours. We arrived there and everything was closed. They did not respond to any of our messages. I no longer trust this establishment.

Always excellent service, sometimes it can be a little long depending on the time you go, its the only restaurant open after the surrounding bars close!

The hot dogs and rolls are always excellent at 2am. On the other hand, I dont recommend the poutines, the two times I ordered them they were soups and sauces with fries that tasted burnt. Edit: thank you for your response, I certainly plan to try the poutines again but perhaps earlier in the evening when the employees are not on duty, I dont know how to contact you though.

Poor service and average food quality. In 2024, not answering the phone when I call 3 times 15 minutes apart is unacceptable. For the restaurant I would have given 2-3 stars, but with the lack of telephone I find it a shame not to be able to leave 0.25 stars. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon after climbing. Fast and friendly service. I ordered a baby galvaude, and I was not disappointed! The chicken was tender and in large pieces, the fries cooked to perfection and the sauce was just perfect enough. The only problem is that the peas were defrosted peas and I have a personal preference for the cane ones, but thats just me. You can see that the place has a concern for quality towards food. The portion was large for the price. My new favorite poutine place in Sherbrooke!

More than 30 minutes of waiting for 2 hot dogs and a pogo. For a still cold pogo and burnt bread. We are the only customers! The cook changes a trash can without washing his hands to continue cooking. Unsanitary, disgusting food, filthy atmosphere.

I have been a regular customer for 2 years. Since the move, I find that the quality of service and food has greatly decreased. I told myself that at the beginning it was normal, that there would be a period of adaptation. I dont know if this is also linked to the labor shortage and/or the difficulty of finding reliable employees. What I know is that this is the second time in 1 month that the fries in my poutine are dry and cold, the poutine lacks sauce and I wait 15 to 20 minutes on site, despite calling always at least 10 minutes before. I find it boring, I really liked the place and the prices are good. Except Im disappointed every time I go there

Infamous! The dishes had no taste, plus I feel like I was given leftovers. The trash ended up eating the whole thing! Im modifying because there is no response option but I never ordered a hot dog or made a comment about the fries but about all the dishes. Infamous fish and chips, the boxes containing the sauces already used, the fish not fresh and mushy, burnt fries. The same goes for the Hamburger Steak, the ground steak too dry and burnt.

I order on a regular basis from the restaurant. But Ive ordered twice now and the fries are overcooked (poutine), and I know how to recognize fries that are reused. It s frankly disgusting! The first one I told myself that it was perhaps a mistake... Anyway, but this evening its exactly the same thing. This was the last time I ordered from you.

Stop answering the phone Service soooo long! There is no one there and I waited 10 minutes for an average regular poutine 2 weeks in a row. Every week the quality only decreases. Very disappointed since the change of place, the quality of the food and the staff has not followed. Very disappointed to lose our tradition of Friday poutine.

I waited at least 30 minutes there to get my order, there was no one in the restaurant. My fries were really not good, gray and uncooked it seemed. The worst poutine Ive ever eaten in my life...

The food here is really nothing exceptional, the only positive point I can mention is the quantity/price ratio which is interesting and the fact that it is open 24 hours a day. The service leaves something to be desired, only one waitress and they only have a paper menu that customers must share. The place is neither heated nor insulated so in winter if you eat inside, you risk shivering even with a coat.

The food is tasty and well prepared. The bistro has changed its address, and has a much bigger atmosphere, despite being more underground. There is karaoke and guaranteed fun for groups of friends. One of the few places in the city that open 24 hours a day, if not the only one.

Classic canteen so only junk food options and not really vegetarian options, but the last restaurant open 24 hours in the city center. Its really appreciated when leaving bars. The place still appears to be under renovation for the dining/bar section. I cant wait to see what they do with this. The place has a lot of potential! I wanted to try poutine but very poorly organized place. I went there to order, but he takes phone calls and doesnt think about the people who are traveling. So a lot of waiting. I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order, however there were telephone orders taken. So they all went before me who was already there. Another extra wait time. The first impression when I walked in front was not good, but when I entered I received great service. The restaurant has many poutine and sandwich options. With good prices and delicious food. And its open late into the night, one of the few places in Sherbrooke thats open after 10pm.

The prices are excellent, its the most affordable canteen Ive been to for several years, a more than reasonable sized poutine with bacon for $12. $2 hot dogs, etc. The negative points however are not worth the savings. First, the parking lot is accessible via a small one-way alley and is very narrow, making it very difficult to maneuver. Secondly, the interior of the restaurant reflects the exterior well, it is a dark place, with a large bar that is not very clean, worthy of Moes tavern in the Simpsons, or worthy of an LA noir style detective film. The waitress wears her mask under her nose, the cook behind their doors prefers to use it as a neck warmer. Nowhere near the entrance can few find hand sanitizer. To top it all off, the food is very well reflected in the prices, the hot dogs are nothing more than a regular sized sausage stuck in the cheapest bun you can find at Maxi or Super C. After eating There, I almost immediately had to head to the toilet and spent the rest of my evening with my stomach in all its disarray.

1st service passable despite Lunch very cold left on the floor of my corridor.. half meatball in my hamburger then 2nd service again on the floor of my corridor and again half meatballs in my cold poutine hamburger not famous and the 3rd time I received hamburger with chopped pork.. its been 3 days and Im still not digesting my last meal I may have to go to the clinic because since then Im no longer able to eat my stomach is upset very very disappointed 35 $ the additional order... never again I recommend this place and I strongly advise against it

My boyfriend and I discovered this Bistro yesterday and WOW. Best vegetable poutine! The fries are homemade and they even have the skin on them (which makes all the difference)!! I cant wait to welcome people to share our discovery and their delicious fries! We recommend!!! The girl who served us has a really cute accent and she is so friendly!
